A one-time ₹500 recharge takes your website live. It becomes your Lentlo Credits balance — it never expires, and it is not refundable.

Pay only when you earn

On the Free plan there is no monthly rent. A small fee comes out of your credits after a sale — 2.5% of an online order, or ₹5 per enquiry for service websites. Want 0%? Choose a monthly plan.

The fee on a ₹1,000 online sale

For an online store. Free suits sales up to about ₹23,000 a month, Starter from there to about ₹58,333, Pro above that. Orders you enter yourself are never charged, and the fee on a cancelled or returned order comes back to your credits.

What is the ₹500 recharge?

It is your first purchase of Lentlo Credits, and it takes your website live. It stays as your balance — small fees and any plan you choose later come out of it. Credits never expire. Recharges are not refundable.

What happens when my credits run low?

Your website and your orders never stop. On the Free plan your balance can go up to ₹200 below zero; past that, editing and publishing pause until you recharge. Paid plans get more room (Starter ₹500, Pro ₹2,000).

Are prices with GST?

Yes. Plan prices and fees include GST, and every recharge of Lentlo Credits comes with a GST invoice.

What is the fee charged on?

For an online store: the product amount after discounts — delivery and COD charges are not counted. On a ₹1,000 sale the Free plan fee is ₹25. Orders you enter yourself are never charged, and the fee on a cancelled or returned order comes back to your credits.

How do monthly plans renew?

A paid plan renews automatically from your Lentlo Credits for the same term. Plans only move up: to run on a smaller plan or the Free plan, you create a new website on the Free plan.

Is there a discount for paying ahead?

Yes, on monthly plans: 5% for 3 months, 10% for 6 months, 15% for 1 year, 20% for 2 years, 30% for 3 years, 40% for 4 years.
