What AI can do for you
These helpers save you typing time — you stay in charge, and everything AI makes can be edited or switched off.
Write your website's text
Headlines, About page, SEO lines — first write-up per site free, then 10 Asha answers a run.
WhatsApp replies
Free drafts you approve, or auto-answers at 1 Asha answer per sent reply — your free daily answers first, then your packs.
Read purchase bills
Snap a photo of a supplier bill — the purchase form fills itself. Completely free.
Check UPI payment screenshots
Catches fake screenshots on UPI QR orders before you ship. First 2 checks free, then 1 Asha answer a check — see the payments guide.
Ask your orders
Type it your way — “unpaid upi orders yesterday”, “kal ke pending orders” — and the order list filters itself. Free.
Web stories from your news reports
News websites: turn a report (or a few lines of notes) into a ready web story in its own language, with its own photos and an optional quiz — you check every page, then publish. Free.
Full transparency
Every AI use is listed on your Asha answers page. Failures never count.
Check UPI payment screenshots
On UPI QR orders, customers upload a payment screenshot — and fake ones happen. With the check on, AI verifies each screenshot in seconds: real payment screen, matching amount, paid to your UPI ID, and not a screenshot reused from an old order. Failed checks tell the customer to pay properly (with a Pay-now button) and flag the order for you. Setup lives in Payments → UPI QR; the AI never marks an order paid — you always confirm against your bank.
Let AI write your website's text
The AI button in the website editor writes the text of your pages for you — useful when you know your business well but staring at empty headline boxes feels like homework.
Open the editor and tap AI
A box opens asking you to describe your business in your own words — for example “family-run kirana store in Warje, Pune, selling groceries and daily essentials”. The more real detail you give, the better the writing.
AI fills your pages
It writes into your design's own text boxes — homepage headlines, About page, contact page and the SEO lines search engines read. It never touches your business name, phone number or address; those stay exactly as you entered them.
Review, edit, then press Update Website
The new text is saved as a draft — customers see nothing until you press Update Website. Change any line you like first; editing is always free. Anything you had just typed is saved before the AI writes, and your words from before stay in Version History as “Before the AI wrote your words” — Restore brings them back. A page you never changed keeps all its photos and sections; only its words are rewritten.
- The first write-up for each site is free. After that, each run uses 10 Asha answers (free daily answers first, then your packs).
- You're charged only when it succeeds. If it fails, you pay nothing.
- Only the site owner can run it — your staff can't spend your credits.
WhatsApp AI replies
If you've connected your own WhatsApp Business API number in the WhatsApp hub, AI can handle the routine questions — “price?”, “where is my order?”, “what time do you open?” — so you answer only what really needs you.
When a customer message isn't already answered by your keyword replies, AI reads it and writes an answer from your own data — that customer's orders, your catalogue, your store details, and everything you taught it in AI training. It never invents prices and never gives discounts.
Open Dashboard → WhatsApp and go to Auto-replies → AI replies. Two ways to run it:
Suggest only — free
AI drafts the reply in your Inbox. Nothing is sent until you tap Send — and you can edit the draft first. The safe way to start.
Auto-answer — 1 Asha answer per sent reply
AI sends replies itself for the topics you tick: price & stock, order status, store info. Charged only when a reply is actually sent.
Auto-answer has guard rails built in:
- Complaints and new-order requests always come to you — AI never handles money or trust decisions on its own.
- No rupee limit to set — your free daily answers, then your packs, are the limit; when they are used up the AI says a person will reply, and the free ones return at midnight.
- You stay the boss of every chat — reply in a conversation yourself and AI stays quiet there for 24 hours. You can also mute AI for any single chat from the Inbox.
- Timing control — let AI answer any time, or only outside your working hours (great for late-night queries).
Start with Suggest mode for a week. Read the drafts AI writes — send the good ones with one tap. When you trust it, switch on Auto-answer for the easy topics. Anything AI can't handle lands in your Inbox flagged for you — with a ready draft whenever it has one, never as silence.
Read a purchase bill from a photo — free
When you record a supplier bill in Purchases, AI can read the photo you upload and fill the form for you — no typing GSTINs and bill numbers by hand. This one is completely free.
Upload the bill photo
On the purchase form, attach a photo of the bill as usual. Auto-fill works with photos — if you upload a PDF bill, type the details yourself.
Tap Auto-fill
AI reads the supplier's name and GSTIN, bill number, date, amount and GST — and fills those fields. If the supplier is already in your vendor list, it picks them for you. If you have more than one GST registration, it even matches which of your businesses the bill belongs to.
Auto-fill only suggests — you still review and save the purchase yourself, and you can correct any field it got wrong. There's a fair-use limit of 30 scans per day.
Where AI charges appear
All AI use draws from your Asha answers — one pool for the dashboard chat, the website chat, WhatsApp auto-replies and the website writer — so there is one place to see what AI used: the Asha answers page.
- The Asha answers page lists every answer used, by feature and by day; a pack you buy shows on your Lentlo Credits statement like any purchase.
- Further down, the AI activity list shows the last 90 days in plain words — “Website text written”, “WhatsApp AI reply”, “Bill scanned” — with Free or the exact amount next to each, and a line on top saying how many actions ran and how much was charged.
- A run that didn't work is marked “didn't work — not charged”. You never pay for failures — and nothing is taken while the AI is still working, so a call that breaks halfway costs you nothing.
Common questions
The questions owners ask most before trusting AI with their shop — with straight answers.
Will AI change my website without asking?
No. The website writer saves a draft — nothing goes live until you press Update Website. And WhatsApp Suggest mode sends nothing until you tap Send.
What does the website AI chat on my site cost?
The chat widget your customers see uses one Asha answer per reply, grounded on the same training. See Train your AI assistant for setting it up.
Why don't I see the AI or Auto-fill buttons?
AI features switch themselves off when AI isn't enabled on the server, and the website writer works on ready-made designs (not the drag-and-drop builder). WhatsApp AI also needs your WhatsApp API number connected first.
Can my staff run up AI charges?
No for the website writer — it's owner-only. For WhatsApp, only the owner or a team member with the Export / download data permission can change AI reply settings.
Does WhatsApp AI reply in my customer's language?
It writes in simple English and mirrors the customer — a Hindi message gets a Hinglish reply in English letters, so you can always read what was sent.
