Put items together for less — a biryani with a drink, a dish with two naans. When the cart holds a combo, the saving comes off at checkout by itself, with no code to type.

What customers see
- On the product page of every item in a combo — a card with the items and their photos, the saving, the price together, and an Add the combo button that puts the missing items in the cart in one tap. If an item needs a choice first (a size such as Half or Full, or a personalised item), the button asks the customer to choose it and add it, then a second tap adds the rest. When the combo is already in the cart, the button says In your cart ✓.
- In the cart — a green line: “Biryani + Lassi — ₹40 off at checkout”. When the cart is one or two items away from a combo, the line says what to add (“Add Butter Naan to make it Paneer meal — save ₹38.70”) with an Add button.
- At checkout — a “Combo deal” line above the total. The total, the pay button, the UPI amount and the advance for part-payment orders all include the saving.
The website and your order system use the very same calculation, so the saving a customer sees is exactly the saving on the order and the bill. If you change a combo while someone is on the checkout page, they are told “Combo offers just changed — please check your total” and the page shows the new amount before they pay.
Create a combo
Open Combo Deals
Go to Dashboard → your site → Combo Deals (under Marketing in the sidebar).
Pick the items
Tap + New combo, give it a name customers will read (for example “Biryani + Coke combo”), then search and add 2 to 6 items. Use the − / + buttons for quantities (two naans, for example). For an item with sizes, choose Any size to count every size, or pick one size to count only that one.
Choose the saving
Choose ₹ off (a fixed amount for each combo) or % off (a percentage of the combo's own items). The screen shows “Customers pay ₹X instead of ₹Y” at today's prices.
Save
Press Save changes. Your website updates by itself in a few seconds.
How the saving is worked out
- The saving is given once for every full set in the cart — two biryanis and two drinks get the combo twice.
- When two combos want the same item, the customer gets the bigger saving.
- A saving is never more than the items it covers cost.
- Coupons can be used too is on by default — a customer with a coupon gets both savings. Switch it off for a combo, and a customer who uses a coupon gets the coupon instead of that combo.
- Minimum order value and free-delivery limits look at the cart before any discount, exactly as they do for coupons.
- Each combo can be switched off and kept for later, and can have a first and last day.
Orders and bills
In an order's details the saving shows as Combo deal · name. It is part of the order's discount, so the bill, GST, returns and your reports all include it. If you edit an order, the combo is worked out again with the combo exactly as it was when the customer ordered — your later changes never touch old orders.
Orders you create yourself (manual orders, the billing counter) do not get combo savings automatically — add a discount there yourself if you want to.
When it is not available
- Car websites and catalogue websites have no cart, so combos do not apply.
- A members-only shop keeps them off — combos are shown on every page.
- Pharmacy websites keep them off — a pharmacy does not run offers on medicines.
- If selling is switched off for your website, switch it on in Settings first.
