In this guide

When your supplier sells in your store, you earn your margin on every delivered order. This guide is the Earnings & bank view: what each line means, where you are paid, how to take an order for a customer who called you, and who sells in your store.

Your earnings

Open Store console → Money → Earnings & bank.

  • Expected — orders placed; yours once they are delivered and the return window closes.
  • Waiting — delivered; your supplier's waiting days are running (for cash on delivery, until the courier's money reaches your supplier).
  • Ready to be paid — your supplier pays it in their next payout.
  • Paid — sent to your bank.

A return before you are paid lowers what you earn; after a payout it is taken from your next one. On any line or payout, Ask my supplier about this sends your question to your supplier with that order and amount.

One delivered order, margin 20 %

Shopper paid (incl. tax)
₹1,050
Your supplier's price for the item (incl. tax)
₹875
Your margin — Expected on the day of the order
₹175
Delivered on the 4th, the return window closes on the 11th → Waiting, then Ready to be paid
The figures are an example; your supplier's price list and your margin decide the real numbers.

Where you are paid

Change bank details — the store's owner only, with a one-time code sent to your own mobile. Type the account number twice, the IFSC and the account holder's name; a UPI ID and your PAN are optional (without the PAN your supplier's terms may deduct more tax). Only the last four characters are ever shown. New details can be used 24 hours later, once your supplier has checked them (usually with a ₹1 transfer).

An order for a customer who called you

Store console → Orders → New order for a customer (when your supplier allows it).

1

Type the customer and the items

The customer's name, mobile and address (an e-mail only if they have one), then products and quantities. If you want, your own price for each — it must stay within what your supplier allows.
2

Choose how they pay

  • Cash on delivery — press Send the code; the customer reads out the code sent to their mobile; Place order. Your supplier confirms it with the customer before sending.
  • Send a payment link — the link is shown once: copy it or send it on WhatsApp. The screen shows until when the items are kept for your customer (your supplier's terms decide how long).

Who sells in your store

Store console → Settings → Who sells in your store (the owner, when your supplier allows both ways): your supplier sells and invoices while you earn your margin, or you sell and invoice and buy from your supplier. Orders already placed keep the way they were sold. It cannot change while a shopper is checking out.

Example · Meena, Coimbatore — sells her supplier's cotton sarees in her own store

Her neighbour phones for two sarees. Meena opens New order for a customer, types the address, picks Cash on delivery and reads the code back from her neighbour's phone. The supplier confirms the order the same evening and sends it. A week after delivery the ₹340 margin moves from Waiting to Ready to be paid, and lands in her bank with the supplier's next payout.
Nothing here moves money on its own: your supplier pays you from their own bank, and you see every payout line under Paid with its bank reference.
