What it is, in one minute
- You hold the stock, write the price list, pack and send every parcel, and decide who may sell for you.
- A reseller opens a store with your products at their own margin, shares it, and talks to their shoppers.
- Two ways to sell — the reseller sells in their own name and buys from you (they take the shopper's money and keep a balance with you), or you sell in the reseller's store in your own name and pay them a commission. You choose which ways you allow; a store uses one of them.
Opening your network
Finish the steps on Today
Supplier console → Today lists what is still missing before the network can open: your legal business name, your business address, a person customers can complain to, and a price list. Each line has an Add button that takes you to the right place.
Put your products in a price list
Your products stay on your ordinary Products screen. In Catalog each one shows With resellers, Changed, not sent or Not shared. In Price lists you type your price for each item, the printed price (MRP) and the lowest price a reseller may sell at. Press Send to resellers when the bar says how many changes are waiting — it shows the changes before the press, and nothing is sent while any item has a problem.
Count your stock
In Stock each item shows what is on the shelf, set aside, held for open orders and kept back (your buffer), and what resellers can sell. A count needs a reason; it is kept in History.
Press Open my network
Once every step on Today is done, Open my network appears. From then on resellers can join and sell.
The supplier console, tab by tab
- Today — the setup steps, the counts that matter (active resellers, stores open, products with resellers, stock alerts) and a Needs you list: resellers waiting for approval, stores whose plan ended, products paused or recalled, invitations not used yet. Each line opens the right tab.
- Orders — every order of your network, newest first, with its items to prepare. The switch at the top also shows Cash on delivery (orders to confirm, courier statements) and, for the owner or a finance helper, Reports. For a store where the reseller sells in their own name you see the shopper's name, phone and delivery address — you pack and send it — but never the reseller's selling prices.
- Fulfilment — from making a parcel's bills to the shopper's door, and the returns coming back. See the guide Pack, send and take back parcels.
- Needs attention — every open case of your network in plain words, with its age and what to do; Only mine shows the ones that are yours. UPI payments shoppers made straight to you wait at the top under UPI payments to confirm.
- Catalog, Price lists, Stock — as in the steps above. Delivery lives inside the price list: weight steps, places you do not deliver to, sending days, the cut-off hour, holidays and the delivery estimate. You can paste a column from a spreadsheet into a price box.
- Resellers — invite one person with a link you share yourself, prepare stores for named people from a list (the list is checked before anything is created), approve who is waiting (you read what they wrote and pick the price list they sell from), and suspend, resume or end a reseller. After you approve someone, Tell … on WhatsApp opens a ready message in your own WhatsApp with the address where they sign in — you check it and send it yourself. The switch at the top also shows Commission & payouts and, for finance, Balances.
- My site — your own public website for resellers (below).
- Settings — your business details; your usual selling settings (how many stores each reseller may open, the margin you suggest, the highest margin you allow — a change applies to new checkouts only); your agreement with resellers; Payments (your payment provider for the stores where you sell in your own name — see Connect your payment gateway); Notifications (what we tell you about, on WhatsApp and e-mail — see Alerts you receive); Invoice numbers; the people who help you; History.
Your own website for resellers (My site)
Your network comes with a free website of its own. It shows your products without any prices, explains how working with you goes, and has a Become a reseller page and a Reseller login button.
In My site you choose the colours and lettering, the big heading, which home-page sections show and in what order, the “What resellers get” points, your own words for “How it works”, featured collections, an “About us” story and questions with answers. Save it as a draft, look at the preview at phone and desktop width, then press Make it live. Your site updates within a few minutes.
What the site says is always true for your settings: a “How it works” step your settings make untrue is replaced by the usual step (and the box tells you); a “What resellers get” point shows only while it is true (for example “Cash on delivery” only once it is switched on for your network); numbers come from your data — the product count always, the reseller count only when you switch it on and have 10 or more, the margin you suggest only when you switch it on.
- What visitors see — switch joining on or off, and choose whether to show the printed price (MRP). It is shown only where all your price lists agree on it. Your reseller prices are never shown.
- Join form — while joining is on, the Become a reseller page has an Ask to join button. The form always asks for a name and a mobile number (checked with a code); you pick what else it asks — city, where they sell, selling experience, GST number — all optional for them. Approve requests at once approves up to the number you set a day; the rest wait for you in Resellers.
- Your terms — when you have written terms for resellers (Settings), a reseller agrees to your latest terms before their store opens; the button is the agreement.
- Reseller login address (optional) — connect one more address to your site on the Domains screen, for example
resellers.yourbrand.com, and pick it here: on that address the front page opens straight to the reseller sign-in.
Store addresses for your resellers (optional)
Every reseller store opens on a free address the moment it is made. You can also give each store an address under your own domain, like anil.yourbrand.com:
Connect your domain first
Your domain must already be connected to your site on Domains and show Connected.Add the one record
Add the record the card shows (Name*, with the type and value it gives) where you manage your domain. On Cloudflare set it to DNS only (grey cloud). Your own website and e-mail keep working — the record only answers names you have not used yourself.Check and switch on
If the record cannot be found yet, wait a few minutes and check again. From then on every new store gets an address from its name; Give addresses to existing stores does the same for stores that opened before, a few at a time. A store whose address could not be set up keeps working on its free address, and the card lists it with the reason and Try again.More in For your kind of business
