What you owe each reseller and when it becomes ready, their bank details, and the five steps of a payout — a batch you approve with a one-time code and pay from your own bank. Nothing here moves money by itself.

Where it is

Open Supplier console → Resellers and switch to Commission & payouts.

What you owe, reseller by reseller

  • Expected — orders placed in their stores whose commission is not earned yet.
  • Ready to pay — earned: the parcel was delivered, your waiting days have passed and no return is open. For cash on delivery it also waits until the courier's money for that parcel has reached your bank.
  • Reserve you hold — the part of earlier payouts your terms keep back for a while; it is paid out by itself in a later payout once its days have passed.
  • Owes you back — when goods come back after you paid their commission, it is taken first from what you still owe them, then from the reserve, and only the rest is owed back. It is taken from their next payout.

One reseller, one payout

Ready to pay (6 delivered orders)
₹2,480
Owes you back (a return after last month's payout)
₹310
Reserve held back this time (your terms: 10 %)
₹217
In this payout's bank file
₹1,953
The ₹217 reserve joins a later payout once its days have passed

Bank details

A reseller adds or changes their bank details themselves, with a one-time code sent to their own mobile. A change can be used only 24 hours later, and only after you check it: send ₹1 to the account and ask the reseller what arrived, then press I checked these details. Until then their payouts are left out.

Paying

1

Prepare payouts

Every reseller with at least your minimum ready and checked bank details goes into one batch. The screen says how many resellers and how much in total, and how many were left out. Your Today says when a payout waits for your approval.
2

Approve with a one-time code

The business owner only. The code goes to the owner's own mobile. The approval covers exactly this batch; if a reseller's bank details changed after you prepared it, it is refused — cancel and prepare again.
3

Download bank file

The owner only. A spreadsheet file (name, account number, IFSC, UPI ID, amount, reference) for your bank's bulk transfer. It holds full account numbers: keep it safe and delete it after use. It is shown once per press.
4

Pay it from your bank

Then type the bank's reference and press Mark all sent.
5

Received, bounced, came back

When a payment shows on your bank statement, press Received on that line. If the bank sends one back, press Bounced: nothing of it stays recorded and that commission is ready again for the next payout. If money comes back after you marked it received, press Came back: the amount is owed to the reseller again.

Who can do what

Your finance person can prepare payouts, mark them sent, received or bounced, and check bank details. Only the business owner approves a batch and downloads the bank file.

Example · Fatima, Hyderabad — nine resellers sell her bangles

On the 1st she presses Prepare payouts: seven resellers go in (two are left out — one below the minimum, one whose new bank details she has not checked). She approves with the code on her phone, downloads the bank file, uploads it to her bank's bulk transfer, types the bank reference and presses Mark all sent. Over the next two days she presses Received on each line as her statement shows them.
We never move this money and call no payout service: you pay from your own bank, and the screen only records what you tell it happened.
