A finance website (the FinServ design) runs a loan DSA the way the big aggregators do: product pages with live EMI and eligibility tools, an OTP-first application form that saves as the customer types, a Loan Desk where every file moves from New to Disbursed, a DSA Partner programme with its own login and payout statements, and a borrower portal where customers track their own application.

What your website does

🧾

Loan products with real numbers

One page per product with rate, tenure, amount, documents needed, eligibility rules and FAQs — plus eight calculators (EMI, eligibility, balance transfer, prepayment, FOIR, tax benefit, card EMI, credit score) under /tools.

📱

OTP-first application

The customer verifies their mobile number, then answers a short set of questions step by step. Every step is saved — if they stop halfway you still get their name, number and what they wanted.

🗂️

Loan Desk

Files, not messages: stage chips (New → Contacted → Documents → Sent to lender → Sanctioned → Disbursed), document requests with reminders, lender logins, sanction and disbursement records, follow-ups and time limits.

🤝

DSA Partner programme

Connectors, referral partners and sub-DSAs sign in with an OTP at /partner, add customers, share their link, upload their KYC and see their earnings. You approve them and set the payout rule.

💰

Payouts you can defend

A percentage or flat amount per disbursal, with monthly volume slabs, team overrides, TDS and GST modes, a clawback window and monthly statements. Held until PAN and bank details are verified.

👤

Borrower portal

Customers sign in with their number at /account to see the stage, the lender (if you allow), upload requested documents, confirm a partner-submitted application, and apply for another product.

Setting up

1

Adopt your products

Open Loan Desk → Products (the sidebar calls it Loan Products). Your site starts with the design's sample products, mirrored from the website's product cards; tap Manage products here once and they become yours to edit — rates, tenure, documents, eligibility rules and the partner payout per product. A product marked Sample rates never shows those numbers as a claim on your website until you type real ones. The order of the cards on this page is the order customers see them on your website and on your products page — use the ↑ ↓ buttons on a card to move it, and your site republishes itself.

Each product has a Kind: Loan, Credit card, Insurance or Service. The kind decides the words on the file — a card file reads Applied with the bank → Approved → Card issued, an insurance file Proposal submitted → Policy approved → Policy issued — so one desk runs your whole DSA business, not only loans.

2

Add your lenders

Under Lenders, add every bank and NBFC you are empanelled with (your DSA code stays private). Files are logged into a lender, and your sanction rate per lender shows on Today.

3

Choose how the application form works

In Settings → Application form: OTP first (on by default), step-by-step or one page, save unfinished applications, and an optional one-time WhatsApp reminder to people who stop midway (customer WhatsApp messages are not switched on yet, so it does not go out today). The questions themselves come from your loan forms.

4

Switch on the DSA Partner programme (optional)

Same Settings page: turn the programme on, decide whether anyone can sign up or only people you add, set the default payout rule, partner types, customer confirmation (OTP in the partner's app, a WhatsApp link, or either — the WhatsApp link is not sent today, so keep OTP available), KYC documents you require, and what you call your partners.

Working a file

The Desk opens on Today and has nine tabs: Today, Files, DSA Partners, Payouts, Lenders, Products, Customers, Reports and Settings.

  1. NewFrom the website, a partner or typed by you
  2. ContactedFollow-up date and notes
  3. Documents pending / receivedRequest, remind, accept
  4. Sent to lenderLogin reference per lender
  5. SanctionedAmount, rate, tenure
  6. DisbursedTranches with UTR — payouts mint here

A file can also sit On hold, or close as Rejected or Withdrawn. Each stage chip asks for what it needs: you cannot mark a file Sent to lender without a lender row, or Sanctioned without the sanction amount. Files past their time limit and follow-ups due today appear on Today.

Open a file to see every document the customer or a partner uploaded — what it is, its file name, size and who sent it — with a View and a Download button on each. Request documents lists what you need on the file and the borrower's portal — WhatsApp messages to customers are not switched on yet, so tell the customer yourself; each upload then shows on the file for you to Accept or Ask again.

Unfinished applications appear on Today too: people who verified their number but stopped midway, with the product, the amount they typed and how far they got. WhatsApp or call them, or tap Continue for them to turn what they typed into a file.

DSA Partners, step by step

A partner opens yoursite.com/partnerMobile number → OTP → name and email → waits for your approval (or is approved instantly if you chose that)
They add a customerThe customer confirms it is really them — by OTP in the partner's app — before the file is yours
You record the disbursalThe payout is computed from the rule in force when the file was attributed, and held until their PAN and bank details are verified
On your statement dayA monthly statement per partner, floored to whole rupees; you pay it from your own account and mark it paid

A worked payout

Disbursed
₹4,50,000 (HDFC personal loan)
Product rule
2% of disbursed → ₹9,000
TDS (if you switch it on)
2% under 194H → ₹180
Payable on the statement
₹8,820
A loan cancelled inside the clawback window reverses the payout on the next statement. Reseller clients: check with your provider for who pays what.

Example · A DSA in Nashik

She added 14 connectors in a week from the CSV import, set the default rule to 1.5% and a 2% rule on home loans. Every connector got a WhatsApp with their DSA code; three files were disbursed in the first month, and the September statement was ready on the 1st with the TDS already split out.

When the payout is earned is yours to set in Settings → Payouts: the moment the disbursal is recorded on the file, or only when you mark the lender's own payout as received. The same page holds the default rule, TDS mode (off unless you switch it on), the clawback window and a minimum payout that carries forward.

The customer can follow it. With the borrower portal switched on, a file reaching Documents pending, Sent to lender, Sanctioned, Disbursed or Rejected shows there in plain words. On WhatsApp it goes only from your own WhatsApp API number, when its Loan file moved message is switched on — the platform's own WhatsApp messages to customers and partners are not switched on yet.

Name and control everything

Settings → What you call your partners lets you rename the whole programme — DSA Partner, Channel Partner, Agent, Advisor — and every page, message and portal screen follows. You also choose the sign-up fields, which KYC documents are required, whether partners see customer phone numbers, lender names and their payout rate, a portal announcement, a support WhatsApp number for partners, and the FAQs on your join page.

Home page sections and the look of your site

The home page is built from sections you switch on, reorder and edit in the website editor (Edit Website → the section list on the left). Every section has an eye toggle, a ⚙ style button (background, text colour, spacing, hide on phone or computer) and its own text fields. Besides the hero, loan cards, steps, EMI calculator, partner banks and testimonials, a finance website ships these:

🧭

Find the right loan

Tabs for common situations — wedding, medical emergency, buying a home, growing a business — each pointing at the loan that fits, with a short why and a good-to-know line. Edit the tabs under Home → Find the Right Loan.

🎯

Quick eligibility

Income, existing EMIs, tenure and rate → an indicative limit the visitor can act on. You set the share of income lenders allow (usually 40–60%), the assumed rate and the example income.

📄

Documents checklist

Salaried, self-employed and business-owner tabs with the papers each profile needs. One line per document; add or remove profiles freely.

🤝

How we work

Four plain promises (consent first, regulated lenders only, charges upfront, documents private) plus a regulatory panel that prints your DSA registration line, establishment year, office and grievance officer from Site Settings.

🎧

Talk to an expert

Call, WhatsApp and callback buttons with your working hours and languages. Appears only when a phone or WhatsApp number is set.

🎁

Current offer

Off by default. Turn it on for a real limited-period offer — badge, text, validity line and button. Never leave a sample offer running.

🎬

Video

Paste a YouTube link. Nothing loads until the visitor taps play, so the page stays fast.

📍

Areas we serve

Off by default. Switch it on and list the cities or districts you actually cover.

📰

Loan guides

Your latest published blog posts, automatically. Hidden until the blog has posts.

Colours and design live in Site Settings: primary, accent and paper colours, the dark surface colour, heading and body fonts, and under Design & Layout the hero background (deep, light or brand), header bar (white or dark), card look (outlined, floating or tinted), corners, button shape, space between sections, section backgrounds, and the hand-drawn underline and hero pattern toggles. Every choice is CSS only — nothing slows the page down.

Sections that depend on data hide themselves when there is nothing truthful to show: the stats band while it still holds the sample numbers, the advisor block without a phone number, the guides strip without posts. Fill in the real thing and the section appears on the next Update Website.

Privacy and money

Do this

  • Verify a partner's PAN and bank before releasing payouts — the desk does not let you approve a held row
  • Ask customers only for the documents a product genuinely needs
  • Keep the customer confirmation on for partner files — it is your proof the customer wanted the loan
  • Say plainly on your site that you are an intermediary, not a lender

Not this

  • Promising a fixed income to partners on the join page
  • Editing a payout by hand instead of adding an adjustment (paid rows never change)
  • Sharing your lender DSA codes with partners

Partner PAN and account numbers are stored encrypted and shown to you only through an audited Reveal. Unconfirmed partner files expire after the confirmation window and their personal details are masked after the retention period you set.

Common questions

Does LentloSites charge on loans?

Nothing on the loan itself — no cut of a disbursal, no cut of a partner payout. What a finance website pays is the ordinary per-enquiry lead fee, and only twice over: when a customer sends an application from your website, and when a customer confirms a file a partner submitted for them. It is ₹25 an enquiry on the Free plan, ₹5 on Starter and ₹0 on Pro and above, charged once per phone number per day. Files you type in yourself are never charged, and an agency’s client never pays it.

Where do partners sign in?

At yoursite.com/partner — on your own domain too. There is no app to install; it works in any phone browser and can be added to the home screen.

Can a partner see other partners' customers?

Never. A partner sees only the files they brought. A customer who already has an open file with the business or with another partner cannot be added again.

What if the customer never confirms?

The file waits under Awaiting customer confirmation, the partner can resend the link, and it withdraws itself after the confirmation window. Nothing is charged.

Can I import my existing applications and partners?

Yes — CSV import for both, and the desk backfills applications from your older loan-form enquiries automatically.
