Ask Asha — the helper inside your dashboard

Ask in plain words and Asha checks your own orders, products, delivery, domain and credits before answering. She can make small changes too — each one waits for your Confirm, and a person can join the chat when you need one.

In this guide

Asha is the helper inside your dashboard and your website editor. Ask her anything in plain words — English or Hinglish — and she looks at your own orders, products, delivery settings, domain and credits before she answers. She can also make small changes for you, and every change waits for your tap on Confirm.

Open the chat

1

Tap Ask

On a phone, tap Ask in the bottom bar (press and hold it to speak instead of typing). On a computer, press the Ask Asha button at the bottom-right of any dashboard page. The same button is inside the website editor.

2

Ask the way you would ask a person

“How many orders today?”, “is hafte kitna business hua?”, “why is my domain not working?”, “change the price of the face wash to 599”, “where do I set delivery charges?”. If you have more than one website, say its name and she answers for that one.

3

Show her your screen or a photo

Tap the paper-clip to attach a screenshot (“Read this screen” — she tells you where to go next) or a photo for your website (“Use as a photo” — it is saved to your Media library and she can place it on a product or a page).

Changes always wait for your Confirm

When you ask for a change — a price, stock, a coupon, pausing orders, a heading or a photo in the editor, a new page — Asha puts up a card that shows the before and the after. Nothing has changed until you tap Confirm on that card. A card you ignore simply expires after 10 minutes.

Changed your mind? Tap Undo on the receipt within 10 minutes, or just say “put it back”. In the editor, a confirmed change shows on the canvas at once and goes live only when you press Update Website, like any other edit.

In the editor she knows what you are looking at.Open the page and tap the block you mean, then say “make this heading shorter” or “change this photo” — “this” means the block you selected.

What she will and will not say

Every figure she quotes about your account comes from a fresh look at your data — if she cannot check something, she says so and points you to the screen that has the live number. She never claims a change is done unless you confirmed it. Refunds, deleting things, payment-gateway keys, ownership and legal questions are handed to a person.

Talk to a person

If Asha could not answer, a Chat with a person here button appears above the message box. Tap it and someone from the team joins the same chat — you will see “… joined the chat”, and Asha keeps helping until they do. The WhatsApp button is always there too. When the person is finished they hand the chat back to Asha.

Daily answers

Asha is free. Each account gets a generous number of answers a day; the menu (⋯) shows how many are left, a small note appears when five or fewer remain, and the count goes back to full at midnight. Quick answers — a greeting, “is my site live?”, “where is the coupons page?” — do not use up any.

What she remembers

Tell her “remember that we are closed on Sundays” and she keeps it for next time. ⋯ → What I remember lists every note and lets you delete any of them. ⋯ → Past chats reopens an old conversation; Copy chat copies it for a colleague.

Your customers' phone numbers, e-mails and addresses are kept private.Asha's AI service sees a placeholder instead of the real value; the real number is filled back in on our side just before the answer reaches your screen.

Want an AI that answers your customers on your website or WhatsApp? That is a separate tool — see AI assistant for your website.
