In this guide

My deliveries is your screen as a delivery boy. It shows the orders the shop gave you, where to take them, and how much cash to collect. This page explains every button in simple words.

1

Open the link the shop sent you

The shop owner sends you a link on WhatsApp. It is the shop’s own address with /admin at the end. Open it on your own phone — you see the shop’s name and Team sign-in.

2

Type your mobile number and the OTP

Use the same number the owner added. You get an OTP by SMS — type it. There is no password and nothing else to fill.

You land on My deliveries and stay signed in on this phone. Save the page to your home screen so you can open it in one tap.

If the page says your number is not on the delivery team, ask the shop to add you as a Delivery boy with this exact number, then sign in again. If the shop pauses you, your screen goes back to the sign-in page by itself. If you deliver for two shops, each shop has its own link — open the link of the shop you are delivering for.

Reading an order card

  • Name and address of the customer, with the landmark if they gave one.
  • Call — phones the customer.
  • Navigate — opens the map at the customer’s location. If the button says Find address, the customer did not share a location; the map searches the address, so call if you are not sure.
  • Deliver: Today · 5 pm – 7 pm — the day and time the customer asked for.
  • Items — tap the grey row to see what is in the order and count before you leave.
  • Customer’s note — read it; it may say “call before coming”.
  • Collect in cash ₹… (yellow) — take exactly this amount. Already paid — collect nothing (green) — do not take any money.

The three buttons

1

Picked up from the shop

Tap this when you take the order from the shop. The customer is told the order is on the way.

2

Delivered

Tap this at the door after you hand over the order. Then choose what happened with the money:

  • I collected ₹… in cash — you took the full amount.
  • I collected a different amount — type the cash you really took. The shop will check the rest with the customer.
  • Customer paid the shop directly — they paid by UPI or bank. The shop will confirm it.
  • Customer did not pay — the shop will collect it later.

Then tap Confirm delivered.

3

Could not deliver

If you cannot hand over the order, tap this and choose why — customer not at the address, phone not reachable, wrong address, or the customer refused. Bring the order back to the shop.

Always choose the true answer about the cash. The amount you say you collected is added to “Cash with you”.

Cash with you

The yellow box at the top shows the shop’s cash you are holding. Hand it to the shop. When they mark it as received, the amount goes down.

Done today

Tap Done today to see what you finished: delivered orders, orders the shop is checking the payment for, and orders you could not deliver.

Common questions

An order went away from my list. Why?
The shop took it back, gave it to someone else, or closed it. Tap the refresh button to see your latest list.
There is no internet at the customer’s door.
Tap the button once. If it says there is no internet, move to where you have signal and tap again — it will not be counted twice.
I pressed the wrong answer for the cash.
Tell the shop owner. They can correct the cash amount from their side.
Can I see other orders or the shop’s sales?
No. You see only the orders given to you.
