Lentlo Credits, the 5 plans, per-sale fees, and how to recharge — every plan has every feature.

Every LentloSites plan — including Free — has every feature, custom domain included. You never pay to unlock anything. Your account runs on Lentlo Credits, a prepaid balance that pays for plans and a small fee on each sale. A paid plan simply lowers (or removes) that per-sale fee.

Lentlo Credits — your account balance

Think of it as prepaid credits for your business account. When you create your account you add ₹500 once — that’s not a fee, the full ₹500 sits in your account as credits. It is the only amount offered at sign-up; a paid plan is bought later, per website, from these same credits. Credits then pay for:

  • Plans — Starter, Pro, and Growth are bought straight from your credits
  • The per-sale fee — the small charge on each sale if you’re on Free or Starter
  • Optional extras — Asha answer packs (AI features such as AI-written website text and WhatsApp AI replies use your Asha answers: the free daily ones first, then a pack — see Asha answers) and services you order, such as the iPhone App Store app

Credits are one balance for your whole account, not per website. See the balance and every single charge under Account → Lentlo Credits in the menu (it also shows as a small pill on your Main Dashboard) — each entry says what it was for, which website it belongs to, and you can download a statement. Each website’s own menu has a Lentlo Credits shortcut that opens the same page with that website already picked.

The 5 plans

Prices below are for e-commerce stores. Every plan includes everything — the only money difference is the per-sale fee.

🆓

Free — ₹0/month

Every feature. Small flat fee per sale: 2.5% — only when you actually sell.

🌱

Starter — ₹299/month

Fee drops to 1.2% per sale.

⭐

Pro — ₹999/month

0% fee — keep 100% of every sale.

🚀

Growth — ₹2,499/month

0% fee plus priority, hands-on service.

🏢

Enterprise — custom

A price built for your volume. Tap Talk to us, then Send Interest — our team contacts you to agree the price.

A simple business website (no e-commerce store) pays less — Starter ₹49/mo, Pro ₹299/mo, Growth ₹999/mo — and instead of a per-sale fee it has a small per-enquiry fee: ₹5 on Free, ₹1 on Starter, ₹0 on Pro and Growth. A few special designs (like car dealerships and loan services) have their own rates. Catalogue, news and landing-page websites have one paid plan — Pro at ₹999 a year, billed yearly — so their Plan page shows only Free, Pro and Enterprise. Your Plan page always shows the exact numbers for your site.

Custom domain is free on every plan — including Free. You never need to upgrade just to connect yourbrand.com. See Connect your own domain.

The per-sale fee, in plain words

On the Free plan, a ₹1,000 order costs you ₹25 (2.5%) — a flat rate on the product amount after any coupon discount, however big the order. GST is never taken out of that amount first, and shipping and COD charges are never counted: a ₹1,000 order with ₹200 shipping is still charged on ₹1,000. The fee already includes GST, comes out of your credits after the sale, and your customers never see it.

Buying or renewing a plan

1

Open your Plan page

Two doors open the same plans. For one website, its own menu has a Plan page — every plan with that site’s exact fee, and the full payment choice below. For every website at once, open Billing under Account in the menu — Billing & Plans shows All Sites, Active Plans and Free Sites with a row per website, each with Upgrade, Renew or Buy again and a Plan details link to that website’s Plan page. (Catalogue, news and landing-page websites always go to their Plan page.)

2

Pick a plan and how long

Pay month-to-month, or pick a longer period and save: 3 months → 5% off · 6 months → 10% · 1 year → 15% · 2 years → 20% · 3 years → 30% · 4 years → 40%. What that comes to for an e-commerce store, paid once for the whole period:

Plan1 year (15% off)2 years (20% off)3 years (30% off)4 years (40% off)
Starter₹3,049₹5,740₹7,534₹8,611
Pro₹10,189₹19,180₹25,174₹28,771
Growth₹25,489₹47,980₹62,974₹71,971

A business website's plans follow the same ladder from their own monthly prices (Starter ₹499 a year, Pro ₹3,049 a year); catalogue, news and landing-page plans are flat per year with no multi-year discount.

3

Check the breakdown, then pick how to pay

On the Plan page, Confirm your plan shows the exact maths before any money moves — plan price × months, your long-term discount, any upgrade credit, and You pay today (prices include 18% GST). Under How would you like to pay? choose either method (both cost exactly the same):

  • Lentlo Credits — marked Instant when your balance covers it, or Short by ₹… when it doesn’t. Short on credits? The same screen shows exactly how much more you need, with a Recharge → button — and your purchase picks up where you left off after the recharge.
  • Pay online — UPI, card, or net banking through the secure CCAvenue page (Continue to secure payment). Your plan activates as soon as the payment confirms.

From Billing & Plans, the Upgrade / Buy again window offers Online Payment (CCAvenue, instant) or UPI QR (manual) — you pay the exact amount to our UPI ID from any UPI app and paste the transaction (UTR) number; the plan is switched on when you submit, and our team then matches your payment to that number. To pay from your Lentlo Credits — or to see an upgrade credit worked out — use the website’s Plan page.

You’re never charged more than the amount shown on the confirmation.

Upgrading in the middle of a plan — always fair

Say you bought Starter and want Pro two weeks later. The days you didn’t use aren’t wasted: we value your remaining days at what you actually paid and subtract that from the new plan’s price. The confirmation spells it out on its own line — for example Unused Starter value · 15 days left × ₹299/mo — auto-adjusted, with the amount taken off beside it. Your new plan starts the moment you pay.

  • Extending the same plan? The new months are simply added after your current end date — nothing is lost.
  • Big credit, small purchase? If your unused value is worth more than the plan you’re buying, we ask you to pick a longer period so every rupee of it counts — we never quietly drop your credit.
  • Moving to a smaller plan or to Free? Plans only move up — see getting a lower plan below.
  • Asked for Enterprise? Covered below in what your plan says.

What your plan says — current, requested, ended

Your Plan page shows one of three states per website, and each means something quite different. Reading them right saves a lot of worry.

A paid plan you bought, still inside its datesCurrent — you are on it, your per-sale fee is that plan's rate, and it renews by itself on the date the Plan page shows
“Enterprise requested”A request, not a plan. The site runs on Free until our team agrees the price with you and switches it on
A plan that was given to you (a gift or a free grant) and has endedHistory. The website is on Free — it sits in the Free list with a line saying which plan ended when, and a Buy again button. Nothing is “expired”, nothing broke

A plan you bought never drops to Free by itself — it renews (next section). Only a plan that was given to you, such as a gift, ends and leaves the website on Free; every page, product, order and customer stays exactly as it was.

Billing & Plans: the All / Active plans / Free tiles, then one row per website. A website with no current paid plan reads Free; one whose plan ended keeps a line saying which plan ended when, and a Buy again button.
Billing & Plans: the All / Active plans / Free tiles, then one row per website. A website with no current paid plan reads Free; one whose plan ended keeps a line saying which plan ended when, and a Buy again button.

Your customers never see any of this. Your website shows nothing about your plan — no banner, no strip, no notice, at any time. If a visitor tells you something appeared at the bottom of your site, it is not about your plan; send us a screenshot.

Your plan renews by itself

A paid plan runs until the end of the same date in the next month — or the next year, for a yearly plan — on Indian time. A plan bought on 20 September runs till 11:59 pm on 20 October; months without that date use their last day (a plan bought on 31 January runs till 28 or 29 February, then 31 March). The next day it renews for the same period — a monthly plan for a month, a yearly plan for a year — and the price is taken from your Lentlo Credits. A renewal is always for the whole period, never part of it: a renewal that has happened is not reversed, even if you wanted to stop a day later.

  • Before it happens — the Plan page says Pro renews by itself on 21 Oct with the amount, Billing & Plans shows the date on the website’s row, and a strip at the top of your dashboard reminds you in the last days.
  • Credits short? The plan still renews — your Lentlo Credits balance goes below zero by what was missing. Until you recharge enough to bring it back to zero, editing and publishing on that website pause (a red strip says so). Your website stays online, and its orders, bookings and enquiries keep working the whole time.
  • Recharge — the moment your balance is back to zero or more, editing opens again by itself.

Example · Meena's saree shop

Meena bought Pro (₹999 a month) on 20 September. It runs till the end of 20 October; on 21 October Pro renews and ₹999 comes out of her credits. Her credits had only ₹200 left, so her balance is now below zero by the rest. Her shop keeps taking orders, but editing pauses until she recharges that amount — then it opens again at once.

Plans only move up — getting a lower plan

You can upgrade a website’s plan any time (your unused days are credited — see above). A website’s plan cannot be moved down to a smaller plan or to Free: on the Plan page the lower plans show Lower plan — how?, and tapping one explains this.

The only way to run on a lower plan is a new website. Create one from Create a website — every new website starts on the Free plan. The paid website keeps its plan and keeps renewing until you delete it; anything already due stays due. A deleted website can be restored within 30 days, and restoring it brings its paid plan back, charged from that day.

Recharging your Lentlo Credits

Open Lentlo Credits under Account in the menu and tap Recharge credits, then pick an amount (the screen shows the smallest and largest you can add). You pay securely through one of our RBI-authorised payment partners (Cashfree or CCAvenue) — UPI, card, or net banking — and the balance updates right away; a failed attempt offers Try again and, when both partners are available, Pay another way.

Where to see every charge

The Lentlo Credits page is one hub for the whole account: pick a period (7 days to all time), see where your credits went (sale fees, enquiry fees, AI features, plan purchases, services, and visitor traffic on news websites), each website’s plan and fee rate, and an Activity list of every recharge, plan purchase and fee with its date, website and order number. Filter by kind or website, search an order number like SV-1001, and tap Statement (CSV) for a file your accountant can open in Excel. Full walk-through: Lentlo Credits.

Done-For-You (₹5,999 one-time)

An optional service — building your website yourself is always free, and Asha builds pages for you too. If you would rather hand the job over: open Done For You, tell us about your project, and we continue on WhatsApp with your details already typed in. Nothing is charged when you send the form; once you decide to go ahead you pay ₹5,999 in advance, and our developer builds the complete website — designed for your business, up to 50 products added for you, online payments and your own domain set up — with 2 free revisions until it’s exactly right (more products than that are priced per product; the Done For You page says how much). After that the site is yours on the Free forever plan (₹0/month) — upgrade later only if you want to. Custom work on a website you already have is priced per job before anything starts.

Refunds — what is and isn’t refundable

LentloSites is pay-as-you-go, and the rule is a plain one: credits and activated or renewed plan periods are not refundable, and there is never a cancellation fee.

  • Recharges — your first ₹500 recharge and every later one become credits the moment the payment succeeds, with lifetime validity. Non-refundable, and you are told so before every payment. Details: Lentlo Credits.
  • An activated or renewed plan period — non-refundable. You keep full access until it ends. A paid plan stops renewing only when its website is deleted.
  • Domain registration — once a domain is registered in your name with the registrar, that cost is gone (an ICANN rule, not ours).
  • Done-For-You — non-refundable once the design is delivered and approved.

Where we fail to deliver what you paid for, that is a different matter — tell us from Help & Support and we will make it right. The formal wording lives in our Refund Policy.
