The dashboard app on your phone

Install your dashboard as an app on any phone or computer — one tap on Android, Share → Add to Home Screen on iPhone — switch on order alerts, and never confuse it with your website's customer app.

The dashboard appputs your whole dashboard on your phone — orders, customers, invoices, the chat — one tap from the home screen, with notifications for new orders. It is free, needs no app store, and updates itself. This guide shows how to install it on any phone or computer, what to do when a browser refuses, and how it differs from your website’s app.

Two different apps — do not mix them up

The dashboard app is for you: it opens your dashboard. Your website’s app is for your customers: it opens your website with your products, and you build and share it from Apps (see Your website as an app). Both can live on the same phone; they have different names and icons.

Do this

  • Install the dashboard app on the phones of everyone who handles orders.
  • Share your website's app (from Apps) with customers — on bills, packaging and WhatsApp.

Not this

  • Send customers the dashboard app link — it opens a sign-in page they cannot use.
  • Look for customers' orders inside your website's app — that view is the shop, not the dashboard.

Installing it

Open Get the app from the left menu on the device you want it on. The page recognises the phone and browser and shows the right steps:

1

Android — Chrome, Edge or Samsung Internet

Tap Install on the page. If the button is not offered, use the browser’s menu → Add to Home screen (or Install app) → Install.

2

iPhone / iPad — Safari

Tap Share (the square with an arrow at the bottom), scroll to Add to Home Screen, then Add. Only Safari can do this on iPhone — Chrome or Firefox on iPhone will ask you to copy the link into Safari.

3

Computer — Chrome or Edge

Click Install on the page, or the small install icon at the right end of the address bar. Safari on a Mac: File → Add to Dock. Other browsers: scan the QR code on the page with your phone instead.

Opened from WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook? Those apps show pages in a mini browser that cannot install anything. Tap their / menu → Open in Chrome (Android) or Open in Safari (iPhone), or use Copy link on the page and paste it in the real browser.

Alerts for new orders

After installing, tap Switch on alerts on the same page and allow notifications. New orders, bookings and enquiries then arrive as notifications even when the app is closed. On iPhone this works only after the app is on the Home Screen and opened from there (iOS 16.4 or newer). If you once blocked notifications, allow them again in the browser’s site settings.

Working with an agency?

If your website is managed by an agency and you sign in on the agency’s address or on your own domain’s /admin, the app carries that branding — its name and icon — and opens your dashboard exactly the same way. For help with it, contact the agency.

Common questions

Nothing happens when I tap Install.
It is usually already installed — look for the icon on your home screen or in the app drawer. If the page was opened from another app's mini browser, open it in Chrome or Safari first.
Where does the app go after installing?
On the home screen (Android may put it in the app drawer). It opens straight into your dashboard and stays signed in.
Is there an Android app file (APK) or a Play Store listing?
The install above IS the app — no file or store needed. Where an Android app file exists for your dashboard (the platform's, or your agency's branded one), Get the app shows an extra Android app file card on Android phones: download, allow “install unknown apps” once, tap Install. Both open the same dashboard; the one-tap install updates itself.
Does it update by itself?
Yes. It is the live dashboard in an app frame, so every improvement reaches it automatically.
Can my staff install it?
Yes — each staff member installs it on their own phone and signs in with their own number. What they can see follows their permissions.
