Asha answers — your free daily answers and packs

What counts as an answer

An answer is one real reply — Asha looked at your orders, products, delivery, domain or the guides and told you something. These never count:

• Quick replies such as a greeting, “is my site live?”, “where is coupons?” or “open orders” — they are answered instantly and are always free.
• “I'm not sure” and any reply where she could not help — nothing is counted, and a pack answer that was set aside is given back.

An editor answer — Asha building a page, writing a section or changing a design from the editor chat — counts as 4 answers, because it does far more work than a chat reply.

Your free answers

The free count resets every night at midnight (India time). Unused free answers do not carry over — they are simply there again tomorrow. There is also a daily ceiling per account so that one runaway conversation can never drain a pack.

Your team members

Someone you added on the Team page asks Asha from their own login with the limits you set there: their free answers a day (5 unless you change it, never more than yours), then a pack of their own if they buy one, then — only if you allowed it — a fixed number of answers from your packs for life. Their counter shows all three; yours shows nothing of theirs unless they draw on your packs. Switch “Can ask Asha” off for a member and Asha only tells them to ask you. If a website provider set up your account

You get 3 free answers a day unless your provider changed it, and packs come only from them — the helper on your screens carries their name and simply says “ask your provider” when the free answers are used. A pack your provider added shows in your history as “added by your website provider”; it never expires.

Answer packs

Three packs, one price each, lifetime validity: ₹99 → 500 answers (20 paise each) · ₹249 → 1,250 + 65 bonus = 1,315 answers (19 paise each) · ₹499 → 2,500 + 250 bonus = 2,750 answers (18 paise each). The bigger packs add bonus answers on top, so each answer costs less.

Asha answers lists every pack you bought and the recent answers, with the ones given back marked. Pack purchases also appear in your Lentlo Credits statement when paid from credits.
