Signing up, building the site, going live
No. Everything — building, editing, orders, billing — works on a phone. Most owners run their whole shop from one.
Pick a design & create your siteMost people are live in 15–30 minutes: pick a design, answer a few questions, add a few products, press publish.
Pick a design & create your siteNo. You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code (OTP). There is no password to forget or leak.
Sign up & log inYes. Nothing here needs code. You type in boxes and press save; the website rebuilds itself.
Edit your website — the complete editor guideYes, as many as you like on one account. Each one is separate — its own products, orders and settings.
Tour of your dashboard & Manage pageA draft is visible only to you. Publishing puts it on the internet. Once live, it stays live — editing never takes it down.
Publish your site & go liveAsk them to refresh once — phones cache pages for a minute or two. If it still fails, check the address is your exact one from the Manage page.
Publish your site & go liveYou don't need to. If you just want to stop taking orders, use Pause ordering — the site stays up and your products stay visible.
Pause ordering — take a break without going offlineYour data stays. On the free plan your site keeps running; you are never locked out of your orders, customers or invoices.
Billing & plansYes — a one-time ₹500 recharge into your own Lentlo Credits. It is not a fee and not monthly: the full ₹500 stays in your account as Lentlo Credits with lifetime validity, spent only on our small fee after a sale or an enquiry, or a paid plan if you ever choose one. There is no monthly bill on the Free plan.
Sign up & log inYes. The welcome wizard offers a live demo dashboard with 16 ready-made businesses — a kirana store, a Meesho-style shop, a restaurant with QR ordering, a hotel, a clinic, a car dealer, a news site and more. Explore it as long as you like; nothing you do there touches your own account.
Sign up & log inCredits have lifetime validity — they never expire and stay yours for life, spent only on fees and plans you choose. Like any prepaid recharge, they are non-refundable once added.
Lentlo Credits — your account balanceA paid plan if you buy one, the small per-sale fee on Free and Starter (or the per-enquiry fee on a business website), Asha answer packs, and services you order such as the iPhone App Store app. AI features like AI-written website text use your Asha answers — the free daily ones first, then a pack. Every charge shows on your Lentlo Credits statement with what it was for.
Lentlo Credits — your account balanceAsha is the helper inside your dashboard and editor. Ask in plain words — she checks your own orders, products, delivery, domain and credits before answering, and can make small changes that wait for your Confirm.
Ask Asha — the helper inside your dashboardYes. Build the whole site, add products and see exactly how it looks before you decide anything. The free plan is a real plan, not a trial that expires.
Billing & plansYes. Build the new one alongside it, point your domain when you are happy, and set up redirects so your old links still work.
URL redirects — keep your old links workingA design cannot be swapped for another with a button, so preview the live demo before you choose. If you picked the wrong one, create a fresh website with the right design — it costs nothing — and add your products there. On a preset or blank-canvas website many capabilities are switches anyway: Sell products online, Take bookings and Write posts sit on the What this website does card in Settings → Appearance.
Which design is right for your businessThere is a paid done-for-you service if you would rather hand it over. Most people find the guided setup faster than explaining what they want.
Pick a design & create your siteOne good photo per product, and one for your shop. You can add more later — an empty catalogue is the only thing that actually stops you launching.
Media — every photo in one placeYes. Put anything in and change it later from Business Info; it updates everywhere at once.
Site Settings — a tour of all six tabsPick by what you want a visitor to DO — buy, book, enquire or read. That answer decides the type card, and the card decides your dashboard. The chooser guide walks through every kind of business.
Which design is right for your businessNot with a switch. You can change every word, photo, colour, section and page inside your design — to move to a different design you create a new website, which costs nothing.
Which design is right for your businessTravel, vehicle rental and astrology designs sit under the Business Website card; auction designs sit under E-commerce. Open that card first, then use the search box — it only searches inside the card you have opened.
Which design is right for your businessNo. Every design is on every plan including Free, and a custom domain is free on all of them. What you pay depends on the kind of business, never on which design you picked.
Which design is right for your businessUse the Business Website card and pick the preset or design for your trade. Then do five things: business info, services with real prices, bookings and slots, your own photos, publish.
Build a services website — salon, clinic, gym, repairs & moreNo — selling is deliberately off on service websites. On a preset (the block-built designs) open Settings → Appearance → What this website does and switch on “Sell products online”; bookings carry on unchanged. The fixed service designs have no shop to switch on — take the odd payment by payment link instead.
Build a services website — salon, clinic, gym, repairs & moreIt is your account home — every website you own, your Lentlo Credits balance, your referral link and your notices, all on one screen. Open a website's card from there to work on that one website. Every website's menu starts with "‹ Main Dashboard", and on a phone it is the first cell of the bottom bar.
Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menuTap '‹ Main Dashboard' at the very top of that website's menu. The same name appears as the first item of the menu, the first cell of the phone bottom bar, and 'Back to Main Dashboard' inside the CRM — all go to the same place.
Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menuTwo places, both opening the same menu: the button labelled Menu at the top-left of every page (scroll up if it has moved off screen), and the Menu cell at the right end of the bar fixed to the bottom of the screen. Inside a CRM on the new menus the top of the screen shows your business name and Search instead — the Menu cell at the bottom right is the menu there.
Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menuMain Dashboard is your account home (websites plus balance, referrals and notices). My Websites is the same websites as a plain list grouped Live and Drafts. Manage is one website's control room — tap its card to get there.
Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menuYes. On the naming screen there is an optional box under 'Your web address' — type krishnabakery.com and you see a live preview of www.krishnabakery.com marked 'connect later · free'. Nothing is bought or connected at that moment; we remember it, and your Manage page then shows a 'Connect krishnabakery.com to this website' card. Connecting takes about five minutes and is free on every plan, your free {name}.lentlosites.com address keeps working alongside it, and you can add more domains or change them any time.
Pick a design & create your siteThe 'Can't see your look?' card at the end of the design gallery opens a short explainer first — everything you can change yourself, and the free blank canvas. If you still want it built for you it is a one-time charge, ready in 2–7 days, with 2 free revisions, and you can edit everything yourself afterwards. Nothing is charged when you send the request: describe your business, send it, then confirm on WhatsApp and our team replies with the plan and a payment link. If an agency set up your website, the request goes to them instead.
Pick a design & create your siteNothing is wrong — your update is queued behind other publishing work and goes live within a few minutes on its own. Keep working; the message turns into "Your changes are live" by itself. Do not press publish again.
Publish your site & go liveOpen Loan Desk → Products and tap "Manage products here" once; the design's sample products become yours to edit — rate, tenure, amount, documents, eligibility and the partner payout. Sample numbers never publish as a claim on your website until you type real ones.
Finance websites — Loan Desk, DSA Partners & borrower portalTap Asha, the round cell in the middle of the bottom bar — press and hold it to speak instead of typing. On a computer press Ask Asha at the foot of the left-hand menu, or open Assistant in the account menu for the chat as a full page.
Ask Asha — the helper inside your dashboardPages, menus, domain, design, app
Buy the domain anywhere, then open Website → Domain in your website's menu and tap Add Domain. The recommended way is one change where you bought it — replace its nameservers with the 4 names on your card, within 2 days — and we connect it automatically, usually within minutes; if you can't change nameservers, the card shows the 2 DNS records to add instead. It is free on every plan, including free.
Connect your own .com domainNameservers are the servers that answer for your domain. The recommended way on the domain card is one change where you bought the domain — the 4 names on your card — and after that we host your DNS on two providers, carry your email records exactly, check both providers every 10 minutes and the registry daily at first then weekly, and serve your site with automatic https. You can go back any time — your previous nameservers stay listed on the card.
Connect your own .com domainNo. Before anything changes we read every record on your domain and carry your email records (MX, SPF, DKIM) over exactly; the card lists what moves before you tap Connect. If your email runs through a service we cannot fully see from outside, the card adds one email note and pasting your DNS list is optional — anything missed later is one tap to add on the DNS records panel. Keep your old DNS host untouched for 7 days after the switch.
Connect your own .com domainNo. It keeps working and forwards to your new domain, so old links and QR codes you already printed still land in the right place.
Connect your own .com domainWebsite → Business Info. Changing it there updates your header, footer and contact page at once. Bills keep their own details in Invoice Settings, and the website's own name (page titles, order messages) is changed on the Manage page.
Edit your website — the complete editor guideWebsite → Header & Footer. You can add, rename, reorder and remove links for the top menu, the footer and the phone drawer separately.
Header & Footer — menus, mobile drawer & announcement barEditor → Site Settings → Product Cards. Turn off “Discount % badge on photos” and/or “Discount ‘% off’ next to the price”, then press Update Website. Your prices and the crossed-out M.R.P. stay exactly as they are — only the percentage stops showing, everywhere.
Edit your website — the complete editor guideYes — add a page in the editor, pick what it is for, and it comes ready-made. It appears in your menu unless you hide it.
Edit your website — the complete editor guideWebsite → Header & Footer → Announcement. Type the message (up to 160 characters), add a link if you like, pick the colours or leave them on Auto, choose Every page or Homepage only, and press Save Changes. Switch on Let visitors close it if you want a small ✕ on the bar.
Header & Footer — menus, mobile drawer & announcement barYes, free and automatic. Every published site can be added to a phone's home screen, and you can also build a real Android app file.
Your website as an appAdd your Google Maps link in Manage → Social & Links. If you have several branches, use Stores & Branches to get a proper locator page.
Stores & Branches — a branch locator for every locationIndian law does not require one, so it is off by default. If you want one — for EU visitors, say — you can turn it on and design it yourself.
Cookie banner — optional, fully yours to designMarketing → Blog → New Post. Write, add a cover photo, pick a category and press Publish. It goes live on your website within seconds — no Update Website needed — as long as the website itself is published.
Publishing blog postsNot if you set up redirects. Website → URL Redirects lets you paste your old addresses and point each at its new page, so Google and old links keep working.
URL redirects — keep your old links workingWebsite → Appearance → What customers see. Each link has its own switch; turn it off and press Save — hiding a link never breaks the page itself, and old links keep working. The same switches on your Manage page's What customers see card save the moment you tap them.
What customers see — visibility togglesYou can write any page in any language — just type it. There is a site language setting for the built-in labels too.
Site Settings — a tour of all six tabsPaste the link in your bio. If you want to track how many came from there, make a share link on the Grow page and use that instead.
Get found on Google — the Grow pageYes — save your WhatsApp number on your website's Social & Links page. On most designs the floating green button then shows on every page; its on/off switch and its side (bottom right or bottom left) are in the editor under Site Settings → WhatsApp & Chat (some designs call it Social & WhatsApp). Press Update Website after changing those.
Site Settings — a tour of all six tabsWebsite → Header & Footer. Move links with the arrows; on a phone the arrows are easier than dragging.
Header & Footer — menus, mobile drawer & announcement barYes. Remove its link from the menu; the page stays reachable at its address, which is what you want for a policy or a campaign page.
Header & Footer — menus, mobile drawer & announcement barIt is the tiny icon on a browser tab. Upload a simple square version of your logo in Business Info — at least 192×192px, and it also becomes your app icon on phones. Browsers remember tab icons, so open the site in a new tab or hard-refresh after changing it.
Site Settings — a tour of all six tabsIt is meant to — the layout adapts. Check the phone view before publishing, since most of your customers are on one.
Publish your site & go liveYes, through your contact form. Messages land in Form Inbox and you can reply from WhatsApp.
Contact form inboxYes, free and automatic, on the free address and on your own domain. You never buy or renew one.
Connect your own .com domainOpen the home page in the editor and press “Use my own banner slider as the hero” at the top of Sections on this page (on a phone: Edit Page → Sections & layout). It hides the design's hero and adds a Banner Slider that is already edge to edge — upload one slide per banner and a phone version for mobiles.
Sections & layout — add, arrange and style any blockOpen the slider, turn on “My slides are ready-made banners” and keep Banner size on “Follow the first banner”. The slider takes your first banner's shape, so there are no bands, and every other banner fits inside it (a banner of another shape gets soft blurred edges — or pick plain colour or Fill the box under “Banners of a different shape”). Upload a Phone version too, so phones do not get a thin strip.
Sections & layout — add, arrange and style any blockYes, for every block you add: tap its row in Sections on this page (or the block in the preview) and press Full in the quick bar at the top of its card (Default · Narrow · Wide · Full). Your design's own sections keep the design's layout.
Sections & layout — add, arrange and style any blockYes. Open the block and use the Show on icons in its quick bar — tap the phone icon to hide it on phones while it stays on tablets and computers. It stays saved.
Sections & layout — add, arrange and style any blockAnywhere. Press Add section at the top of Sections on this page and answer Where should it go? — Top of this page, After any section, or Bottom of this page. You can also open a section's ⋯ menu → Add a section after this, or hover between two sections in the preview for a + Add section here pill; the block appears in the preview at once.
Sections & layout — add, arrange and style any blockYes. The quick bar sets the space above and below; “All layout, background & motion options” adds a background photo or gradient, rounded corners, a card frame, entrance animation and per-device spacing. Everything starts at Default, so nothing changes until you pick something.
Sections & layout — add, arrange and style any blockOn most designs, yes — open the section's ⋯ menu in Sections on this page and choose Move up or Move down (on a computer you can also drag the row). “Restore the design's original order” brings the default order back in one tap.
Sections & layout — add, arrange and style any blockDrag the grey handle at the top of the panel up to any height — it snaps to small, medium or tall and remembers your choice. The ⇅ button next to the close cross cycles the three sizes.

Get found on Google — the Grow pageTap the site name card at the top of the menu — a ▾ opens the list of every website you can manage, recent ones first, with a search box once you have more than five. You land on the same page of the other website.
Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menuOn every website card on Main Dashboard and My Websites, under 'Your website address' on the Manage page, and in a slim row at the bottom of that website's menu. Each one has Visit website and a Copy button.
Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menuOur team paused it, and publishing or renewing a plan will not bring it back. Use the Contact Support button beside the Suspended heading to appeal. Your orders, customers and business data stay safe and readable.
Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menuSaving stores the rows with the rest of your homepage. Your live website is rebuilt when you press Update Website — the green button in the editor's top bar, or on that website's Manage page. Press it once and every saved row goes live together.
Homepage sections — rows of productsNo. On a big catalogue at a busy moment the pages are built in the background, so you see 'Your update is queued and goes live within a few minutes — you can keep working.' The 'Not live yet' chip stays until the pages are built and the editor tells you the moment your site is live. Nothing is lost and you can keep editing meanwhile.
Edit your website — the complete editor guideThey were replaced by one list, "Everything for this website" — every tool you have, grouped like your menu, nothing left out. A faded tile with an "Off" tag is a feature you have not switched on yet; open it to turn it on.
Tour of your dashboard & Manage pageIt is split into six pages in the website's own menu: Business Info, Appearance and Social & Links under Website; Payments, Tracking and Advanced under Settings. Each one is also a tile on the Manage page.

Your website as an appSettings → Business Info, in the 'SEO & Google Search' card. Paste your publisher ID (it starts with ca-pub-) and publish once; the verification tag and the ads.txt file go live on your website. AdSense needs your own domain, not the free address.
Get found on Google — the Grow page1000px. The four buttons are 200px (WhatsApp), 400px (a website), 600px (a slide) and 1000px (anything on paper) — a small code blown up to A4 turns blurry and phones refuse to read it.
QR codes for your shop & productsThe Domain page says why in its own words. Type only the name (krishnabakery.com — no https:// and no /), make sure the domain is bought, and remove it from any other website it is already connected to. Well-known brands' and government domains are refused on purpose.
Common issues & fixesOpen your website's Business Info page (Website group of the menu) and upload it under Logo; Favicon beside it is the small icon in a browser tab. Site Settings — a tour of all six tabsWebsite → Appearance → What customers see → Buy buttons on product pages (phone) → Bottom bar only, then press Save. Phones and tablets then show only the bar fixed at the bottom; computers keep their buttons. Designs that have no bottom bar are not affected.

Add an Offer strip, Countdown or Promo banner block at the top, below the buy area or at the bottom — it repeats on every product page. Press Update Website to put it live.
Add & rearrange sections on any pageOpen the editor on the Home page. On a Blank canvas or preset website the page's sections are on the right of the preview: press Add your first section, or Start with a ready-made layout for a finished starter you can edit. On any other design, use Add section in Sections on this page to add blocks above, between or below the design's own sections.
Start from a blank canvasEditor changes wait for Update Website — press it in the editor's top bar. If the block shows an amber Not on your live site line in the preview, it has nothing to show yet and the line says what it needs. A form you add in the editor lands in your Form Inbox once it is live.
Sections & layout — add, arrange and style any blockOpen that page in the editor, tap Header under Header, footer & bars (or open Site Settings → Header) and switch on Hide the header on this page. Every other page keeps it; on the home page the editor asks once before hiding it. It goes live with Update Website.
Header, footer & site-wide blocks — 404 page, announcement bar, phone bottom barWebsite → Appearance → What customers see → turn off Show out-of-stock products in listings, then press Save. Sold-out items leave the shop, categories and search, but each product's own page keeps working so shared links still open. A separate advanced switch, Hide product pages too, removes those pages entirely — old links then break.
What customers see — visibility togglesWebsite → Appearance → What customers see → Product photos. Keep How photos fit their frame on Auto (a wide or tall photo is shown whole) or pick Whole photo, then press Save. One product can have its own setting under Make the page richer → Photo descriptions & fit in its product form.
Product photos — shown whole, never cut offCheck that the popup's own switch is on, wait about a minute, then open your live website in a private window — the editor's preview never shows popups, and your browser may have seen it already today. A popup set to When the visitor is about to leave works on computers only.
Popups on your websiteOn the Free plan a landing page is charged per lead from your Lentlo Credits, once per phone number per day — the same person sending the form three times on Monday is one lead. A form sent without a valid 10-digit mobile number is never charged, and a lead you mark as spam gets its fee back. The yearly paid plan takes the lead fee to zero; your Plan page shows the exact prices.
Landing pages — one message, one askThe message above the form says why: a domain that is not bought yet, one already on another of your websites or another account, or a name that belongs to a well-known company or the government (like gmail.com or a .gov.in address) can't be added. Type just the domain, like www.yourbusiness.com, and fix what the message names — the Domain guide lists every message and what to do.
Connect your own .com domainWith the nameserver way you have 2 days to change the nameservers where you bought the domain — the card shows the date. If the registry still doesn't name our servers by then, the setup is removed and the Domain page says so for 30 days. Add the domain again whenever you are ready and change the nameservers straight after.
Connect your own .com domainGrow → Google & sharing → 'Your website's link — on Google and when shared'. Write the Title, Description and pick a Picture, watch the live Google and WhatsApp previews, and tap Save — your website shows it within a minute. A link shared before keeps its old card for a while: use Refresh on Facebook / Refresh on LinkedIn there, and on WhatsApp share your address with ?new at the end.
Your title, description and the picture people see when your link is sharedA form never shows on its own — customers reach it through a loan product card. On Loan Forms, add the loan with '+ Add a loan to your website' (or '+ Add product'), use 'Give it a form' on that card, and make sure the form is published, not 'Draft — not live'.
Contact form inboxTo Form Inbox in your website's sidebar under Sales (the page is titled Form Submissions). Every form on your website lands there with its name, phone, message and time; tap one to reply on WhatsApp, call or email, and use Export for an Excel or CSV copy.
Contact form inboxNo. Move to Trash only takes it out of your library — a page or product that still uses the photo keeps showing it, and the nightly check puts it back in your library. To take a picture off your website, change it on the page or product that uses it; a trashed photo nobody uses can be restored for 60 days.
Media — every photo in one placeNo. Pressing Publish (or Update on a live post) puts it on your website within seconds and sends it to search engines — as long as your website itself is published. Save Draft keeps it off the website.
Publishing blog postsYes, if you plan to use one. The app is tied to the web address it is built with — the Android App page asks 'Getting your own domain? Add it first.' with Add my domain first or Continue with your current address. Change the address later and the app must be rebuilt, and everyone who installed it needs the new version.
Your website as an appYes. On Daily Rates untick Show the rates bar on your site and tap Save Today's Rates. Your pieces still re-price by weight; only the LIVE RATES bar on the home page is hidden.

Most shops can hold up to 10,000 products — the number a website design lists well (a shop can be given a different figure). Adding past it is refused with the numbers in the message, and the Products page shows your count once you pass 90% of it. For a bigger catalogue, ask support about the large-catalogue setup.
Add & edit productsYes — paste a product link from a marketplace and we fetch the name, photos and price. For many products, send your product list (Excel or CSV, up to 500) in this chat with the paper-clip while your website is open — they are added in one card you confirm — or use Products → More → Import CSV.
Import products from Amazon/Flipkart/MeeshoAdd variants on the product. Each size or colour can carry its own price, stock count and photo.
Add & edit productsYes, two ways. In Variants & packs, Buy more & save sells the same item in packs of 2, 4 or 12, each with its own price, and Pack sizes sells different sizes (500 g, 1 kg). If the product is sold only in full boxes of 12, open its How many per order tile and choose A fixed number each time — customers can then buy only 12, 24, 36.
Add & edit productsCustomers cannot order it — the store refuses the order even if the item was sitting in an old cart. You choose whether it stays visible with a Sold Out badge or hides completely.
Stock & inventory — keep stock counts honestNo. You can simply flip a product in or out of stock and never enter a number. Counts are there if you want them.
Stock & inventory — keep stock counts honestOpen the product and tap the How many per order tile: set Minimum per order, and if you sell only in full sets choose A fixed number each time (4, 8, 12…). The cart starts at your minimum and checkout refuses a smaller number with a one-tap fix. Asha in your dashboard chat can change a product's minimum for you too.
Add & edit productsYes — that is what personalised products are for. Add the questions you need (name, message, photo upload) and charge extra for add-ons.
Personalized & printed products (photo cakes, mugs, t-shirts…)Use categories, and keep them few and obvious. Every category gets its own page automatically, and they appear in your menu and on the homepage.
Categories & shop organizationYes. On the product open More you can do → Digital Product, switch it on and upload the file (up to 5 GB) or paste a Drive link. The customer downloads it from the order-success screen once the payment is confirmed (or you confirm a UPI order), and again from Track Order when signed in — up to 10 times in 30 days.
Selling downloads — PDFs, audio, videoAlmost always because the photo came through WhatsApp, which crushes images. Upload the original from your camera roll — we make the smaller sizes for you.
Media — every photo in one placeYes, with member pricing — signed-in customers you add to a group (Wholesale, Dealers, VIP) see their own rate on the same website, and everyone else sees the normal price. Switch it on in Manage → Member Pricing, make a group and paste their phone numbers.
Wholesale & dealer prices (member pricing)Enter the higher price as the MRP and the lower one as your selling price. The saving is calculated and shown for you.
Add & edit productsYes — in Variants & packs choose Pack sizes and add 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg (type 500g or 1 kg and the unit is picked for you), each with its own price, MRP and stock. Customers can compare the price per kg, and you can hide that line if it looks odd for small packs.
Add & edit productsOn a catalogue site, mark the piece price-on-request and the enquiry button replaces the price. On a normal store, a price is required to check out.
Catalogue websites — show the range, get the WhatsAppYes, per product — and per variant if a size falls in a different slab. Products inherit your default rate unless you change them.
GST invoices & reportsIt is the tax classification code for a product. If you raise GST invoices you should set it; your CA can give you the codes for what you sell.
GST invoices & reportsYes — duplicate it and change what differs. Much faster when you sell many close variations.
Add & edit productsPut them in a 'New arrivals' homepage section, or reorder your shop so they come first. Both take a minute.
Homepage sections — rows of productsCheck three things: it is not out of stock while Show out-of-stock products in listings is off (Settings → Appearance), its Who can buy & how much tile does not show it to members only, and — on a category page — it is in that category. Product saves reach your live shop within seconds; no publish is needed.
Stock & inventory — keep stock counts honestNot yet — the CSV import only ADDS products. If a row's name matches a product you already have, the whole file is refused and the clashing names are listed. Change existing products with Quick edit, Stock mode or the bulk ₹ Price action instead.
Import products from Amazon/Flipkart/MeeshoThat file has names that match products already in this store. Rename those rows in the file, or delete the existing products first — the import creates new products, it does not overwrite. The message names the clashing products for you.
Import products from Amazon/Flipkart/MeeshoGoogle or Meta looked at that product and would not list it. The line names the reason and what to change — usually a missing brand, barcode or a photo they rejected. “Under review” means they are still checking; “Approved” means it is live on the channel.
Add & edit productsIt is now just “Quick” with a small lightning icon, on every product card — tap it to change price, MRP or stock without opening the full form.
Add & edit productsNo. The saved list lives in the browser they saved it in, so a second phone or a cleared browser starts fresh. It is a handy shelf, not part of their account. Signing in does add one thing on your side: your shop remembers who saved which product, so a price drop can reach them.
Search & wishlist — what customers are looking forYour website's own sales are not written into the journal today — an order takes the item off the product's stock count straight away, but leaves no line there. The journal records goods coming in (purchases, returns), what you write off yourself and, when your CRM keeps one count with the website, every change made in the CRM; your website sales live on the Orders page.
Stock Journal — why the count is what it isOne is the maker's barcode printed on the pack — Retail barcode, under Google & Instagram listing — and it is the only code sent to Google and Instagram. The other, Your own code, is a code you made for your counter or labels, like the 13-digit code your CRM's Generate makes; it stays on your website and in your CRM.
Add & edit productsYes, when the item is linked with the website product and the two keep one count. A bill, a credit note, a stock move, a stock-take or an import in the CRM each write a line marked CRM that names where it came from, like "Sold in your CRM · BIL/26-27/0042". Half a kilo writes a line only when the website's whole-unit count changes.
Stock Journal — why the count is what it isNo — the entry is the record of what happened. The count your website sells from lives on the product, so correct it there as well; the journal is what explains the change later.
Stock Journal — why the count is what it isIt appears only once at least one product is switched to Auction. Open Products, open a car or a piece, switch on Auction / Bidding and save — Auctions then shows up with the live board and the site-wide auction settings.
Auctions — timed bidding on any product, and the Hammer & Yard designsOpen Products and tap Add Product, choose Own Product, then add photos, the name, the price, stock and a category and tap Add Product at the bottom. It shows on your shop within seconds. Sizes, packs and every other option are optional and can be added later.
Add & edit productsYes. On the product open How many per order and choose A fixed number each time — type 4 (or 12 for a dozen) and say what you call a group, like set or box. Customers can then buy only 4, 8, 12…, the cart and checkout show the pieces with the sets they make, and the price stays per piece.
Add & edit productsYes. In Variants & packs flip that size's Selling switch to Paused — customers see it sold out and its count stays exactly as it is until you switch it back on. For a whole product, tick it on the list and tap Out of Stock; any count you track is kept.
Stock & inventory — keep stock counts honestTurn on Members Only (Manage → Members Access): the whole website sits behind a phone sign-in and only customers you approve see your products and prices. If the shop should stay public and only dealers need their own rate, use Member Pricing instead.
Members Only — private invite-only catalogOn Track Order, signed in with the number they ordered with — the order shows Your Downloads with how many downloads are left. Each file can be downloaded up to 10 times in 30 days from the order; after that, send them the file yourself.
Selling downloads — PDFs, audio, videoOn Daily Rates tap + Add a Gold rate (or + Add a Silver rate), name the row — for example Platinum 950 — type the rate and pick its unit (per gram, per 10 grams, per 100 grams or per kg). It then appears in the metal list when you price a product by weight.
Daily rates & price-by-weight (catalogue sites)Open the product and look under Describe it — the dark What customers see frame shows exactly what the website shows. The Short Description appears near the name and price on every design, but a line that only repeats the product's name is left out on designs that already show the name, and the preview tells you so: write a line of key features instead. Then press Save — the website updates on its own.

In Orders, and they carry a violet NEW tag until you open them. The daily brief card at the top also tells you what needs doing.
Managing ordersYes. Each status you set — confirmed, packed, shipped, delivered — updates their Track Order page and sends an app notification if they allowed them. WhatsApp updates go only from your own WhatsApp number: connect it and switch the messages on in WhatsApp → Order & store updates. You never type them.
Managing ordersYes — create a manual order. It counts in your sales, stock and invoices exactly like a website order, and is tagged so you can tell them apart.
Create manual orders (WhatsApp/walk-in/B2B)Yes, while it is Pending or Confirmed: open it → Quick actions → Edit order to change items, quantities, the address, the receiver or the coupon. The total is worked out again and the invoice regenerated; every edit is recorded. An order where the customer used wallet money can't be edited — cancel it and create it again.
Managing ordersStock goes back (unless you switched off 'Auto-restock when order is cancelled' in Settings → Advanced), any influencer commission is reversed, wallet money the customer used goes back to their wallet, and the invoice is voided but kept for GST — or a credit note is raised if its tax month is over. Online payments you refund yourself from your gateway's dashboard.
Managing ordersUse the return flow on the order rather than the status dropdown. It restocks what came back and creates a credit note for the refunded amount.
Managing ordersSometimes. Orders that look duplicated are flagged with a warning — check both payments before packing, and refund one if they were charged twice.
Managing ordersOpen Customers and sort by 'Highest spend' — that is your top spenders. Repeat Insights (the button on the Customers page) shows who is due to re-order (Running Low), who has not ordered for 90+ days (Churned), and which products bring repeat customers back (Top Loyalty Drivers).
Your customer list & repeat buyersYes — Customers → Repeat Insights lists Running Low customers (their usual re-order day is near or has passed) and Churned ones (no order for 90+ days), each with a one-tap WhatsApp button.
Your customer list & repeat buyersYes — Abandoned carts lists them, including people who reached the payment page. One tap opens WhatsApp with a written message.
Recovering abandoned cartsYes. One order: open it → Quick actions → Print address label. Several: tick them on the Orders page and tap Address labels. Change the design once with Customise label design — six to an A4 sheet, or one per sticker on a thermal printer.
Address labels & the day's run sheetOpen it → Quick actions → Delete permanently; it cannot be undone. If the order has a live invoice, cancel it first — the system insists, so a GST invoice is never orphaned. Cancelling alone is usually enough: cancelled orders are left out of your sales numbers.
Managing ordersYes, if you entered cost prices on your products. The order shows profit per line and the Products → Profit page ranks what actually earns.
Profit & LossOpen the order: the Payment proof card shows the screenshot. Match the amount, date and UPI reference in your own UPI or bank app before tapping ✓ Money received — Mark paid. The Unpaid UPI view lists every UPI order still to check, and the optional AI screenshot check flags fakes — but your UPI app is the final word.
Managing ordersWhile the order is Pending or Confirmed, open it → Quick actions → Edit order and change the address and pincode; the delivery charge, total and invoice are worked out again. Once it is packed or shipped it can't be edited — tell your courier or delivery person the new address.
Managing ordersYes — the Internal notes card on every order is for you and your team only; customers never see it on Track Order, the invoice or any message. Notes the system adds itself are kept off every customer page too.
Managing ordersSet Minimum Order Value on Settings → Payments. Below it the cart says 'Add ₹X more to checkout' and our servers refuse the order too. Store-pickup orders, orders you create yourself and repeat (subscription) deliveries are never blocked by it.
Accept payments (Razorpay, UPI, COD)Yes. Add them as team members and both can work; every action is recorded against the person who did it.
Add team members & manage staffA customer order you have not opened yet. It clears itself the moment you open the order. Orders you created never show it.
Managing ordersYes — every order has a tracking page (customers open Track Order with their phone number), and its link goes out in the WhatsApp updates your own number sends. Fewer 'where is my order' messages for you.
Managing ordersNowhere important — the saved views are the same ones, they just wear small line icons now instead of emoji. To ship, Unpaid UPI, COD to collect, Part-paid, Manual, Delivered · 7d and (on route-delivery stores) Sooner all work exactly as before: tap once to apply, tap again to clear.
Managing ordersYes. CCAvenue is one of the payment gateways you can connect for your store, alongside Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe, Easebuzz and Zoho Payments. Orders paid through it are verified automatically and show Paid — you never mark them paid by hand.
Managing ordersBecause that invoice belongs to a tax month you have already closed, and GST does not let you strike off a bill from a closed month. The invoice stays on record and a credit note reverses it — the confirmation message names the note so you can find it in your books. Nothing more to do.
Cancellations, returns & RTOShiprocket, Shipmozo, Delhivery, NimbusPost and Shadowfax book and track for you from the Ship console on the order. India Post shows live Speed Post prices but has no booking API, so you book at the counter and type the 13-character article number back in.
Managing ordersBecause your Auctions page has "Who can bid on your auctions" set to "Approved members only". Your site stays public and anyone can browse; only bidding waits for your yes. New bidders land in the same queue on the Members Access page, and the switch there reads "OFF — public site · bidder approval ON" so you can tell the two apart.
Members Only — private invite-only catalogNo. A second tap of the same form lands on the same message, so your Form Inbox shows one enquiry, not two. If the message truly could not be saved, the customer now sees a 'could not send' line with everything they typed still in the boxes, so one more tap sends it.
Contact form inboxOpen Restaurant in your sidebar and tap Dish availability: find the dish and tap it OFF. Its ADD button becomes Sold out on your website and the table QR menus as soon as the website updates itself, so nobody can order it; tapping it again puts it back on sale. The Billing Counter still lets you bill it after a confirm.
Restaurant mode — ordering, hours & table bookingsNothing is cancelled automatically. Open the winner's order and cancel it first; the lot then shows Offer to next bidder on the Auctions page, and the runner-up gets an order and a payment link at their own bid. An unsold lot (no winner at all) shows Relist instead.
Auctions — timed bidding on any product, and the Hammer & Yard designsNo — it charges only your booking advance, taken from the saved amount on your side, so the full price can never reach the payment screen. The amount is in the website editor under Site Settings → Product Page Settings → Booking Amount, typed in paise (1000000 = ₹10,000).
Used-car dealerships — stock & the /sell wizardBook Test Drive opens your Book Test Drive page, and the request lands under Test Drives in your sidebar — confirm or cancel it there and the buyer sees the status when they open Track Booking. Money is not taken by that button; any advance comes from the booking service you set up under Bookings.
Used-car dealerships — stock & the /sell wizardThose two are enquiry desks, not booking engines: the customer sends their route and it lands in your Form Inbox with everything they typed. You quote the fare and collect it with a bill from your CRM, sent on WhatsApp with a UPI button, a QR and, if you like, a payment link.
Travel booking websites — buses, stays, taxis & packagesBrowsing and filling a cart need nothing. To place the order, the checkout asks a customer who is not signed in for their mobile number and a 4-digit code — once; they then stay signed in on that phone for 7 days. Their cart is kept while they do it, and every order you get carries a real, reachable number.
Your checkout — what customers see, step by stepFrom the account icon in your header, which opens My Account: they type their mobile number and the 4-digit code that arrives — there is no password. The checkout also asks for it before their first order, so most customers are already signed in.
Customer accounts — signing in, orders, addresses and balancesTap 'Taking orders' on your website's Overview card 'Your store right now' — it pauses at once and your website stays live with your message. To reopen by itself, set 'Resume automatically at' under Appearance → Pause ordering and press Save; at that minute the shop takes orders again.
Pause ordering — take a break without going offlineA shipped order can't be edited, so record it as a return: open the order → Process return / RTO → Customer return, tick only the refused items, keep Restock on and choose No refund — a credit note reduces the bill. Then record the cash you really received with Record part payment and tap Mark fully received.
Cancellations, returns & RTONo — there is no cancel button on the customer's side. They call or message you, and you cancel it from the order (status Cancelled, or Quick actions → Cancel order); stock goes back by itself. Refund any online payment from your payment gateway's dashboard.
Managing ordersYes — switch on 'Ask for an alternate number on every delivery order' under Appearance → What customers see. Delivery orders then need a second mobile, or a landline with its STD code, so your delivery person always has another number to call. Pickup orders never ask.
Your checkout — what customers see, step by stepThe Bookings page offers Reschedule this booking, and — when an advance was paid — No-show (keep advance) and Record refund, but no plain Cancel button for a confirmed booking. Cancel it from Appointments in the CRM (Cancel appointment); the customer is told.
Appointments & bookingsNot yet — ordering hours are the same every day of the week. On your weekly off day press Pause new orders on the Restaurant page before you close and Resume orders when you open; customers can still browse the menu and see that you are closed.
Restaurant mode — ordering, hours & table bookingsManage → In-Store Pickup → How fast is an order ready? Tap 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, Same day or Next day, or type it your own way. The checkout shows what you pick.
Restaurant mode — ordering, hours & table bookingsInstall the dashboard app on your phone and tap Switch on alerts — new orders, bookings and enquiries then arrive as phone notifications even when the app is closed. Inside the dashboard a strip at the top of every page shows what is new, and on a restaurant website a new order also pops up with a chime (the Sound on / off button is in that pop-up; a browser stays silent until you have tapped the page once). If an Email notices card shows on your Notifications page, you can also get an email for every new order once you confirm your address.
The dashboard app on your phoneThe cart checks every item against your shop each time it opens. 'No longer available' means the size or colour in their cart no longer exists — for example after you deleted or re-made that product's options — so they pick it again on the product page. 'Removed by seller' means the product was deleted, and 'Sold out' means its stock ran out.
Add & edit productsOpen the order's Track Order page (or the order in Orders): the status timeline shows where it has reached and, with a connected courier, the scan-by-scan parcel journey and the tracking number. Share that link with the customer. If the courier shows it delivered and the customer says it never came, raise it with the courier from its own panel.
Track Order — how customers check where their order isGateways, UPI, COD, refunds, wallet
Straight to you. Payments go into your own gateway or UPI account; we only receive a yes/no that the payment succeeded.
Accept payments (Razorpay, UPI, COD)UPI QR. Enter your UPI ID and the QR appears at checkout — no signup, no paperwork, works in two minutes.
Accept payments (Razorpay, UPI, COD)Razorpay is the usual first choice in India and is quick to approve. Any of the seven (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe, Easebuzz, Zoho Payments, CCAvenue) works the same once its keys are pasted in Settings → Payments — press Test now on its card to be sure.
Accept payments (Razorpay, UPI, COD)Yes — a flat fee, a percentage, or both with a minimum and maximum. It shows to the customer before they confirm.
Accept payments (Razorpay, UPI, COD)Turn on Partial COD: the customer pays a small amount online and the rest on delivery. People who are not serious do not pay even ₹50.
Accept payments (Razorpay, UPI, COD)It usually appears within five minutes on its own — a background check reconciles captured payments. If it does not, the payment alert on your Orders page shows it so nothing is lost.
Common issues & fixesYes. Every unpaid COD, UPI or manual order has a Collect payment card with a payment link — send it on WhatsApp, the customer pays through your own gateway, and the order is marked paid automatically.
Payment links — collect money with a linkRefund online payments from your payment gateway's own dashboard — the money is in your account. For goods that came back, use Process return / RTO on the order: it raises the credit note and records the refund, to the customer's store wallet or as cash / manual. For a cancelled order, write the refund in the order's Internal notes.
Cancellations, returns & RTOMoney a customer keeps with you, spendable only in your shop. Useful for refunds and for top-up offers that bring people back.
Customer wallet — store credit, top-ups, refund-to-walletYes — the Unpaid figure on Orders, and the Payments received page which lists every payment with how it came in.
Managing ordersOn the free plan a small flat platform fee applies per sale. Paid plans lower it — Pro and Growth are 0%. Nothing is ever taken from your gateway — fees come from your account credits.
Lentlo Credits — your account balanceYour prepaid account balance with us — one balance for all your websites. Your plan, the small per-sale or per-enquiry fee and things you buy (an Asha answer pack, a service) are taken from it. Recharge any time from Account → Lentlo Credits.
Lentlo Credits — your account balanceThat is your gateway's settlement cycle, usually two to three working days. It is set by them, not by us.
Accept payments (Razorpay, UPI, COD)Yes — Partial COD. Set a fixed amount or a percentage to collect online; the balance is collected at the door.
Accept payments (Razorpay, UPI, COD)Payment gateways generally require a business current account. UPI QR to a personal UPI ID works from day one, which is why most people start there.
Accept payments (Razorpay, UPI, COD)Yes. Turn the method off and your credentials stay saved for when you want it back.
Accept payments (Razorpay, UPI, COD)Check the Orders list for a duplicate warning and your gateway for two captures. If both went through, refund one from the gateway and note it on the order.
Managing ordersA captured payment that has no matching order — usually a browser that closed mid-payment. It clears itself once the order is matched, and shows you the money so nothing is lost.
Common issues & fixesYes. Record each part payment on the order; the amount still to collect updates, and couriers and pay links use the reduced figure.
Managing ordersOpen Wallet in your website's sidebar, go to the Customers tab, tap History on the customer and then + Credit — type the amount and a reason. They can spend it at checkout, and every credit and debit is listed in their history.
Customer wallet — store credit, top-ups, refund-to-walletNo — recharges are non-refundable once the payment succeeds, like any prepaid recharge. In return the balance never expires and there is never a cancellation fee.
Lentlo Credits — your account balanceNo — an activated or renewed plan period is not refundable; you keep full access until it ends. A paid plan keeps renewing from your Lentlo Credits until its website is deleted.
Billing & plansThe rate is per 100 counted visitors, not per visitor. To pay 50 paise a head, type 50 — that is ₹50 for every 100 visitors.
Share links & paying promoters per visitorOrders → Received opens Payments received, a day-wise cash book: cash/UPI/bank parts you recorded, gateway payments, payment-link collections, booking advances and wallet top-ups. An order booked on Monday but paid on Thursday shows on Thursday. Download any period as CSV.
Managing ordersYour recharge is collected by one of our RBI-authorised payment partners: Cashfree Payments (the checkout opens right on the page, with your UPI apps listed) or CCAvenue (the bank page opens in the same tab). Pay by UPI, card or net banking; the credits land the moment the payment confirms, and a GST invoice for the recharge follows within minutes. If an attempt fails, the screen says exactly why, nothing is charged, and you can try again or pay through the other partner.
Lentlo Credits — your account balanceYes. After a failed or cancelled attempt the recharge screen shows Try again and, when both partners are available, Pay another way (Cashfree ↔ CCAvenue). Nothing is charged for a failed attempt. If money left your account, do not pay twice: a payment that went through is credited automatically within a few minutes even if you closed the tab.
Lentlo Credits — your account balanceYour gateway refused to open a payment session — usually test keys pasted instead of live ones, an account whose activation isn't finished, or a website address CCAvenue doesn't recognise. The customer is not stuck: they see that message with your shop's name so they can phone you, and any other method you have on (COD, UPI QR) still works. Open Manage → Settings → Payments: the gateway's card shows a red line with the date and the gateway's own words. Fix the keys or the account, press Test now on the card, and a passing test clears the red line.
Accept payments (Razorpay, UPI, COD)CCAvenue has no webhook, so the only automatic net is our five-minute check against CCAvenue's Order Status API — and that needs a separate pair of credentials. In CCAvenue M-panel → Settings → API Keys, register our server IP (shown in the amber box on the CCAvenue card) and the exact website address customers check out on, then paste the API Access Code and API Encryption Key CCAvenue issues into the amber box on the CCAvenue card in Manage → Settings → Payments. Press Test now: it says plainly whether automatic confirmation is live or blind.
Accept payments (Razorpay, UPI, COD)They are two different things. Your customers' store credit is the Customer Wallet page in each website's sidebar under Sales (Manage → Wallet). Lentlo Credits is your own prepaid balance with us that pays platform fees, and it now lives at one account-level page for all your websites.
Customer wallet — store credit, top-ups, refund-to-walletOpen the website's Wallet page and go to the Top-ups tab. It opens on "Needs approval" whenever something is waiting (and on "All top-ups" when nothing is). Check the screenshot and UTR against your bank, then tap Approve — the balance credits instantly with any bonus, and the customer sees it in My Wallet.
Customer wallet — store credit, top-ups, refund-to-walletThirty scans a day per person, free — and that count is shared between Purchases auto-fill, the receipt photos on the Expenses page and the CRM's bill scans. Hit the limit and it tells you how many hours until it resets.
Purchases & vendor billsBecause any entry you recorded in Expenses as Income — a cash sale, a commission, rent from a tenant — is added back on its own “Add: Other income” line before the net profit figure.
Profit & LossAt most 30 from one website in a day, however busy it gets, and the same visitor enquiring several times in a day is charged once. On the year plan enquiries cost nothing at all.
Daily rates & price-by-weight (catalogue sites)Yes. In Rental Desk → Settings → How customers pay, switch on "Accept UPI payments with a screenshot" and keep a UPI ID in your Payments settings. The customer pays and uploads the screenshot, the booking waits under Needs action, and it is confirmed only when you tap Received — confirm.
Vehicle rental websites — fleet, bookings, KYC & depositsNo. Once a credit note stands against an invoice, Edit (reissue) is refused and says so: issue a credit note for whatever is still uncredited, then create a fresh invoice for the corrected sale. That is what stops one bill being reversed twice.
CRM billing — GST invoices & customer credit16 A4 designs in a visual gallery (Regal, Midnight, Crimson, Saffron, Copper and more) with your own accent colour and fonts, plus 10 thermal receipt styles and three bill text sizes — all under Invoicing → Settings.
CRM billing — GST invoices & customer creditNo. A plan you bought renews by itself from your Lentlo Credits — when they are short it still renews, and only your own editing and publishing pause until you recharge. A plan that was given to you (a gift) ends and the website moves to Free: the Billing & Plans page shows it under Free with a line saying which plan ended when, and a Buy again button. Your visitors never see anything about your plan.
Billing & plansNo — plans only move up. You can upgrade any time, but a website's paid plan cannot be moved down to a smaller plan or to Free; it renews from your Lentlo Credits until the website is deleted. The only way to run on a lower plan is a new website: create one and it starts on the Free plan.
Billing & plansDo not pay again. When the bank takes the money but the payment page did not finish, the amount is added to your Lentlo Credits automatically, usually within a few minutes. Tell Asha "I have paid 500" and she reads your own recharge attempts; still missing after that, report it from Help & Support → A payment or order problem with your bank's reference.
Common issues & fixesThe QR never sits on the page: it opens in a sheet after the customer taps the pay button and the order passes its checks. If the UPI box shows a sentence instead, the order can't be placed yet — an empty cart, a sold-out item, a PIN outside your delivery area, or a cart below your minimum — and the sentence says which. Also check your UPI ID is saved in Settings → Payments.
Your checkout — what customers see, step by stepBookings → Settings → Advance payment: choose how customers pay (pay at the visit, full price online, or part now and the rest at the visit) and set a % or fixed ₹. Each service can have its own advance. You need a payment gateway or UPI ID saved in Settings → Payments.
Appointments & bookingsYes. With a UPI ID in Invoice Settings → Bank Details (or your store's UPI ID), the customer's quotation page shows a Pay by UPI QR. Set Advance asked on quotations to, say, 25 and it asks for 25% as a booking advance; leave it blank for the full amount. Paying never replaces the customer's Accept, and the money comes straight to your UPI.
Quotations — quote, accept, invoiceThe numbers are right; the layout is confusing. Gross Sales already leaves cancelled orders out, and the Less: Cancelled line under it only tells you how much was cancelled — so Net Revenue equals Gross Sales. Don't take the cancelled amount off a second time.
Profit & LossYes. Sales are counted with GST inside, while cost of goods is taken without GST, so the net profit still holds the GST you collected. Take off the Output GST Collected figure in the GST Summary to see your profit without tax.
Profit & LossYes — on the website's own Plan page. Pick the plan and term, and in Confirm your plan choose Lentlo Credits (instant) or Pay online; both cost the same. The Billing & Plans page's Upgrade window offers only Online Payment or UPI QR (manual).
Billing & plansAI features with a price — AI-written website text, WhatsApp AI replies, your website chatbot — use your Asha answers: the free daily ones first, then an answer pack. A pack can be bought from your credits (recharged money only) or paid online. Bill and receipt scans on Purchases and Expenses are free.
Lentlo Credits — your account balanceNothing on sales or booking advances. Car websites pay a small fee per buyer or seller enquiry or test-drive request from your Lentlo Credits — the same phone number on the same day is charged once — and the Pro and Growth plans remove it. Your Plan page shows the exact figure.
Used-car dealerships — stock & the /sell wizardRaise a bill for them in your CRM and send it on WhatsApp — the page shows the amount with a UPI button and a QR, and can carry a payment link through your own gateway. Without a GSTIN the bill is a Bill of Supply; with one it is a tax invoice.
Build an education website — coaching, tuition, schoolYes. A cancelled, fully returned or RTO order gets its fee back automatically — cancel the test order and the refund line appears on your Lentlo Credits statement. If a fee should not have been charged at all, tap Report an issue on that fee line: a person reviews it and refunds it if it was wrong.
Lentlo Credits — your account balanceYes, automatically. A cancelled, fully returned or RTO order gets its per-sale fee back on your Lentlo Credits statement — you do not need to ask for it.
Lentlo Credits — your account balanceThe enquiry fee is charged once per phone number per website per day, and a test with your own number counts like any other enquiry. Enquiry-fee lines have no Report an issue button, so write to us from Help & Support (A payment or order problem) with the date and the number you tested with.
Lentlo Credits — your account balanceYour shop never closes because of credits — your website, checkout and orders keep working. Below zero you get a small grace allowance; past it, only your own editing and publishing pause until you recharge, and they unlock the moment you do.
Lentlo Credits — your account balanceOpen Settings → Payments, open Cash on Delivery and switch off Enable Cash on Delivery, then press Save. To stop COD on one product only, open that product and tick Block Cash on Delivery for this product in its Delivery charge section.
Accept payments (Razorpay, UPI, COD)There is no bank box here for online payments — your own gateway (Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe and the others) pays you out to the bank account you link inside that gateway's account, and UPI payments land in the bank behind your UPI ID. To print your bank details on your bills, add them in Books & Tax → Invoice Settings.
Accept payments (Razorpay, UPI, COD)Charges, zones, couriers, pickup
Delivery → Shipping. Turn on 'Charge for shipping', set one standard rate, and optionally a 'free above ₹X' amount. Most shops need nothing more.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryYes — add a zone for your city, district or a list of pincodes with its own rate. The most specific rule wins.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryTurn on 'Only my listed pincodes'. Anyone outside is told at checkout, before they pay.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryUse the pincode tester on the Shipping page. It shows the exact charge and which rule produced it.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryYes — turn on In-store pickup. The delivery charge disappears for those orders and they see your address, hours and a ready-for-pickup message.
In-store pickup — let customers collect from your shopYes — Zone Delivery Days. Set the areas you cover and the days you go there; customers pick a day at checkout and you get a route list.
Zone Delivery Days (Route Delivery)Yes. Connect a courier partner and you can compare rates, book an AWB, print the label and track — all from the order.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryYes, if you turn on delivery scheduling. You control which days and slots are offered and how far ahead people can book.
Delivery days, time slots & repeat ordersYes, with subscriptions. On each due day the order is created for you at today's prices — cash on delivery, or paid from the customer's store wallet if you allow it. Customers skip, pause or cancel from their account.
Repeat orders & subscriptionsYes — set 'Free shipping above ₹X' on your standard rate. It is the single most effective way to raise average order value.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryYes. Set weight bands on the zone and enter a weight on each product; the charge is worked out from the cart.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryTurn on Express on the zone. It is a flat premium that replaces the standard charge, and the customer picks it at checkout.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryYes — exclude states in shipping settings, and those addresses are refused before payment rather than after.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryYou are in 'only my listed pincodes' mode and that pincode is not listed. Add it, or add a zone that covers it.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryNo. Many shops deliver themselves or use a local boy. Connect a courier only when parcels start going outside your city.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliverySet delivery days on the zone; customers see it as an arrival estimate at checkout, per pincode.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryOn an E-commerce website it is in the sidebar under Sales even while it is off — dimmed, with an Off mark. Open it and turn on 'Let customers subscribe to repeat deliveries'; the page then says 'Live — subscriptions are on for this store'. (Restaurant and car-dealer websites don't have subscriptions.)
Repeat orders & subscriptionsOne week, two weeks or one month — you pick it under "Let them book up to" in the delivery-days settings on the Shipping page. Days you marked closed never appear, and the order-by time decides which of the near days are still open.
Delivery days, time slots & repeat ordersYes, when you write one. If a product is sold in packs or sizes, put that pack's weight on the pack ("500g", "1kg", or plain 500 for grams) — the customer's weight-based charge and the weight declared to your courier both use it instead of the main product's weight. Anything we can't read as a weight ("Large", "Pack of 2") falls back to the product weight.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryOpen Delivery → Courier Partners and pick Shiprocket. In Shiprocket go to Settings → API → Configure, create an API user, and paste that user's email and password here. Then every order page lets you compare courier rates, book the pickup and print the label.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryDelivery → Shipping → What you charge for delivery: type 999 in Free shipping above (₹) and press Save delivery charge. It removes your standard charge above that amount; a product's or category's own delivery price still applies unless you switch on 'Free delivery should also waive these extra charges'.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryYes. On the Shipping page open Delivery timing & schedule → Show an estimated delivery date and change 'Order before this time = ship same day'. In the same place you can skip Sundays and your holiday dates, and choose whether the estimate shows on the product page, cart and checkout.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryOpen Team & Staff, tap Add member, type his name and 10-digit mobile number and choose the job 'Delivery boy'. He signs in at your shop's own address ending in /admin with his number and an OTP, and sees only the orders you give him on the Deliveries page.
Deliver with your own delivery boysYes. On the Pickup page turn off 'Allow “Pay at store”'. Pickup orders must then be paid online before they are placed — our servers refuse a pay-later pickup order. You need a payment gateway or your UPI ID set up first.
In-store pickup — let customers collect from your shopOpen Subscriptions — the subscription shows the reason. Usually an item was out of stock (that day's delivery is skipped), the day is one of your no-delivery days, Pause ordering is on, or a wallet-paid subscription paused because the balance was too low.
Repeat orders & subscriptionsInvoices, GSTR, e-invoice, books
No. Plenty of shops run without one. If you have a GSTIN, turn on invoicing and every order gets a proper Rule-46 tax invoice.
GST invoices & reportsYes — once Enable Invoicing and Auto-generate Invoice on Every Order are on in Books & Tax → Invoice Settings (and saved). The invoice is made when the order is placed; an order request waits until the customer accepts your final bill, and an order whose delivery charge you add later waits until you save that charge. You can also make a bill by hand with New Invoice.
GST invoices & reportsYes — sixteen designs, plus your logo, brand colour and fonts. It changes the look only; the tax rows are fixed by law.
GST invoices & reportsWhichever you choose. Inclusive means the price shown is the final price; exclusive adds GST at checkout. Set it once in invoice settings.
GST invoices & reportsBooks & Tax → GST reports. Pick the month and download; the numbers come from your real orders and invoices.
GST invoices & reportsRecord supplier bills under Purchases, then match them against the portal's GSTR-2B to see exactly what you can claim.
GSTR-2B & input credit matchingYes. In Invoice Settings → Businesses & GST Numbers add the second business (its own prefix and number series), tag each product to it with the Billing entity picker, and an order that mixes both issues one invoice per registration automatically.
GST invoices & reportsEnter cost prices on your products and Profit & Loss does the rest — sales minus cost of goods minus your recorded expenses.
Profit & LossYes. Turn on Composition Scheme Dealer in Books & Tax → Invoice Settings and your bills are issued as a Bill of Supply with no tax columns, as the scheme requires. GST Reports then shows your CMP-08 every quarter and a GSTR-4 roll-up for the year instead of GSTR-1 / 3B.
GST invoices & reportsCustomers get it themselves: a Download Invoice button on the order-success page, and an Invoices tab in their account on your website while invoicing is on. To send one yourself, open the invoice and tap WhatsApp, or send the order's WhatsApp message — it carries their invoice link.
GST invoices & reportsYes — tap New Invoice on the Invoices page and make the bill by hand. An issued invoice is never rewritten: its Edit button opens Revise Invoice, which issues a corrected bill with a new number linked to the old one. Invoices made from an order follow the order, so you edit the order instead.
GST invoices & reportsThe document issued when no GST is charged on the sale — a composition dealer's bills, or a bill whose every line is exempt / nil-rated. It is made for you when it applies. A seller with no GSTIN at all gets a Cash Memo instead.
GST invoices & reportsSet the Invoice Prefix (up to 5 letters or numbers) in Invoice Settings — numbers then run PREFIX/25-26/0001 and restart each financial year in April. There is no box for a starting number. Each extra business you add gets its own prefix, so serials never collide.
GST invoices & reportsExpenses, in Books & Tax. Add a cost in seconds; recurring ones like rent appear by themselves each month.
Expenses — track every rupee going outIt stays its own Priority Delivery line on the bill. On a GST-registered store whose prices include GST (the usual setting), the tax on that line follows the goods it is delivering and the customer's total does not change — only how the bill splits it. On a store that adds GST on top of its prices, the line carries no GST for now. Bills for orders placed before this rule started stay as they were printed.
Delivery days, time slots & repeat ordersNo. A fresh upload of the same month keeps every Accept / Reject / Pending mark on the bill it belongs to and only works out the matching again against your corrected books. A document the new file no longer carries is kept and labelled “No longer in 2B”, never deleted.
GSTR-2B & input credit matchingThe total agrees but the taxable value or the CGST/SGST/IGST break-up does not, which almost always means the place of supply on your purchase entry is wrong. The row opens a small table showing 2B beside your books, head by head, so you can see which one to fix.
GSTR-2B & input credit matchingNo. On an order that has an invoice of ₹50,000 or more you can download the portal's bulk file, generate the bill on ewaybillgst.gov.in and type the 12-digit number back in — no credentials at all. The button that asks the portal for you appears only once your own credentials are connected.
E-invoicing & e-way bills (IRN)The with-GST price. Google and Instagram require the final amount a customer pays, so a store whose prices exclude GST has its listing and product-page price worked out by the same engine the checkout uses — the two always agree.
GST invoices & reportsIf you serve them at your premises — salon, gym, clinic, hotel, restaurant — the bill stays CGST/SGST, because the service is supplied where it is performed. For other booked services (coaching, a photographer, a consultant) a customer registered in another state is billed IGST. The amount is the same either way; only the split changes.
Appointments & bookingsIt settles itself. Inside the same month the invoice is cancelled; once the month has closed a credit note is raised instead, so a filed month is never rewritten. If you used 'No-show — keep advance', the advance you keep stays on the bill as the cancellation charge (taxed) and only the rest is credited.
Appointments & bookingsInput credit is applied in the GSTR-3B tab only when GST Advanced Mode is on. Switch it on in your website's sidebar under Settings → Advanced → Enable GST Advanced Mode; purchases you save or edit after that are checked line by line and a Table 4 card appears in GSTR-3B. Without it, "Pay in cash after using credit" simply shows your full tax.
GST invoices & reportsYes. Tap New Invoice, pick Credit Note as the type and type the Original Invoice Number — it must be an invoice on this website, and the note can never be more than what is still left to credit on it. On an order that was already returned once, Return more items opens the credit note pre-filled.
GST invoices & reportsThey follow your store's Product Prices Include GST switch in Invoice Settings: on (the usual setting) the price you type already has GST inside it; off, GST is added on top when you save. Without a GSTIN, or on the composition scheme, quotations carry no GST.
Quotations — quote, accept, invoiceNot yet — the Purchases page has no download. Your CA can read every bill on the Purchases page (each keeps its photo or PDF), and with GST Advanced Mode on the GST Reports page's GSTR-3B tab totals their input credit. Expenses do have a CSV button on the Expenses page.
Reports & Excel exportsThe Books & Tax hub, Invoices, Invoice Settings, GST Reports and E-Invoice Setup show on E-commerce websites (travel and rental websites get Invoices too). Every website still gets Quotations, Purchases, Vendors, Expenses, GSTR-2B and Profit & Loss in its Books & Tax group. A team member also needs the invoices permission to see any of them.

Get found on Google — the Grow pageIt happens on its own — every publish tells search engines about your pages. New sites usually start appearing in 3–14 days.
Get found on Google — the Grow pageA new site takes a couple of weeks to appear in search, and search alone is rarely enough. Share the link on WhatsApp, put a QR in your shop and add it to your Instagram bio — that is where the first customers come from.
Get found on Google — the Grow pageMarketing → Coupons → Create. Start from a ready-made offer, set the amount and any limits, and share the code.
Create discount coupons (advanced)Yes — a minimum order, new or returning customers only, one use per customer, a start and an expiry date, Signed-in customers only (an OTP-proven number), a list of only the mobile numbers allowed, and limits to certain products. Every rule is checked again when the order is placed, so it cannot be tricked from the browser.
Create discount coupons (advanced)Customers earn points per ₹100 on every order (COD too) against their mobile number, and spend them at checkout after an OTP sign-in. You set the earn rate, what 100 points are worth and the share of an order points may pay, on the Loyalty page's Program rules tab; some designs come with points already switched on.
Loyalty points — reward repeat customersYes — Sales Channels connects your catalogue to Google's free listings and, if you want, paid Shopping ads run from your own Google Ads account.
Sell on Google & Bing (Sales Channels)Yes. Connect your Meta catalogue from Sales Channels and your products sync across, updating automatically when prices or stock change.
Sell on Instagram, Facebook & WhatsAppCustomers leave one with the stars on any product page. A review from someone who has a delivered order from your shop goes live at once with a Verified tag; every other review waits in Reviews for your approval. Ask happy customers a few days after delivery, and reply to the poor ones.
Customer reviewsYes — the influencer programme gives each promoter a code and a login, and calculates their commission on the sales they bring.
Influencer / Affiliate programThe Marketing Kit generates ready-to-post product images in several styles, a QR poster and a catalogue PDF. Download and post.
Marketing Kit — social images, QR poster & catalog PDFPaste your Meta Pixel ID in Settings → Tracking. Add the Meta Conversions API token in the same place and every order (COD too), enquiry and booking is also reported from the server, so ad blockers and app-switching to UPI lose nothing — each counted once.
Ad tracking — count your ad results (Meta Pixel, Google, Conversions API)Usually 3–14 days for a new site to be indexed, and longer to rank for competitive words. Your own name should appear first.
Get found on Google — the Grow pageOne plain sentence saying what you sell and where — 'Fresh sweets and namkeen in Jaipur, delivered the same day'. Not adjectives.
Get found on Google — the Grow pageYes. On the coupon, set Starts on and Expires On to the same day, or pick the days of the week and an hour window (India time) it works in. Prepare it ahead — until its start date customers are told when it starts.
Create discount coupons (advanced)A discount wins the sale now; cashback into their wallet brings them back, because the credit only works with you. Use cashback on customers you want returning.
Create discount coupons (advanced)You already have them — every order carries one. Message people about what they bought, keep an easy way to stop, and honour it the first time.
Your customer list & repeat buyersYes — in the website editor, Site Settings → Popups: add a popup with your offer and coupon code, choose when it appears, and Save popups. Use it sparingly — one clear offer beats a popup on every page.
Popups on your websiteYes — for a shop nobody has heard of, a handful of genuine reviews is the single biggest thing that converts a hesitant visitor.
Customer reviewsYes — in Reviews tap Unapprove to hide it again, or the bin to delete it. A review from a customer with a delivered order goes live at once, so look at new reviews now and then. Often a calm public reply works better: an answered complaint reads better than a page of perfect scores.
Customer reviewsYes, if your WhatsApp Business API is connected. Switch on 'Price drop alert (cart or wishlist)' in your WhatsApp automations. When you lower a price by more than the minimum you set (5% by default), the signed-in customers who saved that product — and anyone who left it in a cart in the last 30 days — get a message. Out-of-stock products are skipped, and you never see the list of names.
Search & wishlist — what customers are looking forNews Desk → Payment Links. Say what the payment is for, type the amount (₹10 or more), and share the link on WhatsApp; the money lands in your own payment gateway account and the row turns Paid by itself. Cash or your own UPI you simply mark as received, and that carries no fee.
News websites — the News DeskNo. Save your AdSense publisher ID (the pub-… number) in News Desk → Advertising and every page carries the verification tag and the ads.txt line Google looks for. Approval itself still needs your own domain, about twenty original stories and filled About and Contact pages.
News websites — the News DeskThere is no cap box on the Promoters tab — the protection is built in instead: only confirmed human visits count and the same person counts once a day, and the card shows counted visitors next to raw taps so you can see the gap. If someone's taps run far ahead of their counted visitors, open them on the Influencers page and press Deactivate; their card then shows 'paused' and nothing more is counted.
Share links & paying promoters per visitorOn the Grow page → Overview, the 'Where visitors & sales come from' table now has its own row for Google Shopping (free), separate from Google search and Google Ads, with visitors, orders and sales for each. Microsoft's ads show as 'Microsoft Ads (Bing)'. Nothing to switch on — the rows appear as soon as visitors arrive that way.
Get found on Google — the Grow pageThe event list is the same on every website — it holds every message the platform can send. Rows for things you don't sell simply never fire, so you can ignore them; only the ones that match your business will ever reach a customer.
Customer notifications — free app push + WhatsApp from your numberThe card link only works once the card is saved. Turn on Enable Business Card, fill your details and press Save Business Card — then copy the address from the 'Your Card Link' box (the page warns you in an amber note until you save).
Digital business cardGoogle keeps its own copy of your pages and refreshes it on its own schedule, sometimes weeks for a quiet page. Check the change is live (Grow → Google & sharing shows exactly what your home page carries), then in Google Search Console paste the page into URL Inspection and tap Request indexing. Google may also choose its own wording for a search — that is not a fault on your website.
Google isn't showing my website — what to checkVerified means the reviewer's phone number, checked with a code, has a delivered order from your shop; such a review also goes live straight away. Reviews without one wait for your approval and show without the tag. Sample reviews on a new shop's sample products are never Verified.
Customer reviewsNo — they are sample reviews that come with the design's sample products, so the pages look finished while you set up. They never carry the Verified tag. Delete the sample products (their reviews go with them) or remove any review in Reviews.
Customer reviewsSomething they changed no longer fits the coupon's rules — usually switching to Cash on Delivery on an online-only coupon, choosing pickup on a delivery-only one, or the cart dropping below the coupon's minimum. The checkout tells them why and offers Apply again once it fits.
Your checkout — what customers see, step by stepOpen Marketing → Coupons and press Disable on the coupon's card — it stops at once for new checkouts and keeps its rules and usage count; press Enable to bring it back. You can also tell Asha "coupon DIWALI20 band kar do" and confirm her card.
Create discount coupons (advanced)Yes. On the coupon, under Payment & Delivery, set Way of paying to Online payment only. If a customer applies it and then picks Cash on Delivery, the coupon comes off with the reason and an Apply-again button for when they switch back; partial COD counts as COD.
Create discount coupons (advanced)Yes. Under Customer Eligibility, type their 10-digit mobile numbers in Only these customers (one per line, up to 200); anyone else is told it is for selected customers only. Switch on Signed-in customers only too, so the number is proven by an OTP.
Create discount coupons (advanced)Yes — switch on Apply automatically on the coupon. The checkout then applies it whenever the order qualifies and no other coupon is on, showing "Applied for you"; with several such coupons the customer gets the one that saves the most. A cashback-only coupon never applies itself.
Create discount coupons (advanced)No. When you add or remove items, the points the order earned follow the new total, and the rupees the customer already paid with points stay on the bill as a discount — their spent points are not lost.
Loyalty points — reward repeat customersYes — Marketing → Combo Deals → + New combo. Add 2 to 6 items, choose ₹ off or % off, and save; when a cart holds the full set the saving comes off at checkout by itself, no code needed.
Combo deals — items bought together for lessMarketing → Add-on Suggestions: check the Preview, choose where they show, then switch on Show suggestions on my website and Save changes. Your own picks come first, then items people order together and your category rules.
Add-on suggestions — "Goes well with"The commission Value box takes the percent × 100 — type 1000 for 10% (500 = 5%). Flat amounts and the minimum boxes there take paise (5000 = ₹50). Open the person's card and press Edit to correct it; the card shows the rate in plain words.
Influencer / Affiliate programNo. The LentloSites number (+91 95668 68777, shown as "Lentlo") only messages you, the account holder — for example a new order, enquiry or booking alert. Your customers hear on WhatsApp only from your own connected WhatsApp number; without one, they get none.
Customer notifications — free app push + WhatsApp from your numberOpen Search Insights from your website's menu. It lists every word typed in your search box, with the ones that found nothing marked in red; fix a spelling or point the word at products in one tap.
Search insights — what customers looked forYes. Open Combo Deals under Marketing, pick 2 to 6 dishes and set the ₹ or % off. The saving applies by itself when all of them are in a customer's cart on your website — no code to type.

For WhatsApp, yes. Customers get WhatsApp order updates only from your own connected WhatsApp Business API number — switch each update on in WhatsApp → Automations → Order & store updates with an approved layout. Without it, customers still follow their order on the Track Order page and through app notifications, and no WhatsApp goes to them from any other number.
WhatsApp hub — your own WhatsApp APIWhatsApp has no API key — the equivalent is a permanent access token from a Meta System User (Business Settings → System users → Generate token, expiry Never). Paste it in the WhatsApp page and the wizard finds your numbers; you never type IDs.
Get your WhatsApp Business API from Meta — step by stepIt's free and takes about 20 minutes on Meta's sites: a business portfolio, a developer app with WhatsApp added, your number verified by SMS, and a System User token. The setup guide walks every screen; the WhatsApp page's 'Not yet — show me how' path has the same steps.
Get your WhatsApp Business API from Meta — step by stepAlmost always the System User wasn't given your WhatsApp account: Business Settings → System users → Add assets → WhatsApp accounts → tick → Full control, then generate a new token. Or a phone number / Business Account ID was pasted where the Phone number ID goes — paste the token first and pick the number from the list instead.
Get your WhatsApp Business API from Meta — step by stepYes. WhatsApp → Automations → Order & store updates: give 'Order placed' an approved layout and map its variables to order number, total, items, delivery address, payment method and the track-order link. Shipped can carry courier, tracking number and tracking link the same way.
WhatsApp hub — your own WhatsApp APIYes — Automations → Abandoned cart recovery. Pick the layout, choose the delay (30 minutes to 2 days) and switch it on; the customer gets the items, total and a finish-checkout link once per cart. STOP replies and quiet hours are respected.
WhatsApp hub — your own WhatsApp APIYes — Automations → Price-drop alert. When you lower a product's price by at least your chosen percentage, customers who saved it while signed in, or left it in a cart within 30 days, get the old price, new price and the link. Once per customer per price.
WhatsApp hub — your own WhatsApp APIYes — Templates → Edit on an approved, rejected or paused layout. Change the wording, buttons or footer; the name and language stay. Meta reviews it again (usually minutes) and allows 10 edits a month. Sends using it pause until it's approved again.
WhatsApp broadcasts & message templatesWhatsApp → History lists every message with the automation, order number, values sent, status, Meta's reason when it failed and the estimated cost, with filters and CSV export. WhatsApp → History → Charges is the month-by-month statement with a spend alert.
WhatsApp hub — your own WhatsApp APIYes. With your WhatsApp API number connected, someone new who messages it is saved in Customers as a new enquiry and linked to their chat, so nobody is forgotten in the inbox. Saving someone is not their agreement to receive offers. To switch it off: WhatsApp → Auto-replies → Welcome & away → Save new enquiries as customers; then Add to customers in the chat's Details saves one person at a time.
WhatsApp hub — your own WhatsApp APIOpen the customer's page — the Messages panel lists everything said with them, both ways, newest first: the chats on your WhatsApp API number, messages sent from the CRM, and the calls and texts you logged, each once. A message that did not go says why. Show earlier messages opens older ones; Open the WhatsApp chat goes to their chat in the inbox.
Contacts, leads & the deal pipelineYes. A notification goes to every phone or computer where you allowed this dashboard's notifications — to the team member a chat is given to, otherwise to you; at most once every few minutes per chat, and not when your AI already answered by itself. Switch it off under WhatsApp → Auto-replies → Welcome & away → Tell me when a customer writes.
WhatsApp hub — your own WhatsApp APIYes. A tap on the Stop promotions button, or a whole message saying stop, unsubscribe, band karo or the same in Hindi and other Indian languages, takes that person out of every broadcast and sequence and tells them so once. They come back by sending START.
Put your WhatsApp on autopilotEvery number added in Meta must be registered once with the Cloud API using a 6-digit PIN (Meta calls it two-step verification). WhatsApp → Settings → Register number does it in ten seconds; sends work immediately after.
WhatsApp hub — your own WhatsApp APIYes, with broadcasts — on your own WhatsApp Business API account, using templates Meta has approved. Use it for real news, not weekly noise.
WhatsApp broadcasts & message templatesYes — keyword replies answer instantly, and AI replies can draft or send answers based on what you have taught it.
Put your WhatsApp on autopilotThe website sells; the CRM handles everything around it — enquiries, quotes, credit, supplier bills, staff, a billing counter. It also works with no website at all.
Getting started with the CRMNo. The CRM is free, for everyone, with no per-user charge.
Getting started with the CRMYes — the bill counter is built for speed: tap items, scan barcodes, take cash or UPI, print. It works on a phone, a tablet or a computer.
Bill counter (POS) & barcodesYes. Each customer has a running account you can add to and settle, with a statement you can send them on WhatsApp.
CRM billing — GST invoices & customer creditYes — teach it your answers and it handles the common questions in a chat bubble on your site. It never answers order questions from a stranger.
AI assistant — train it & add chat to your websiteYes, completely. Plenty of people use only the billing counter, invoices and credit book.
Getting started with the CRMYes. Each business is its own book with its own customers, invoices and numbering, and you switch between them.
Getting started with the CRMCRM → Import & export → Import → Customers, from an Excel or CSV file. The Check shows which rows are already in your CRM and you choose: fill the empty boxes, replace, or leave them. Any import can be undone for 7 days.
Contacts, leads & the deal pipelineOn Customers, use the Hot leads filter: enquiries that came in within 2 days, asked again this week, or whose deal moved this week. To share new enquiries with your team in turn, set an automation's follow-up task to Give the task to → Team members, in turn.
Contacts, leads & the deal pipelineTurn on Visits under Customize menu & features. Then, at the customer's place, tap Visited on their page — it saves the time, where your phone is and a short note on their history. CRM → Visits shows the day: the owner sees the whole team's visits, everyone else their own.
Contacts, leads & the deal pipelineYes — IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia and Google Forms can all feed the CRM, so you stop copying enquiries by hand.
Contacts, leads & the deal pipelineIt needs a connection to save a bill. For a shop with unreliable internet, keep a phone hotspot as backup — bills are money, and they must reach the server.
Bill counter (POS) & barcodesYes, receipts are formatted for thermal rolls as well as A4.
Bill counter (POS) & barcodesAI helpers use Asha answers, not rupees: free answers every day, then answers from a pack you buy once on the Asha answers page. A website-chat reply, a WhatsApp auto-reply and a payment-screenshot check use one answer each, a reply that could not answer costs nothing, and reading a bill photo is free. You can switch each AI helper off.
AI tools: website text, WhatsApp replies & bill scansGenerate makes an in-store code: 13 digits starting with 2, the range shops use for their own labels. Every scanner reads it, but Google and Instagram accept only a maker's barcode, so on a linked website product it sits under Your own code and is never sent to them.
Bill counter (POS) & barcodesIt is the Billing cell in the bar at the bottom of your restaurant website's screens, right after Overview. Once it opens, the counter takes the whole screen — its own slim top bar carries Restaurant, Tables, Orders, Recent and Settings.
Billing Counter — POS-speed billing for restaurantsTap 'Back to Main Dashboard' at the top of the CRM menu (on a phone, open Menu first). Main Dashboard is the name of your account level — every website, business and account setting lives there. A team member who was invited only into someone else's CRM sees Sign out in that spot instead, because the CRM is all they have.
Getting started with the CRMUp to 10 under one login. Each keeps its own customers, invoice numbers, GST profile, staff and business type — nothing mixes. Add one from Add New Business; the picker has 20 ready business types and the new book arrives already set up.
Getting started with the CRMYes. Open the salary line and tap Change under Advance recovery — skip that month or take a smaller amount, with a reason. The pay is worked out again at once, and the skipped part comes back at the END of the plan, never as two instalments in one month. You can also do it from the advance itself: Skip or change a month.
Case files, staff, attendance & branchesYes. Advances & loans → Rules → The most one month's pay can lose: half the pay (the law's limit), a smaller share like 25 %, or a fixed most like ₹3,000 a month — for everyone, or a different limit for one person. All advances together never take more than that; what does not fit comes next month. You can never set more than half — the law does not allow it.
Case files, staff, attendance & branchesBy default their last pay takes only that month's instalment and you collect the rest by hand. In Advances & loans → Rules → When someone leaves, choose Take the rest from the last pay — everything still owed comes off, within the limit; what does not fit you collect by hand. Once they have left, the reminders chase what is still owed.
Case files, staff, attendance & branchesYes. Advances & loans → Give to several staff: tick the people (or Tick everyone), the same amount for each or each their own, and one plan for all — for example ₹1,000 a month from salary. Each person gets their own entry and their own line in Activity.
Case files, staff, attendance & branchesCRM → Documents. Every attachment across every customer on one page, biggest first, with a bar showing how much of your included 1 GB is used. Search by file or customer, narrow the list to one customer or one kind of file, open one, or remove it to free space (Remove needs the right to edit customers) — 25 MB per file, 25 files per customer.
Case files, staff, attendance & branchesOpening a lead marks it Contacted by itself. Tap Mark as New on the lead to put it back on your to-call list, and Mark Contacted once you have actually reached them.
Loan Leads — the enquiry list, assignment and per-lead billingYes. WhatsApp → Settings → Update token / number runs the same three steps again — paste a new permanent token, pick the number — and your inbox, broadcasts and automations stay as they are. Use it to swap a temporary token for a permanent one.
WhatsApp hub — your own WhatsApp APICustomers get WhatsApp updates only from your own connected WhatsApp Business API number, never from any other number. Connect it in WhatsApp, then in Automations → Order & store updates give each update an approved layout and switch it on. A customer who replied STOP gets nothing until they send START.
WhatsApp hub — your own WhatsApp APIYes. In that chat open the ⋯ menu and tap Stop the AI in this chat — AI replies are off for that customer only; Let the AI answer in this chat turns them back on. When you reply in a chat yourself, the AI also stays quiet there for 24 hours.

Every recharge gets a GST tax invoice from us, made within a few minutes of the payment. Open Billing under Account in the menu (the Billing & Plans page) and download it from the payments list at the bottom. It covers the recharge itself — the per-sale fees taken from your credits later are not invoiced again.
Lentlo Credits — your account balanceYes, for a real technical problem — something not working, an error, money taken without an order, a web address that is down. Ask Asha for our team and she puts a Report it to our team button under her reply, or open Help & Support from the menu: describe it, press Save the report, then Send on WhatsApp — it opens already typed in, on every plan. A paid plan can also ask for a call; on the Free plan Asha and the guides answer how-to questions.
Ask Asha — the helper inside your dashboardEvery feature. Free is not a stripped-down version — the difference is the small per-sale fee, which paid plans reduce or remove.
Billing & plansNo — connecting your own domain is free on every plan, including free.
Connect your own .com domainSettings → Team & Staff → add member by phone number. They sign in with an OTP, and you choose exactly what each person can see and do.
Add team members & manage staffOnly if you allow it. Sales numbers, costs and customer details are each behind their own permission.
Add team members & manage staffNo. Team members are free — they do not need their own subscription to help you run your shop.
Add team members & manage staffThe Activity log records every price change, refund, cancellation, deletion and settings edit with who did it and when. Nobody can erase it.
Activity log — who did whatYes — Refer & Earn (under Account) gives you Lentlo Credits for every friend who signs up through your link and makes their first Lentlo Credits recharge, plus milestone bonuses. The page shows the live amounts.
Refer & Earn — invite friends, earn Lentlo CreditsYes — the reseller programme gives you wholesale pricing, your own branding on the dashboard your clients use, and client management tools.
Become a reseller — your own web agencyIt cannot be changed from your own settings — the login number is the key to your whole account, and the Account page says so under the phone box. While you can still sign in, open Help & Support, choose Another technical problem, write your old and new numbers and send it on WhatsApp; our team moves your account. Never create a second account for the new number.
Sign up & log inYes, and it takes effect at once. You can also pause someone rather than remove them if it is temporary.
Add team members & manage staffA plan you bought does not expire — it renews by itself from your Lentlo Credits for the same period. If your credits are short it still renews: the balance goes below zero and editing and publishing pause until you recharge, while the site stays online and keeps taking orders. Only a plan that was given to you, like a gift, ends and moves the site to Free.
Billing & plansYes — every recharge and every plan you pay for online gets a GST tax invoice. Download it from Billing under Account in the menu (the Billing & Plans page), in the payments list.
Lentlo Credits — your account balanceAsk our team from Help & Support — there is no delete-account button. Download anything you want to keep first: orders, customers and invoices can all be exported. To take just one website offline, use Delete Site at the bottom of its Manage page instead; it can be restored from Main Dashboard for 30 days.
Common issues & fixesYes, continuously, to two separate locations. You can also export your orders, customers and products yourself at any time.
Reports & Excel exportsNo. A plan you bought renews by itself, so it does not end; a plan that was given to you ends and the website simply moves to Free and keeps working. Your website never shows anything about your plan to visitors.
Billing & plansThe colour says which part you are in: your account is indigo, a website's menu wears that website's own brand colour, the CRM is teal and the reseller hub is amber. The words at the top of the menu say the same thing.
Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menuNo — it is one balance for your whole account, however many websites you run. The Lentlo Credits page can still show what each website used, with the website picker.
Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menuYour balance has fallen under ₹100. Nothing stops — your website stays live and customers can still pay you — but it is a nudge to recharge. Past the grace allowance only your own editing and publishing pause.
Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menuMenu → Add Domain. Pick the website you want it on; if you only have one website it opens that website's domain page straight away.
Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menuMenu → Apps. It explains the three steps — website, install link, Android app — and lists your websites; with one website it opens that website's app page directly.
Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menuYes, within 30 days. Scroll to 'Recently Deleted' at the bottom of Main Dashboard and press Restore; it comes back as a draft, so publish it once to make it live again. After 30 days, contact us.
Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menuOpen the website's Manage page and scroll to the very bottom: Danger Zone → Delete Site (only the owner sees it). The website goes offline the moment you confirm, but nothing is thrown away — for 30 days it waits under Recently Deleted at the bottom of Main Dashboard with a Restore button, and after that our team can still bring it back. Closing for a while? Pause ordering is usually what you want.
Tour of your dashboard & Manage pageMenu → Help & Support (the last row of the account menu). It puts the guides, Asha and our team on one page: for a technical problem tap Describe it, save the report, then send it on WhatsApp — it opens already typed in, on every plan. A paid plan can also ask for a call.
Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menuYou, anyone you made a manager, and any team member with Restaurant controls switched on. It shows revenue and money still to collect, so if someone should not see your sales figures, leave Restaurant controls off and give them Food orders & billing instead — that runs the counter, the kitchen and the table board but not Insights. A staff member pinned to one outlet sees only that outlet.
Restaurant Insights — your whole restaurant on one screenIt is one balance for the whole account, so it lives in the account part of your dashboard menu as Lentlo Credits. An old per-website link still works — it opens the same page with that website already picked, and you can filter the statement by website, by kind or by order number.
AI tools: website text, WhatsApp replies & bill scansIt says 'waiting for payment' until your provider confirms they received your money; it turns 'added' the moment they do, and the AI works again at once. If it stays there, send them your payment screenshot on WhatsApp. 'Not added' means they did not accept that request.
AI Credits — your AI answers and packs from your providerOpen that website → Settings → Activity log. It is the same console as CRM → Activity, showing that one site: orders, products, pages, settings, staff and payments, each with who did it, the before → after and the device. It is on the owner's menu (and the managing agency's, if one looks after the website) — staff do not see it.
Activity log — who did whatIn the customer book, yes — ⚙ Activity settings (owner only) switches team members between seeing everyone's activity and only their own; admins and managers always see everything. Salary figures stay hidden from anyone without payment access either way.
Activity log — who did whatYes. On a website with its own domain, yourshop.com/admin admits the owner, website staff and the people invited to your CRM team. Someone with only a CRM seat lands in the CRM and sees the CRM, WhatsApp and Help — nothing else; if they have not accepted the invitation yet they get just the invitation screen under your brand.
Add team members & manage staffWith their own phone number and an OTP — never yours — on the sign-in link shown on their card on Team & Staff (Copy link or Send on WhatsApp). A delivery boy signs in at your shop's own address ending in /admin instead, and sees only My deliveries.
Add team members & manage staffYes. Tap your name (or the greeting on Main Dashboard) to open your account page and choose under Start page: Smart, Dashboard home, A website or Your CRM — then press Save start page. A link someone sent you still opens that link.
Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menuYes — open your account page (tap your name) and switch off Updates by SMS. Those are the short messages when a website goes live, when your own domain connects and a reminder about an unpublished website; your login OTP always comes.
Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menuOnly people whose role includes Sales numbers & reports. The ready roles that include it are Manager — runs everything, Accountant / GST and Marketing & offers; Store manager, Orders & delivery staff, Website editor and View only do not. You can tick it for anyone on Team & Staff.
Understanding your AnalyticsIt opens your answers page. Every AI helper in your dashboard — the assistant chat, your website chat, WhatsApp auto-replies, payment checks and website text — uses one pool of answers: free ones every day, then packs your provider adds. To get more, pick a pack, pay your provider and tap the request button.

Open WhatsApp → Settings → Number health. The three usual causes are shown there: the number isn't registered with the Cloud API (Register with a 6-digit PIN), Meta has no payment method on your account (Billing & payments), or the token expired (Settings → Update token / number, with a permanent System User token). Each failure in the Inbox also shows what happened, why, and the fix.
WhatsApp hub — your own WhatsApp APIMeta's 'hello_world' sample only works on Meta's test numbers — a real number sends one of your own approved layouts, so create one from the library in Templates first (approval takes minutes). Also, WhatsApp can't deliver to the very number that sends: test on another phone.
WhatsApp hub — your own WhatsApp APIThe webhook isn't reaching your dashboard. In Settings → Webhook, either let it be set up for you (App ID + App secret) or paste the address and verify token under WhatsApp → Configuration in your Meta app and subscribe 'messages'. The card turns green on the first event.
WhatsApp hub — your own WhatsApp APIA broadcast stops itself when WhatsApp refuses a message for a reason that would refuse everyone — a payment problem on your Meta account, an expired token, a number that is not registered, a paused layout — or when WhatsApp cannot be reached three times in a row. Its card says why and what fixes it; the people not yet messaged stay waiting. Fix the cause, then tap Resume. A broadcast made 7 or more days ago asks you first before it sends.
WhatsApp broadcasts & message templatesA change happens only when you tap Confirm on the card under her message. A card you do not confirm expires after 10 minutes and nothing is changed. In the editor, a confirmed change goes live when you press Update Website.
Ask Asha — the helper inside your dashboardEditor changes wait for the Update Website button. Dashboard changes (products, prices, settings) are live on save — if one looks stale, refresh once; phones cache pages briefly.
Publish your site & go liveUsually the upload did not finish, or the photo was removed from the product itself. Open the product, add the photo again and save. Moving a photo to Trash in Media does not take it off your website — a photo still used on a product keeps showing and goes back to your library by itself.
Media — every photo in one placeUse the pincode tester on the Shipping page — it tells you which rule produced the number. A specific pincode rate beats a zone, and a zone beats your standard rate.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryAsk what the message said — the checkout always names the reason: a mobile number with too few digits, a PIN code you don't deliver to, a cart below your minimum order value, or an item that just sold out. If the online payment would not open, Settings → Payments shows the problem on your gateway's card. Meanwhile you can take the order on the phone as a manual order.
Your checkout — what customers see, step by stepAutomatic WhatsApp updates go only from your own WhatsApp Business API number — we never message customers from ours. Open Notifications: the note above the table says whether your number is connected, and each row says On or Off. Switch the messages on in WhatsApp → Order & store updates; a customer who replied STOP gets nothing more.
Common issues & fixesEnter the same phone number you signed up with. If the OTP does not arrive, wait 30 seconds and tap Resend OTP, and always type the code from the newest SMS. If the login page says your browser is blocking cookies for this website, allow cookies and site data for it in the browser's settings, or use another browser.
Sign up & log inOn the 2-record way both the plain domain and the www version must point at us — if only one does, the other still opens your old host, and the card's status lines name which one. If both are right and the card says CONNECTED, phones and networks remember the old address for a few hours; try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi to see the new site sooner.
Connect your own .com domainOpen Lentlo Credits — every charge is itemised with what it was for and when. Nothing is deducted without a line there.
Lentlo Credits — your account balanceImages sit in Trash for 60 days. Site content can be rolled back from version history in the editor. Orders and invoices are never silently removed — cancelling voids rather than deletes.
Media — every photo in one placeOpen Help & Support from the menu and describe the problem under Report a technical problem — the page, the button you pressed and the exact message help most. Press Save the report, then Send on WhatsApp; everything you wrote is already typed in, and a screenshot helps too. Our team works Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM; Asha and the Help Center are there day and night.
Common issues & fixesTry a hard refresh first and close other heavy tabs. If it is still slow, report it from Help & Support → Something stopped working with the time and what you were doing — the team can see the server's timing for that moment.
Common issues & fixesYou are in listed-pincodes-only mode. Either add that pincode or switch back to delivering everywhere.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryThe message the customer sees names the rule. Check the coupon's card: it may be switched off or expired, below its minimum order or minimum items, not started yet, for online payment or Cash on Delivery only, for delivery or pickup only, for new, returning, signed-in or selected customers, or limited to certain products. A coupon tied to a way of paying comes off by itself when the customer picks the other way — an "Apply CODE again" button brings it back.
Create discount coupons (advanced)Product changes are live on save. If a customer sees the old price, they have a cached page — one refresh fixes it. If YOU see the old price, check you saved.
Add & edit productsAlmost always a return marked as a cancellation, or a manual sale never recorded. The stock journal shows every movement with its reason.
Stock & inventory — keep stock counts honestAn order's invoice carries every charge the customer paid — delivery, the COD fee, coupon and loyalty discounts — so first check those lines. The one exception is the Extra Charges & Discount box in Invoice Settings: a delivery charge or a hand-made order's charge or discount switched off there is left out of the invoice, so its total then differs. Switch it back on and make the bill again from the order.
GST invoices & reportsThat happens on a Members Only site, or on the account and wallet pages. If your shop should be public, check Members Only is off.
Members Only — private invite-only catalogThe photo box says why in a red line under the photos. JPG, PNG, WebP and phone HEIC photos (iPhone, or an Android camera set to high efficiency) up to 25 MB all work. If it says the file is not a photo or could not be read, open it in your phone's gallery, save or share it as a JPG, and add it again.
Media — every photo in one placeEmails to customers go out only where the Email notices card shows on your Notifications page — if you do not see it, email is not switched on for your shop yet. Order updates reach customers on their Track Order page and as app notifications, and on WhatsApp from your own number once you connect it.
Customer notifications — free app push + WhatsApp from your numberYes. Open Media Library, switch to the Trash tab and press Restore. Deleted images wait there for 60 days.
Media — every photo in one placeNo — the old rupee limit is gone. Each answer the website chat gives uses one Asha answer, so your free daily answers and then your packs are the limit. When none are left, visitors get a polite 'leave your number' form instead of an answer, and the free answers come back at midnight.
AI assistant — train it & add chat to your websiteNo. An answer is used only when the AI actually answers. An 'I don't have that answer yet' reply, an order question sent to Track Order and a failed run all cost nothing — and nothing is taken while a reply is still being written.
AI assistant — train it & add chat to your websiteYour update is queued behind other websites publishing at that moment. Nothing failed and nothing is lost — it goes live by itself within a few minutes and you can keep working. Pressing Update Website again does not make it faster.
Common issues & fixesThere are two ways in and both open the same menu: the button labelled Menu at the top-left of every page (scroll up if it has moved off screen with the page), and the Menu cell at the right end of the bar fixed along the bottom. The other bottom cells are Main Dashboard, Create and Asha (it reads Help where Asha is not switched on). Inside a CRM on the new menus there is no top-left button — the top shows your business name and Search; use the Menu cell below.
Common issues & fixesOn a paid plan, open Help & Support and use Prefer a call?: pick a time under When should we call? (Morning 10 AM – 1 PM, Afternoon 1 PM – 4 PM or Evening 4 PM – 7 PM) and press Request a call — we call your registered number. On the Free plan calls are not offered; describe a technical problem there and send it on WhatsApp instead.
Common issues & fixesOpen the page yourself on mobile data and then on Wi-Fi — if it is fast for you, the customer's connection is the usual cause. Read the exact words checkout shows: a pincode you do not deliver to, a minimum order, a sold-out choice or a delivery area are rules you set. If it is slow for everyone or checkout fails for many customers, report it from Help & Support with the page address.
Common issues & fixesThat is the phone's dark mode repainting light pages (Chrome's auto dark theme), not your colours. Pages published since 16 September 2026 tell the phone to keep their own light colours — press Update Website once so your pages are republished, then ask the customer to reload.
Common issues & fixesYour delivery rules refused that PIN code: you chose 'Only my listed pincodes' and it isn't listed, its state is under 'Don't ship to these states', or a product is set to deliver only in some areas. Type the PIN code into Test a pincode on the Shipping page — it names the reason.
Delivery charges & shipping — zones, pincodes, free deliveryTell us from Help & Support (Something stopped working) with the page address and a screenshot from the phone — a layout fault is fixed on our side. Meanwhile open the page in the editor's phone view to see which section is too wide.
Common issues & fixesNothing matches that. Try a different word, or ask Asha — she answers in seconds.
Ask Asha — she answers in seconds, day and night. Questions she cannot answer reach our team, and we add them here for the next person.
