Build a property or vehicle website — real estate, used cars, rentals
Property is a listing-and-lead site; cars and rentals run real engines with their own desks. Which is which, and how to open each one.

Is this you?
Property dealer, real-estate agent, builder or PG manager · used-car dealer or showroom · scooter, bike and self-drive car rental · auto garage · auto parts and spares shop.
Three different websites, not one
A brochure-and-lead website
- Real estate: Prestige Estates. Listings, an EMI calculator, a locations grid, a RERA badge.
- Enquiries land in your Form Inbox; there is no cart and no desk to run.
- You qualify and call. The website's job is to make the call happen.
A website that runs an engine
- CarDeal: a buyer pipeline, a seller pipeline, inspection reports and a booking advance.
- Vehicle Rental: live availability by date and time, licence upload, deposits, and a Rental Desk.
- Both add their own dashboard section and their own money rails.
Pick your design
| You run | Start with | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Property dealing, real estate, builder, PG | Prestige Estates | Business Website → Real Estate & Travel |
| Used-car dealership or showroom | CarDeal | The Automotive card |
| Scooter, bike or self-drive car rental | Vehicle Rental | Business Website → Real Estate & Travel, or search rental |
| Auto garage or car service | SpeedForce Auto Care | The Automotive card (also under Business Website) |
| Auto parts and spares, sold online | MarketPulse, Pulse or Cobalt | E-commerce — or a catalogue if you quote rather than sell. See Build an online shop. |
Vehicle Rental is a rental engine, not a car-sales design, and CarDeal is the reverse. Renting the same scooter out fifty times needs unit timelines, KYC and deposits; selling one car once needs listings, leads and an advance. They do not substitute for each other.

Keep these ready
Your first hour, in five steps
- Business infoName, phone, address, licence numbers
- Add your first unitOne car, property or vehicle, fully filled
- Money rulesAdvance, deposit, or none
- Your inbound link/sell for cars, availability for rentals
- Publish and testBook or enquire on your own site once
Business info and your numbers
Settings → Business Info. Property dealers should put their RERA number where buyers can see it; rental operators their office address and hours, because renters navigate to you.
Add one unit completely
Property: a listing with photos, area, price and locality. Cars: make, model, variant, year, kilometres, fuel, transmission, owners and price — every one of those is a filter, so a blank field removes the car from that filter. Fill the inspection report honestly, including what is not perfect. Rentals: a model with photos, rate card, km allowance and deposit, then at least one vehicle under it with its registration number and odometer — a model with no registration numbers cannot be booked.
Set the money rule for your trade
Cars: set your Booking Amount (₹) in rupees — for example 4999 — under Site Settings → Product Page Settings in the editor (left empty, it is ₹10,000). “Book This Car” then charges exactly that advance, never the car's full price, and the car shows as booked so nobody else can take it. Rentals: choose full payment online, an advance, or reserve-now-pay-at-pickup, and set the security deposit (collected at pickup by default). Property: nothing to set — it is a lead business.
Open the door people come in through
Cars: share yoursite.com/sell on your board, in OLX replies and in your WhatsApp status — sellers answer guided questions with photos and a verified number, so you get a filled form instead of three phone calls. Rentals: your home page search is the door — renters pick pickup and return times and see only what is genuinely free. Property: the enquiry form on every listing.
Publish, then use your own website once
Enquire on your own property listing, or book your own scooter for tomorrow, or book one of your own cars. Two minutes, and it finds the thing you forgot. Cancel it afterwards.
How each one is charged
| Website | What the platform charges |
|---|---|
| Property / real estate | A per-enquiry fee from your Lentlo Credits — ₹5 each on Free, ₹1 on Starter, ₹0 on Pro and Growth. Nothing when nobody enquires, and the same phone number enquiring twice in a day is charged once. |
| Used-car dealership | A per-enquiry fee on the higher car rate — ₹25 for each buyer or seller enquiry or test-drive request on Free, ₹5 on Starter, ₹0 on Pro and Growth (one charge per phone number per day). Booking advances carry no platform fee and go straight to your own account. Your Plan page always shows the exact number for your site. |
| Vehicle rental | Priced like an e-commerce store: 2.5% of each confirmed online booking on Free, 1.2% on Starter, 0% on Pro and Growth — worked out without GST and given back if the booking is cancelled. Deposits are never charged a fee, and bookings you enter yourself are never charged. |
A ₹6,50,000 car booked online

- What “Book This Car” actually charges
- ₹4,999
- The balance is handled the way you already do it — finance, cheque, at the showroom

What actually sells a big-ticket item online
Do this
- Real photos of the actual unit, taken today — front, rear, both sides, interior, odometer
- A price on the listing; “price on call” loses most buyers before the call
- The honest inspection note, including the scratches — one flaw makes the rest believable
- Papers and their expiry: RC, insurance, PUC, RERA number
- Mark it sold or unavailable the moment it goes
Not this
- Manufacturer stock photos of the model instead of the car you have
- Hiding accident history — it surfaces at inspection and kills the deal
- Leaving sold cars listed to make the stock look bigger
- Renting out a vehicle whose registration you never added — availability counts registrations, not models
- Taking a deposit with no handover photos; the photos are what settle the argument later
Example · A used-car dealer in Nashik
He put the /sell QR on his showroom board and in his WhatsApp status. Sellers now arrive as a filled form with photos, kilometres and a verified number — so he can say no without wasting a visit, and quote confidently on the ones he wants. When he buys one, he turns the seller lead into a listing rather than typing it again, and the two records stay connected, so he always knows what he paid for the car he is selling.

Common questions
Can a buyer pay for a car online?
They pay the booking advance you set, not the car's price — nobody buys a car in one online click. The balance goes through your usual route. The advance is charged exactly as you set it, whatever the car is listed at.
Can I use one website for selling cars and renting them?
No — they are different engines with different dashboards, money rules and customer flows. Run two websites on the same account; they cost nothing extra to create.
Do renters have to upload a licence?
You decide, but it is strongly worth it: the renter photographs their licence and ID from their phone into an encrypted store only you can open, you approve once, and repeat renters skip it next time. Chauffeur bookings never need it.
Can my staff add listings without seeing what I paid?
Yes. Cost and profit sit behind their own permission, so a sales executive can add and edit cars without ever seeing your purchase price. See Add team members.
I only have one property listing right now. Is a website worth it?
The listing is not the point — being findable is. A property website with your locality, your RERA number and a working enquiry form earns calls that a classifieds post does not, and the listing count grows on its own.
