Main Dashboard — your account, your websites, your menu
The map of your dashboard: the three levels, switching websites, finding the menu on a phone, what every account item is for, and your own account page.

Three levels — and one name for the top one
Everything in your dashboard sits on one of three levels. Knowing which level you are on answers most “where is that page?” questions.
- 1Main DashboardYour account — all your websites, your balance, your menu
- 2One websiteOpen a website card and everything is that website's: orders, products, settings
- 3Its toolsOrders, Products, Invoices, Settings — the pages inside that website
The account level has one name everywhere: Main Dashboard. You will see it as the first item in the menu, as ‘ Main Dashboard at the top of every website’s menu, as the first cell of the phone bottom bar, and as Back to Main Dashboardinside the CRM. They all go to the same place — /dashboard. There is nothing to guess: if you are lost, tap Main Dashboard.
The third level — the pages inside one website — has its own two tours: Tour of your dashboard & Manage page for the daily work, and Site Settings for your business details, colours and payment methods. This guide stays on the level above them.
Two side rooms sit beside the three levels. The CRM (customers, credit book, invoices, billing counter) works with or without a website — see Start with the CRM. And if you resell websites to clients, the Reseller hub holds your clients, their sites, your prices and wholesale billing — see Reseller dashboard.
The colour tells you where you are
The menu changes colour with the room you are standing in, so a glance is enough:
- Main Dashboard — the dashboard’s own indigo, with Your account written at the top of the menu (the live demo writes Live demo · sample account there instead — that dashboard is never yours).
- Inside a website — that website’s own brand colour, with Website and the site name at the top. Two shops never look alike.
- CRM — teal.
- Reseller hub — amber, labelled Reseller hub.
A very pale brand colour is darkened a little so the text on it stays readable — your website itself is not touched, only the menu tint.
What is on Main Dashboard
Top to bottom, the home screen is:
- The greeting — “Good morning, Ravi” with the small MAIN DASHBOARDlabel above it and your phone number and number of websites under it. Tapping it opens your account details (what is there).
- Your credits balance — a small pill on the right showing your Lentlo Credits in ₹. It turns red when the balance is under ₹100. Tap it to open the credits page. On a computer a Pricingpill sits beside it. (Reseller-managed accounts see neither — their provider handles billing.)
- Total / Live / Drafts — three counters. Tap one to filter the list below it; a fourth,Unused, appears only when a website has not been changed for more than 30 days and has no orders and no blog posts (a note offers Review so you can delete the ones you no longer need).
- Your Websites — one card per website with a search box beside the heading. Live sites first, then Drafts, then Suspended if any, and last a dashedCreate New Website card that opens the design gallery.
- Your Businesses — your CRM books with Open CRM → (All businesses → once you keep more than one); before you have used the CRM it shows Your free CRM is ready instead.
- Websites You Manage — websites that belong to someone else who gave you access, each card marked MANAGER or STAFF. They are free for you and open like your own, showing only what the owner allowed. If a shop added you as a delivery person, its card saysDELIVERIES and opens My deliveries.
- Refer & earn credits — your referral link (how it works), and below it Recently Deleted, where a deleted website waits 30 days with a Restore button.
- A slim Optional strip — “Want our team to build it for you? Building it yourself is always free.” — with How it works (the paid Done For You service; the ✕ hides it), and Sign Out at the very bottom.
Notices appear above the list only when they apply: a plan about to end, a request from a reseller wanting to manage a site for you, or a reminder that some websites have not been updated in a month. Each one has an action; nothing is left as a vague warning.
A red box, “A website of yours cannot take orders right now”, appears when the saved settings of a live website make checkout refuse every order (or every delivery order) — for example “only PIN codes in this list can order” with nothing in the list, or Pickup-only store on while pick-up itself is off. Each website gets one line with the button that opens the setting to fix (how shipping decides who can order). The same warning shows on that website’s Overview and as a red mark on the menu item that fixes it.
An amber box, “Customers are not asked to pay when they book”, appears when a live website has online payment for bookings switched on but asks nobody to pay — no services added, none with a price, an amount under ₹1, no way to receive the money, or no page with the booking form for customers to book on. Each website gets one line saying which, with the button that opens the place to fix it (how booking payments work). The same notice shows on that website’s Overview and as a mark on Bookings in its menu.
Before you have a website of your own: when a supplier has approved you to sell their products, the home shows … approved you with Open my store (while you wait, a quiet line says so) — see opening a store with a supplier.
“Your website address” on every card
Each website card carries the address customers will type, with Visit website and a Copy button right under it. The small line beneath says which kind it is:
- Free address — the address we gave you, ending in .lentlosites.com. It is a real website address; nothing is missing. Beside it, Use your own domain.
- Your own domain — your own name, once connected. The free address quietly forwards to it, so old links keep working. Beside it, Manage domains.
- not live yet — a draft. Publish it once and the address starts working.
The same address, with the same two buttons, sits on the My Websitescards, at the bottom of that website’s menu, and under Your website address on the Manage page (where you also get Share on WhatsApp and a QR code). Long addresses wrap onto two lines instead of being cut short — what you copy is always the whole thing.
Copy the address once and keep it in your WhatsApp “Message yourself” chat. It is the single link you will send customers for years.
Switching between your websites
There are two ways, and both take one tap:
- The site card at the top of the menu. Once you are inside a website, its name sits in a white card at the top of the menu with a small ▾. Tap it and every website you can manage drops down — recently opened ones first, and a search box once you have more than five. You land on the same pageof the other website: on Orders, you arrive at that shop’s Orders.
- Go up and come back down. Tap ‘ Main Dashboard above that card, then tap the other website’s card.
Nothing is shared between websites — separate products, orders, settings and payment details. Your account, your credits and your CRM are shared across all of them.
On a phone: where the menu is
Two doors, both opening the same menu, so one is always near your thumb:
- Top-left, the button that says Menu — on every page, next to the name of the website, account or business you are in. It scrolls away with the page, so if it is not on screen, scroll up. Inside a CRM on the new menus (rolling out book by book), the top of the screen shows the business name — tap it to switch businesses — and Search; there the Menu cell at the bottom right is the menu.
- Bottom-right, the Menu cell — in the bar fixed at the bottom of the screen.
The bottom bar itself is Main Dashboard · Create · Asha · Menu while you are on the account level. Create opens the design gallery to start a new website; Asha opens her chat (press and hold it to speak instead of typing; where Asha is not switched on the cell reads Help). Help & Support itself is in the menu. Inside a website the cells become that website’s daily work instead — Overview, Orders, Products on a shop; Overview, Bookings, Inbox on a service site — with the Asha cell in the middle and Menu in its corner. The full tour of a website’s own menu is in Tour of your dashboard & Manage page.
Inside a website, the top bar also has a small search icon — it opens the menu with the search box ready, which is the fastest way to reach a page whose name you remember but whose group you do not.
The account menu, item by item
Open the menu on Main Dashboard and you see your name card, a Create Website button, then two groups. Main is where you go:
- Main Dashboard — this home screen.
- My Websites — the same websites as a plain list, grouped Live and Drafts, with a New button (a website you took offline sits under Drafts with an OFFLINE chip). A live website whose settings refuse orders carries a red mark such as Orders refused or Delivery refused, and the red box above the list has its fix button.
- Add Domain — pick a website and connect your own name to it. One website only? It opens that website’s domain page straight away. See Connect your own domain.
- Apps — the door to phone apps: three plain steps, then a website to pick. Again, with one website it opens that website’s app page directly. See Your website as an app.
- CRM and WhatsApp — shown once those are switched on; they belong to your account, not to one website.
Own exactly one website? A small Manage group follows with that website’s My Blog, Orders and Invoices, so the daily pages are one tap away.
Account is what you own and owe:
- Assistant — Asha’s chat as a full page (full screen on a phone); see Ask Asha.
- Media Library — every photo you have ever uploaded, re-usable and recoverable (guide).
- Get the app — install this dashboard on your phone or computer, with alerts for new orders; not your website's customer app, which lives under Apps (guide).
- Billing — the plan of each website, and payment history (Billing & plans).
- Lentlo Credits — your one balance, with the amount shown right on the row.
- Make Payment — pay a payment link we sent you.
- Pricing — the public plan prices.
- Referrals — your invite link and what it has earned.
- Help & Support — search the guides, ask Asha, or report a technical problem to our team.
Below that sit Become a Reseller (if you might sell websites to others), your name with My Account under it (it opens your account details), and Sign Out. Resellers see their own Reseller group as well, and for them Billing is renamed My Site Billing so it is never confused with wholesale billing.
If your website is managed by an agency, some of these rows are absent on purpose — billing, credits and support are your provider’s job, and their contact replaces ours. For you, Billing reads Plan & billing and shows your provider’s plans.
Confirm your email. Until your email address is confirmed, a slim strip at the top of the dashboard asks you to — tap Send me the link and open the email within 30 minutes. If you have no email on your account it says Add email, and if the address looks mistyped it asks “did you mean …?” with Fix my email. Not now hides it on this phone or computer for 7 days.
Your account details (My Account)
Tap the greeting on Main Dashboard, or your name near the bottom of the menu, to open your account page. Everything on it is about you, not about one website:
- Edit Profile — your full name and email (receipts and account emails go there). Under the email it says whether the address is confirmed; until it is, tap Send me the confirmation link — emails go only to a confirmed address. An address that looks mistyped (gmial.com) shows “did you mean gmail.com?” with a one-tap fix, and a made-up one (test.com) gets no link — the page asks for the address you really use. The phone number is shown but cannot be changed here, because it is your login — see Changed your phone number?. Press Save Changes.
- Start page — where a plain sign-in takes you: Smart (recommended), Dashboard home, A website (its overview, orders or deliveries — handy when one shop is your daily work) or Your CRM. A link someone sent you always opens that link instead. Press Save start page.
- Updates by SMS — a short SMS when your website goes live, when your own domain is connected, and a reminder if a new website is still unpublished. Switch it off if you do not want them; your login OTP always comes, whatever you choose.
- Signed-in devices — every phone and computer signed in to your account: what it is (for example Chrome on Android), when it signed in and when it was last active; yours says This device. Tap Sign out beside one that is not yours, or Sign out of all other devices — that also signs out any phone or computer that signed in before this list began (27 October 2026), which is not shown in it. When a phone or computer that never used your account signs in while another one is signed in, your devices get a New sign-in notification (if you allowed notifications).
- Passkeys — shown on www.lentlosites.com once passkeys are open to your account (they are being opened step by step, so the card may not be there yet). A passkey lets this phone's or computer's fingerprint, face or screen lock sign you in instead of an OTP; nobody can read it out over a call or type it into a look-alike website. Press Add a passkey: we first send an OTP to your own number to confirm it is you, then your phone asks for your fingerprint, face or screen lock. Next time, tap Sign in with a passkey on the sign-in page. Each OTP adds one passkey, on the device where you typed it. Remove beside a passkey stops it signing you in; when one is added, your devices that allowed notifications are told. Sign out of all other devices does not remove passkeys — remove any that are not yours here. Your phone number and OTP keep working, always.
- Billing Address & GST — the address printed on our invoices to you and filled in on payment pages (type the pincode and the city and state fill in), plus an optional GSTIN so your tax invoice carries it. Press Save Billing.
Where Lentlo Credits live, and what the badge means
Lentlo Credits is one prepaid balance for your whole account — not per website. It pays the small fee when a sale or an enquiry comes in (on the Free and Starter plans), plan purchases, Asha answer packs and paid services. Money your customers pay you never passes through it.
You see the same number in three places, and they always agree:
- the pill at the top of Main Dashboard — red when the balance is under ₹100;
- the small amount on the Lentlo Credits row in the account menu;
- the big balance on Lentlo Credits itself, with Recharge credits, the period picker, “Where your credits went”, fees per website, and every entry in Activity — searchable by order number, with Report an issue on a charge that looks wrong.
A low or empty balance never takes your website down and never stops a customer paying you. Past the grace allowance it pauses only your own editing and publishing until you recharge. The full story: Lentlo Credits.
Example · Anita, who runs two shops from one account
Anita sells sarees on one website and spices on another. Both draw from the same credits balance. In the morning the pill reads ₹420; after a busy weekend it reads ₹180 and turns red under ₹100, so she opens Lentlo Credits, sees which website the fees came from, and recharges ₹1,000. Nothing on either website ever stopped.

Where help lives
Help & Support is the last row of the account menu. It puts the guides search, Asha and our team on one page — our team is there for genuine technical problems: describe it once and it becomes a support ticket; the reply comes back right there with a notification, on every plan (a paid plan can also ask for setup help or a call). A red number beside Help & Support in the menu means our team has replied — a notice at the top of every dashboard page says so too (tap it to read the reply), and on a phone a red dot sits on the Menu button. The chat helper is closer still: on a computer Ask Asha sits at the foot of the left-hand menu on most pages (the CRM has its own menu, and the Assistant page is the chat itself); on a phone the Asha cell sits in the middle of the bottom bar — tap it to chat, press and hold it to speak. A small ? next to a page heading opens tips for that exact page. When something looks broken, start with Troubleshooting.
Common questions
I opened a website and now I can't find my other websites.
You went down a level. Tap ‘ Main Dashboard at the top of the menu — or tap the site name card and pick the other website straight from the list.
Where is the menu on my phone? I only see the page.
Two places: the Menu button at the top-left (scroll up if the page has moved), and the Menu cell at the bottom-right of the bar fixed to the bottom of the screen. Both open the same menu. Inside a CRM on the new menus, the top of the screen shows your business name and Search instead — use the Menu cell at the bottom right there.
Main Dashboard, My Websites, Manage — what is the difference?
Main Dashboard is your account home: websites plus balance, referrals and notices. My Websites is the same websites as a plain list. Manage is one website’s control room — you get there by tapping its card.
Is my balance per website or for everything?
One balance for the whole account, whatever number of websites you run. The Lentlo Credits page can still show you what each website used, using the website picker.
Why has one of my websites gone grey and says SUSPENDED?
Our team has paused it. Publishing it again, or renewing a plan, will not restore it — the Suspended heading carries a Contact Support button, so message us and we will tell you what to fix. Your orders, customers and business data stay safe and readable meanwhile.
I deleted a website by mistake.
Scroll to Recently Deleted at the bottom of Main Dashboard and press Restorewithin 30 days. It comes back as a draft — open it and publish once to put it live again. After 30 days, contact us.
Why do the Drafts and Live numbers not match the cards I see?
You probably have a filter on — the counters double as filter buttons, and the search box beside “Your Websites” also narrows the list. Tap Total and clear the search to see everything.
