A travel booking website (the TripCraft design) sells your own travel business online the way MakeMyTrip sells everyone else's — bus seats with a live seat map, rooms and villas with a date calendar, taxis with fixed fares, and complete holiday packages. Customers pay online (or reserve now and pay later, your choice), get instant confirmations, and manage their journeys in My Trips. You run everything from the Travel Desk in your dashboard.

What your website can sell

🚌

Bus seats

Draw your bus once in the seat-layout painter — sleeper or seater, ladies seats, seat-wise pricing. Customers pick their exact seat and pay; you get a boarding list per departure.

🛏

Rooms & villas

Each room type gets a rate calendar — set special prices for weekends and seasons, close dates when you're full. Bookings confirm instantly.

🚕

Taxis & transfers

Airport pickups and popular routes at fixed prices, hourly rental packages, and a per-km estimator for custom trips — those come to you as requests you confirm.

🗺

Holiday packages

Day-wise itineraries, what's included and what's not, fixed departures or any-date, per-person pricing with child rates.

✈️

Flights & trains

An enquiry desk: customers send their route, you quote the best fare and send a payment link. The request lands in your Form Inbox with everything you need.

🎫

My Trips

Customers sign in with a mobile OTP to see every trip on their number in one place — or find one booking with its code + mobile. They see driver details you assign, pay a balance, or cancel with your refund rules applied automatically.

Choose what you sell

Open Travel Desk → Settings. Every service is a switch — Bus booking, Rooms & villas, Packages & tours, Taxi & transfers, Activities, and the two enquiry desks, Flights and Trains. A bus operator turns on only Bus booking; a homestay turns on only Rooms & villas. Pages, menus and the home-page search change automatically to match what's on.

Each service you switch on opens a Payment & rules panel of its own: how customers may pay, whether reserve-now bookings confirm instantly or wait for your OK, how many hours before the trip bookings close, and your cancellation slabs.

What you sell lives in the other tabs: Routes, rooms & packages (with chips for Bus routes, Rooms & villas, Packages and Taxi), Seat layouts, Prices & calendar, and Bookings for the day's work.

How customers pay

Per service, you choose any mix of:

  • Pay in full online — through your own payment gateways, money straight to your account.
  • Pay an advance — a percent or fixed amount now, the rest at the trip. The balance can be collected later from the same payment page.
  • Reserve now, pay later — no online payment; you can also switch on "I approve each one" so reserve-requests wait for your OK.

Per-km taxi estimates are never auto-charged — they always come to you as a request, and you confirm the final fare with the customer.

Coupons & GST invoices

Coupons from your Coupons page work on trip bookings too — customers type the code at booking and the discount shows before they pay (percent or fixed-amount discounts; store-cashback coupons stay store-only). Every confirmed booking also gets a GST invoice automatically, built from your business's GST settings with the right travel tax rate and SAC code — find it on the booking in Travel Desk and in your Invoices page. Cancelling a booking voids its invoice. Bookings you enter yourself skip coupons. A per-km taxi estimate is the one exception to the automatic invoice: because the estimate was never the charge, you tap Generate GST invoice on the booking once money is collected and the invoice is raised on that amount.

Cancellations & refunds

Each service has refund rules you control — for example "free cancellation until 48 hours before, 50% until 24 hours, nothing after that." The rules a customer booked under are locked to their booking (changing your policy later never changes old bookings). When a customer cancels in My Trips, the refund is calculated automatically and credited to their wallet on your site; when you cancel, the full paid amount is refunded unless you set a different figure.

Running the day

  • Bookings tab — everything that needs you: reserve-requests to approve, balances to collect, driver/vehicle/room assignments (customers see these in My Trips). The New booking button records walk-in and phone bookings against the same live seats and rooms.
  • Boarding list — pick a date, get every traveller for each trip with seats, phones and amounts still due. Print it for the driver.
  • Prices & calendar — tap dates to close them, set festival prices, or change how many rooms/seats are open.
  • Customers get automatic confirmations and journey reminders (24 hours and 3 hours before) on WhatsApp and app notifications — nothing for you to remember.

What it costs

Travel websites are on the same plan ladder as e-commerce stores. On the Free plan the platform takes 2.5% of each confirmed online booking from your Lentlo Credits, 1.2% on Starter and 0% on Pro and above — counted on the fare excluding GST. A cancelled booking refunds the fee automatically. Bookings you enter yourself are never charged, and an agency’s client never pays it. Current rates are on the Billing page.
