Run your own web agency on LentloSites. Your clients get websites, a CRM and a WhatsApp API hub on a portal that carries your domain, your logo and your prices — LentloSites is never named to them. You buy your clients' plans at a wholesale discount (50% off, rising with the number of live client websites); the CRM and WhatsApp API cost you nothing; and you decide what every client pays you, how they pay you, and whether their usage runs on prepaid credits you sell them.

Who this is for

Anyone who builds or manages websites and business tools for OTHER businesses, and wants every client under one account and one brand:

  • Web agencies and freelance designers — recurring income on top of the build fee
  • Digital marketing agencies — add websites, WhatsApp marketing and a CRM as services
  • Local IT and computer shops — serve the traders and shopkeepers around you
  • Consultants and accountants — sell the CRM with GST invoicing on its own, no website needed

If you look after five or more businesses, the program pays for itself in the first month.

How the money works

Two separate flows, and you sit between them. LentloSites charges you wholesale, from your own Lentlo Credits. You bill your clients at your retail prices, through your own UPI, bank or gateway.

  • What you pay LentloSites — plans you buy for client websites at 50% off the owner price (60% above 20 live client websites, 70% above 100), the usage fee on Free-plan client websites at retail, and Asha packs at retail — all debited from your Lentlo Credits automatically. Every figure: Wholesale — your discount on every client plan.
  • What costs you nothing — the CRM (contacts, bills, credit book, GST invoices, staff) and the WhatsApp API hub for every client. Meta bills each business's WhatsApp conversations to that business's own Meta account, not to you.
  • What you charge — your website packages, CRM and WhatsApp API prices, your Asha answer pack prices, and (optionally) a usage fee per online sale or per lead, all set on Your prices. A one-time build fee goes on an invoice as a custom line (client page → Billing & credits → Raise invoice). See Billing.

On Pro a client store pays no platform fee on its sales. A store you leave on the Free plan costs no plan, but the usage fee on its sales (2.5% of each order's product amount) is debited to you. Your own usage fee to clients, if you set one, comes on top, paid from credits the client buys from you.

What you get as a reseller

  • A portal on your own domain — clients.youragency.in is the full dashboard for your clients: websites and the editor, orders, CRM, WhatsApp, staff and their billing page, with your logo and support contacts. See Client portal & whitelabel.
  • Unlimited clients, unlimited websites — you pay only for the plans you buy for client websites and the usage fee on the ones left on the Free plan.
  • Your prices, your invoices, your credits — raise invoices with pay links from your own CRM, grant the plans clients bought, allot prepaid credits and (if you want) charge usage fees at your own rates. See Billing.
  • Feature packages — sell Basic / Pro / Everything bundles by switching areas of the dashboard on or off per client. See Feature controls.
  • A demo on your domain — designs gallery, live demo websites and a read-only dashboard demo in your colours, with a lead form. See Demo Center.
  • Clients' CRM and WhatsApp API, managed by you — set up, manage and move businesses and WhatsApp numbers for clients. See Client CRM and Client WhatsApp API.
  • Staff on client sites — add cashiers and managers for a client without sharing the owner's login. See Staff on client sites.

Signing up — three fields, instant approval

1

Open the reseller application

From your dashboard, open Become a Reseller. You must be signed in as a regular account (not already a reseller, not a reseller's client, not an admin).

2

Fill three fields

  • Business name (required) — what your clients will see everywhere, for example “Pixel Forge Digital”.
  • Support phone and support email (optional) — where your clients reach you. You can add WhatsApp, a logo and colours right after, on the Client Portal page.
3

Tap Activate Reseller Account

No waiting room. Your account becomes a reseller account immediately; you are signed out and sign back in once so your session carries the new role.

4

Land on Overview

After signing in again, open Reseller → Overview. It is empty until your first client — the next steps are shown at the top.

What changes after approval

  • A Reseller section appears in your menu: Overview, Clients, Client requests, All Sites, Client businesses, Client WhatsApp, Demo Center, Feature brochure, Client Portal, Block library, Wholesale & billing, Asha orders, Your prices, Settings, Guides (this library — the agency guides are behind your login), and Client CRM once your agency CRM is switched on. Tour: Reseller dashboard.
  • Pricing and Referrals disappear from your account menu — those are for regular users; your client websites are on wholesale.
  • Billing is renamed My Site Billing — it covers websites you own under your own name, which are billed like any regular account and never count as client websites.
  • Everything you already owned stays exactly as it was.

Changed your mind? Reseller → Settings has Leave Reseller Program. Before you leave you choose what happens to each client; by default they keep their accounts and websites as independent users.

Quick start — your first hour

  1. Brand itClient Portal: logo, colours, support WhatsApp, login words.
  2. Add your portal domainDemo Center: one DNS record, then clients.youragency.in is live.
  3. Set your pricesYour prices: packages, CRM, WhatsApp API, usage fees.
  4. Add a clientClients → Add Client: their phone number is enough.
  5. Build and publishCreate Site on the client's page, pick a design, publish.
  6. Invoice and hand overRaise the invoice, grant the plan, send the portal link.
From a fresh reseller account to a paying client on your own portal.

Collect the build fee first. Indian businesses are wary of monthly-only deals: a ₹5,000–₹25,000 setup fee builds commitment, and you have real money before the work starts. Then the monthly or yearly package.

Questions new resellers ask

How many clients can I have?

No limit. Above 100 live client websites your discount becomes 70% by itself, and LentloSites can agree a higher % for a very large agency.

Do I need GST registration?

Only if your own turnover crosses the GST threshold (₹20 lakh, ₹10 lakh in some states) — that is Indian tax law, not a platform rule. You invoice your clients yourself from your Client CRM, which produces GST-compliant invoices once you save your business profile there.

Can my clients ever see LentloSites?

Not on your portal or on their own domain: the sign-in page, dashboard, editor, billing page, help articles and support buttons all carry your brand. The two honest exceptions are the OTP SMS sender name and the rare system email — see Client portal & whitelabel.

What if a client wants to leave me?

Open their page → Show danger zone → Remove Client. Their account and websites stay with them as an independent user, they deal with the platform directly from then on, and you stop paying for their plans and usage. Reclaim any unused credits first.

Can I sell only the CRM, or only WhatsApp API?

Yes. On Add Client tick CRM only (and WhatsApp API is their main tool when that is what you sell), then send them your portal link — their dashboard opens straight into the CRM or the WhatsApp hub, with no “Create website” button. An existing client counts as CRM only by itself once they have no website and “Also let them create websites themselves” is off — their page shows it under “What this client gets”. A client without a website costs you nothing — no plan to buy, no usage fee.

A client asked for a person — where does that go?

To you, not to us. When a client asks the assistant in their dashboard for a person, the request lands on Client requests with Call and WhatsApp buttons, and you get a notification. Our support team only sees a read-only copy and never contacts your clients.
