Deliver with your own delivery boys
Give orders to your own delivery boys. They see only their deliveries — address, map, items, cash to collect. You see what is out and the cash each one holds.

Who this is for
Fresh food & groceries
Meat, vegetables, milk, bakery — your own boy delivers the same day.
Restaurants & cloud kitchens
Give each order to a rider the moment it is packed.
Local shops
Deliver nearby orders yourself and keep couriers for far ones.
Cash on delivery
Know at any time how much of your cash is with each delivery boy.
Orders you ship with a courier company stay on the Orders page as before — this page is only for orders your own team carries. Pickup orders never appear here.
Set it up (3 steps)
Add your delivery boy on the Team page
Open Team & Staff, tap Add member, type his name and 10-digit mobile number, and under “Choose their job” pick Delivery boy. Save.
He signs in at your shop’s own address
His sign-in page is your shop’s own address with /admin at the end — for example yourshop.com/admin. The exact link is on his card on the Team page, with a Send on WhatsApp and a Copy link button. He opens it on his phone, types his mobile number and the OTP. No password, no form to fill, and you never share your own OTP.
The page shows your shop’s name. Only numbers you added as a delivery boy can sign in there — anyone else is told to ask the shop.
After signing in he sees one screen only — My deliveries. He cannot open your orders list, sales, customers, products or settings. He stays signed in on that phone; ask him to save the page to his home screen.
Give him orders
Open Deliveries from the sidebar (under Delivery). New delivery orders wait under To give out. Tap Give to… on an order, or tick several orders and tap Give … orders to…, then choose the delivery boy.
The four numbers at the top
- To give out — delivery orders nobody has yet.
- Out now — orders with your delivery boys, grouped by person. “Given — not picked up yet” means he has not collected it from the shop; “On the way” means he has. Finished orders of today are listed under them.
- Needs you — orders that could not be delivered, and delivered orders whose payment needs a check. A red dot shows when something is waiting.
- Cash with delivery boys — the shop’s cash each person is holding.
You can also give out an order from the order’s own page: the Delivery by your team box shows who has it and has the same buttons.
What the delivery boy sees and does
One card per order: the customer’s name, a Call button, the address and landmark, a Navigate button that opens the map at the customer’s location (when the customer shared it — otherwise Find address searches the address), the delivery day and time, the items, the customer’s note, and either Collect in cash ₹… or Already paid — collect nothing.
- He taps Picked up from the shop when he takes the order. The order becomes “Out for delivery” and your customer gets the usual message.
- At the door he taps Delivered and says what happened with the money.
- If he cannot deliver, he taps Could not deliver and picks the reason.
His own guide, in simple words: My deliveries.
Cash — what happens to the payment
- He collected the exact amount — the order is marked delivered and paid, and the cash is added to “Cash with him”.
- He collected less, nothing, or the customer says they paid you by UPI — the order is marked delivered, but its payment is not changed. It comes to Needs you as “Delivered — check the payment”. Open the order, record what you really received, then tap Payment is settled. If the customer will pay later, tap Close — collect later; the order stays marked as not fully paid.
- He cannot enter more than the order’s balance.
When he hands the cash over, open Cash with delivery boys and tap Cash received. You can receive part of it. History shows every entry, and “The amount is wrong? Correct it” lets you fix a counting mistake with a reason.
When an order could not be delivered
It appears under Needs you with the reason he chose (customer not at the address, phone not reachable, wrong address, refused). Tap Give out again to send it with the same or another person, or open the order to cancel it or change the address.
Change your mind
- Change delivery boy — before he has picked the order up, give it to someone else.
- Take back — the order leaves his list and returns to “To give out”. If he already picked it up, this means he brings it back to the shop.
- Marking an order Delivered or Cancelled yourself on the Orders page also takes it off his list.
