One film, and your store exists. If you have already created yours, skip straight to the next section.
1. Creating your online store
From the dashboard to a built website in two minutes
- 0:10Press Create New Website on your dashboard
- 0:19Choose Online Store
- 0:28Now pick a design
- 0:42Name your store
- 0:56Tell us about your business once and we fill…

- 1:39Add your first product

- 2:28Your store is built, every page already…
In this film
- Press Create New Website on your dashboard — Everything you own lives here: your websites, domains, CRM and WhatsApp.
- Choose Online Store. Cart, checkout, payments and order tracking all come built in
- Now pick a design. Hover over one and press Use This Design — every colour, word and photo changes later
- Name your store. Customers see this name in the header, on their bills, and in Google
- Tell us about your business once and we fill the whole website with it — Your WhatsApp number becomes the chat button on every page, and where new-order alerts go.
- Upload your logo. We size it for the header, the footer and your app icon — No logo yet? Skip it — your store name is shown instead.
- Add your first product: name, price, MRP and one photo. The rest can come later, one at a time or as a spreadsheet
- Delivery and payments start sensibly. Cash on delivery and UPI work from day one; set the amount above which delivery is free — Each of these gets its own film further down this page.
- Say what your business does in one line, and the AI writes your About page and product descriptions — Optional — and you can rewrite every word afterwards.
- Your store is built, every page already filled with your details. Press Open Editor to polish it
Design
This is the longest part of the course, because it is where your website stops looking like a sample and starts looking like your shop. If you are new, films 2 to 6 are the ones that matter most — the rest are there for the day you want them.

In this film
- Open the editor from Manage → Edit Website. Nothing you do here reaches customers until you press Update Website — Your pages on the left, your site in the middle, the controls for whatever you tap on the right.
- On the left are your pages, and under each one its sections. Tap a section and the preview jumps to it
- On the right, Edit Page has two views. Text & photos changes what a section says; Sections & layout is the map of the page
- Site Settings is the other half: colours, fonts, header, footer, business details, popups. Change it once and every page follows
- Along the top: undo and redo, Version History, AI text, Preview, and the publish button
- These three buttons show your site as a computer, a tablet or a phone while you work
- Can’t find a field? Type any word from your site into Find anything and it takes you straight there
- The ? button explains whatever panel you’re in, and every screen has a written guide in the Help Center
3. Changing any word or photo
Click it in the preview, edit it on the right
In this film
- Tap anything in the preview — the big banner, say — and that section opens on the right with all its words and photos
- Type in a field and the preview changes as you type. Headline, subtitle, button words, links
- A button has two parts: what it says, and where it goes. Point it at a page, a category, WhatsApp, or any link
- For photos, press Replace under the picture. Upload from your phone or computer, or reuse one from your Library
- Every section works this way. Categories, offers, testimonials, the newsletter box — open it, change the words, swap the pictures
- Short of words? Describe your business once and the AI drafts every headline and paragraph for you to edit
- Undo takes back any mistake. And remember, customers still see the old version until you publish
4. Your colours, fonts and business details

In this film
- Colors & Fonts is your brand. The main colour paints buttons, badges and highlights across the whole site
- Pick a colour and the preview repaints at once. Keep it readable: dark words on light, light words on dark
- Two fonts, one for headings and one for the body. Choose from the list and the whole site changes
- Business Info holds your name, phone, email, address and hours. Edit it here and the header, footer and contact page all follow
- Popups greet a visitor with an offer, a coupon or a newsletter box a few seconds after they arrive
- The footer is the bottom of every page: address, hours, policy links, social icons, copyright
- Below that, each part of the design has its own group — statistics, reviews, rewards, the product page, blog and account page

- 1:36The icons on the right (search, wishlist…
In this film
- Header & Navigation holds the whole top of your site: logo, menu, the main button, search, and the scrolling strip
- Upload your logo here. The favicon is the tiny icon in the browser tab and on a customer’s home screen
- No logo file yet? Use a letter or an emoji as an icon, your store name as text, or both together
- Set the logo height for computers and phones separately. A bigger logo does not make the header taller
- On a phone you can leave the logo in the middle, or move it to the left the way most shopping apps do
- Navigation Links is your menu. Rename items, drag them into order, point them at any page or category
- The ticker is the thin scrolling strip above the header — a good place for delivery news or an offer
- The icons on the right (search, wishlist, cart, account) and the button row at the bottom of a phone come from Mobile Bottom Bar
6. Sections & layout: the map of your page

- 1:01One tap swaps the design's banner for a…
- 1:09Tap a block in the preview and its row lights…
In this film
- Sections & layout lists everything on the page from top to bottom — the design’s own sections and anything you add
- The eye hides a section without deleting it. Try it on something you’re not using yet, like the rewards block
- The arrows move a section up or down. If your bestsellers sell better than your offers, put them first
- The ⚙ on a row sets space above and below, background and text colour, alignment, and which devices show it
- See the + between two rows? That drops a new section exactly there
- One tap swaps the design’s banner for a full-width slider of your own photos. You can undo it whenever you like
- Tap a block in the preview and its row lights up in the list. The two sides always stay in step
7. Adding sections: the starters, and your catalogue

- 1:30Offers Board shows your live coupon codes as…
- 1:53Every block you add carries a small bar in…
In this film
- Press Add section and it asks where it should go. Pick a spot — you can always move it later
- Seven popular starters come first, then Store, Headers, Content, Social Proof, Business and Layout. Or just type what you want
- The block arrives already written. Its fields open on the right: the heading, the three reasons, the icons
- Store blocks put your catalogue on any page — a row of products, category tiles, or one product in the spotlight
- Delivery Area Check lets a customer type their PIN code and see the charge and the days before they even shop
- Offers Board shows your live coupon codes as tap-to-copy cards. There’s a reviews strip, a combo set, and one that explains your points
- Every block you add carries a small bar in the preview: width, spacing, which devices show it, duplicate, delete
8. Adding sections: big banners and calls to action
Video hero, showcase, countdown, animated headline, WhatsApp chat, offer strip
In this film
- Headers & CTAs are the big blocks that open a page: hero banner, slider, call to action, a hero with a form, a countdown
- A countdown ticks down to a real date. Good for a sale, a festival drop, or the last day of an offer
- Animated Headline cycles one word — sarees, dupattas, lehengas. The announcement strip is a slim bar for one line of news
- WhatsApp Chat puts a real chat button on a banner. Offer Strip shows a code customers tap to copy
- Video Hero plays a video across the top, uploaded or from YouTube. Hero Showcase is one big photo with type over it
- Any of these can sit right at the top. String a few together and your homepage looks nothing like the one you started with
9. Adding sections: content, trust and forms
Text and pictures, galleries, pricing, testimonials, contact forms, your location
In this film
- Content & Media is for everything else you want to say: free text with pictures and tables, image beside text, galleries, tabs
- There’s a pricing table, a plan comparison, a before-and-after slider, process steps, a portfolio grid, downloads and maps
- Social Proof earns trust: testimonials, a wall of quotes, big numbers, your team, awards, payment marks, client logos
- Business blocks collect things for you — a contact form that lands in your inbox, a form you design, your location and hours, timetables, events, jobs, a price list
- Layout has the small helpers: a divider between sections, a timeline, and a strip of scrolling words
- Got a section exactly right? Save it as a block and drop it on any other page — or another of your sites — with one tap
10. The banner slider, control by control
Your own photos as the hero: slides, text, arrows, dots, phone height
- 0:10In Sections & layout, one tap swaps the…
- 0:24Add as many slides as you like
- 0:33Each slide has its own headline, text and…
- 0:39Let the height follow your photo or fix it…

- 1:12Phones and tablets get their own height…
- 1:30Colours and width work exactly like any other…
- 1:40Changed your mind? Bring back the design's…
In this film
- In Sections & layout, one tap swaps the design’s banner for a slider of your own photos, edge to edge
- Add as many slides as you like. A wide photo works best, about 1600 by 600, and phones can have their own
- Each slide has its own headline, text and button. Move the text left, centre or right, and set the focus so faces don’t get cut off
- Let the height follow your photo or fix it yourself. Set how fast slides change, and whether it pauses on hover
- Arrows and dots can be shown or hidden, and you choose their style, size and position
- Text & button look controls the box behind your words, the shadow, and the button’s style and size
- Phones and tablets get their own height, focus and text position — and you can hide the subtitle or button on small screens
- Colours and width work exactly like any other block you add
- Changed your mind? Bring back the design’s original banner from the same list. Nothing you typed is lost
11. Width, spacing, and what shows on a phone
The small bar on every block you add, and the groups on the right
- 0:13Tap a block you added, in the preview or in…

- 1:18Phones & tablets is where a block gets…
- 1:26Colours are set per block
- 1:35Move a block with the arrows, or drag its…
In this film
- Tap a block you added, in the preview or in the list, and a small bar appears on it
- Width has four choices: the usual page width, a narrow reading column, a bit wider, or edge to edge like a banner
- The three device icons decide where a block shows. Tap one to hide it on phones but keep it on computers
- Duplicate a block you like, delete one you don’t, or save it to reuse on any page of any site you own
- The same width choices, plus the space above and below, sit together on the right under Width, spacing & visibility
- Phones & tablets is where a block gets different alignment on a small screen, or disappears there altogether
- Colours are set per block. A light section between two dark ones gives the page a rhythm
- Move a block with the arrows, or drag its handle. The preview follows instantly
12. Make it look nothing like the design you started with
Hide what you don’t want, build the page from blocks, ten minutes
In this film
- Every design is a starting point. Hide what you don’t want with the eye — your header, footer, cart and checkout stay
- Put your own opening on top: a video, one big photo, or a slider of your banners
- Then the blocks that sell — a row of products, category tiles, your offers, a strip of real reviews
- Then the blocks that reassure — why you, common questions, where you are, and a WhatsApp button
- Set widths and backgrounds as you go. Alternating full-width bands with narrower blocks gives the page rhythm
- Check the phone view, then Update Website. Same store, a completely different homepage
13. Adding pages, and the product page
A library of ready-made pages, and the one layout every product uses
- 0:12The Pages panel lists every page you have
- 0:24Browse by what the page should do
- 0:29Each card says how many sections it brings
- 0:35Press one and the whole page is built
- 0:41Start from Scratch gives you an empty page…
- 0:46Product pages are one layout that every…
- 0:57You can drop your own blocks into three…
- 1:08Shop, deals, checkout, track order, rewards…
In this film
- The Pages panel lists every page you have. + Add page opens a library of ready-made ones, already written
- Browse by what the page should do — sell more, get enquiries, build trust, tell your story, or the legal ones
- Each card says how many sections it brings: size guide, wholesale, festival sale, your story, collections, a product launch
- Press one and the whole page is built. Every word and photo on it is yours to change, just like the home page
- Start from Scratch gives you an empty page instead, and you add sections in any order — A new page joins your menu on its own when the menu is set to update itself.
- Product pages are one layout that every product uses: gallery, buy box, badges, description tabs and reviews
- You can drop your own blocks into three places on it: above the product, right under the buy area, and at the very bottom — Size charts, care guides, a delivery promise — added once, they appear on every product page.
- Shop, deals, checkout, track order, rewards, blog and your policy pages all edit the same way
14. Making it right on a phone
Most of your customers arrive on a phone. Here’s how to control what they see
In this film
- Switch the preview to the phone. It’s a real 375-pixel screen, and everything you change shows there live
- Phone header first: how big the logo is, and whether it sits left or in the middle
- Mobile Bottom Bar is the row of icons fixed to the bottom of a phone — home, shop, cart, account. You choose them
- Any block you added can be aligned differently on a phone, given its own height, or hidden there completely
- The design’s own sections have the same choice under ⚙, so a heavy section can stay on computers only
- Tablet is the third size. Check it too, then go back to the computer view
- You can also edit from your own phone. The panel slides up over the preview and you drag it to any height — Same controls, same site — nothing here is computer-only.
15. Preview, publish, and going back
What’s waiting, what goes live, and how to undo a bad day
In this film
- Preview opens your site in a new tab, exactly as a customer will see it, before anything goes live
- Change anything — here, the words on the header button — and it is saved as a draft — Customers keep seeing the old version until you publish.
- The chip in the top bar tells you something is waiting to go live
- Every publish is kept. Open an older one, compare it, and put it back if a change went wrong
- Undo and redo work across the whole session, and you can throw away drafts you never want to publish
- Press Update Website and the pages rebuild and go live in a few seconds
- Live — this is the address to share, and everything else is one tap away — Products, prices, orders and settings never wait for a publish. Only design changes do — which is why none of the dashboard films press Update Website.
16. Menus: header links, phone drawer and footer
What sits in your menu, the ☰ drawer, the announcement strip and the footer
In this film
- Website → Header & Footer runs your menus. Let it update itself, or arrange every item by hand
- Add a link to any page or category — or somewhere outside, like your Instagram
- The drawer is the ☰ menu on phones: categories, help links, your WhatsApp
- The announcement strip sits above the header. Switch it on and type one line — an offer, a delivery notice
- The footer is mostly filled already from your Business Info: address, hours, policy pages, social links
- New pages are added in the editor, and each one joins your menu on its own
Products
Your catalogue: how one product gets added, and then how to look after hundreds of them without losing an afternoon.
17. Adding a product
Name, photo, price, stock — live on your site the moment you save
- 0:09Everything you sell lives here
- 0:15Press Add Product, then Own Product
- 0:27In a hurry? Paste an Amazon, Flipkart or…
- 0:35Give it a name, then one line about it
- 0:49Your selling price, and the MRP if you want…
- 1:00Now the photos
- 1:12Put it in a category
- 1:24Switch Track Inventory on to count pieces
- 1:33Press Add Product and you're done
- 2:02There it is on your site
In this film
- Everything you sell lives here. Add a product once and it appears on your shop page, in search, and in its category
- Press Add Product, then Own Product. (Affiliate is for things you list but Amazon delivers.)
- In a hurry? Paste an Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho link and press Fetch Details — Name, price, description and photos fill themselves in. It works with most brand websites too.
- Give it a name, then one line about it. That line sits next to the Buy button, so keep it short
- Your selling price, and the MRP if you want the strike-through discount to show — Everything is in rupees, and your GST settings apply on their own.
- Now the photos. The first one becomes the cover — the picture customers see everywhere — Any size works. We make phone and computer versions of every photo for you.
- Put it in a category. Categories become menu items and filter pages on your site by themselves
- Switch Track Inventory on to count pieces. Turn In Stock off and the product shows Sold out instead of taking money — Sizes and colours, bulk packs, and who’s allowed to buy are in the panels just below.
- Press Add Product and you’re done. Your live site catches up on its own in about twenty seconds — Products, prices and stock always go live by themselves. Only design changes wait for Update Website.
- There it is on your site — in the shop, in search, in its category, with the price, the discount and the photo
18. Editing products, sizes, stock — and adding hundreds at once
Quick edits, stock mode, sizes and colours, a spreadsheet upload, hiding a line
In this film
- Search or filter, then press Edit. Or use Quick to change price and stock without opening the whole form
- Stock mode turns the list into a fast in-stock and quantity editor — good for a Monday morning
- Show/hide takes a product off the site without deleting it. Useful for seasonal or sold-out lines
- Sizes, colours and fabrics live under Variants & packs, each with its own price and stock. Packs give buy-more-save-more pricing
- Who can buy & how much sets a minimum order, a per-customer limit, member-only access, or delivery areas
- Hundreds of products? Download the sample sheet, fill it in Excel and upload it. Photos go in as links
- Categories decide your shop menu. Reorder them, hide some, or nest them — sarees, then silk, then bridal

How the money actually reaches your bank. None of it passes through us.

In this film
- Every payment method is a card here: switch it on, set it up. Cash on delivery is already on
- Open Cash on Delivery to add a small COD charge, flat or a percentage, so those orders pay their own handling
- Partial COD asks for a little online — say ₹100 — and the rest on delivery. Fake orders drop away; real ones stay
- Type your UPI ID and checkout shows a QR code. The customer pays, uploads the screenshot, and you confirm it from the order
- For cards, net banking and wallets, paste the two keys from Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe, Easebuzz or Zoho — One is enough. The keys come from that company’s own dashboard.
- Each one also gives you a webhook link. It records the payment even if the customer closes the tab half-way
- Minimum Order Value turns away very small orders. Pickup orders always come through. Then save
- At checkout your customer sees only what you switched on — The money goes to your own account. We never hold it.

- This card is your delivery in one glance: where you ship, what you charge, how long it takes
- Where do you ship? All of India for most stores, only your own pincodes for a local shop, or everywhere except a few states
- Set your charge per order, the amount above which delivery is free, and how many days it takes
- Cash on delivery and its fee are set in Payments. Save the delivery charge here
- Type any PIN code and an order amount, press Check, and see exactly what that customer will pay
- Everything below is optional. If a cart has several products with their own delivery prices, add them up or charge only the highest
- Reward bigger orders: ₹60 under ₹500, ₹40 up to ₹999, free above ₹1,000
- Express is a flat extra for faster delivery, chosen at checkout. You can also add a packing fee, or cap the total
- Charge by product type — free for clothes, ₹80 for heavy appliances — or set one product’s delivery on its own
- Different areas can have different rates: by city, district, state or pincode, each with its own free-above amount
- Show a delivery estimate, or run your own delivery days and time slots that customers pick at checkout
- Have your own van? Give each area its fixed days. Or let customers collect from the shop and pay nothing for delivery
21. Couriers: booking, labels and tracking
Shiprocket, Delhivery, Shipmozo, NimbusPost, India Post
In this film
- Connect a courier once and every order can be booked, labelled and tracked from its own page
- Press a courier and paste the login from your account with them. Test it, then save
- India Post needs no account. We show the live tariff, you book at the counter and paste the article number
- After that, the Ship button on an order compares every courier that serves the pincode, books the pickup and prints the label — Tracking updates itself, and your customer gets the link on WhatsApp.
- Don’t see your courier? Ask for it. We add the ones sellers ask for most
Orders
The daily work — the orders that arrive from your website, and the ones that arrive on your phone.
22. Taking an order by phone or WhatsApp
Bill it exactly like an online one: stock, GST bill and tracking included
In this film
- Orders that come by phone, WhatsApp or over the counter get billed here, exactly like online ones
- Type the phone number. A returning customer fills in by themselves; a new one needs a name and address
- Add the products and set the quantity. Prices come straight from your catalogue
- Add a delivery charge, an extra charge, or give a discount in rupees or percent. All optional
- Mark it paid if the money is in, or leave it pending — you can send a payment link later
- Press Create Order. Stock comes down, the GST bill is made, and the customer can track it like any online order
23. From new order to delivered

- 0:53When the courier settles your COD money, mark…
In this film
- Every order lands here, and on your WhatsApp if alerts are on. The tabs follow the journey from pending to delivered
- The quick filters are the ones you’ll use daily: to ship, unpaid UPI screenshots, COD still to collect, part-paid, manual
- Open an order to see the items, the address, the payment, and a WhatsApp button for the customer
- Move the status along as you work. Each step can message the customer for you
- Ship it with a connected courier, or with your own delivery and a tracking number. Print the label and packing slip
- The bill, order edits, returns and cancelling are all on this page. Cancelling puts the stock back and voids the bill
- When the courier settles your COD money, mark it received and your books update
Customers
Who buys from you, who comes back, and what they say about you in public.
24. Your customers, and what they say
Who buys, who comes back, and what they say
In this film
- Everyone who has ordered or signed up is here, with what they’ve spent and when they last came
- Customers rate orders after delivery. Approve, reply, or hide a review from this page
- With moderation on, reviews wait for you first, so nothing unpleasant appears on your site by surprise
- Someone filled a cart and left? One WhatsApp message often brings them back
Marketing
The two things that bring a customer back: a discount now, and points for later.
25. Coupons and reward points
Discount codes, first-order offers, cashback, points that bring customers back
In this film
- Start a coupon by choosing what it gives: money off now, cashback into their wallet, or both
- There are ready-made ones — welcome 10%, ₹100 off a first order, weekend special, happy hour, free delivery, VIP
- Then the details: the code, the amount, a minimum order, an end date, and limits so nobody uses it twice
- Mark it promoted and a banner appears on your site by itself. Save it, and there it is — live
- Loyalty points bring people back to you instead of a marketplace. They earn on every order and spend at checkout
- Under Program rules you switch it on, name your points, and decide how fast they add up
- Save and update, and the rewards page and points badge appear on your site. Members shows who’s collecting
Where WhatsApp fits in — the button on your site, and the messages your customers receive.
26. The WhatsApp button, and what your customers hear from you
Order placed, shipped, delivered — which messages go out, and where you write them
In this film
- Your WhatsApp number in Business Info is what powers the chat button, the contact page and your order alerts
- Notifications decide what a customer hears from you: order placed, shipped, delivered, booking reminders
- Switch on what you want and write the message yourself. Your store name and order number fill in automatically
- If you have your own WhatsApp Business account with Meta, the inbox, broadcasts and auto-replies live in the WhatsApp menu
Reports
Your numbers, in plain language.
27. Who visits, what sells, what you earn
Visitors right now, where they came from, your best sellers and your profit
In this film
- Who’s on your site right now, where they came from, what they looked at, and what actually sold
- Change the period: today, seven days, thirty days, or dates you pick
- Live shows visitors as they move. Pages and App show what people open and who has installed your store
- Sales Reports gives revenue, orders and average order value by day, product and category. Download it as a spreadsheet
- Put your cost price on a product and the profit on every order appears here

GST, without the headache.
28. GST bills, and the figures for your returns
A proper bill on every order, and GSTR-1 and 3B ready for your CA
In this film
- Enter your GSTIN, legal name and address once, and every order gets a proper GST bill by itself
- Decide whether your prices include GST, set rates per product, or use the composition scheme. Set once, forget it
- GSTR-1 and 3B figures for any month are ready to download for your CA or the portal
- Expenses, purchases, stock and profit & loss sit in the same menu — a small set of books for the shop
Website
Your own address, and your store sitting on a customer’s home screen.
29. Connecting your own domain
yourshop.com instead of the free address — free on every plan
In this film
- Bought a domain? Type it here and press Add Domain
- Copy these two records into your domain company’s DNS page — the plain name and www, both to the same address — Look for ’DNS settings’ or ’Manage DNS’ after you log in there.
- We check every few minutes. Most domains are live in ten to thirty minutes, with the padlock included free — Your free address keeps working the whole time. Using Cloudflare? Leave the proxy on.
30. Your store as an app
An install link today, a real Android app, and iPhone
In this film
- Your store can be an app three ways: an instant install link, a real Android app, and iPhone
- Share the install link on WhatsApp and your store lands on the customer’s home screen with your icon
- We build a signed Android app for you. Put it on the Play Store under your own account whenever you’re ready
- Set the icon, colours and splash screen so the app looks like yours on every phone
Settings
The handful of switches you will keep coming back to.
31. The settings you’ll actually use
What customers see, pausing orders when you travel, and your staff
In this film
- Business Info is the one place for your name, phone, email, address and hours. Change it once; every page follows
- What customers see is a list of simple switches: add-to-cart on cards, track order, wallet, blog, out-of-stock items
- Travelling, or out of stock? Pause new orders and set a time for them to start again by themselves
- Give your staff their own login with only the parts they need — orders, or products, or the counter
- Manage is your store’s home: the live address, the update button, and every feature one tap away
Common questions
Do I have to watch them in order?
No. Each film is one job and stands on its own. The order here is the order most owners need things in, which is why the design films come before the money ones.
A screen in the film looks different from mine.
Designs differ a little by business type, and we improve screens often. The steps and the order stay the same; the written guide linked from each section is always current.
Can I share this with someone helping me?
Yes — send them this page's link. Nothing here needs a login, and every film plays muted with the instructions on screen.
