It's not a charge — it's your money. Every signup starts with the same simple step: a ₹500 recharge into your own Lentlo Credits balance, spent only on LentloSites services. Small per-sale fees deduct from it on Free & Starter, and when you pick a paid plan for a website, the plan is paid from these credits too — one balance for everything.

It depends on your plan. On Free it's a flat 2.5% of each order's net value (excluding GST and shipping) — a constant rate with no expiry. On Starter it's 1.2%. Pro and Growth are 0% commission — no per-sale fee at all; you just pay the flat monthly plan and keep 100% of every sale. Every debit comes with a receipt and a GST invoice.

Growth is our concierge tier for high-volume stores — 0% commission plus hands-on service: a dedicated account manager, priority support, load-balanced priority infrastructure, backups every 15 minutes (twice the standard 30-minute schedule), Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads management and Google Ads management, and a done-for-you iPhone App Store app (worth ₹9,999) FREE when you prepay 24 months (save 20%).

No surprise increases, ever. Free's 2.5% per sale, Starter's 1.2%, and Pro & Growth's 0% commission are our standard, published rates — flat percentages with no hidden extras, and every debit carries a receipt and GST invoice.

Yes — the full e-commerce store works on Free: cart, checkout, 6 payment gateways, COD, UPI QR, shipping, GST invoices, unlimited products and orders. You only pay the small per-sale fee, and only when you actually sell.

No — only orders customers place through your website carry the per-order fee. Bills you make at the counter and orders you enter yourself (phone orders, WhatsApp lists) are recorded as normal sales but are never charged a platform fee. And on Pro & Growth even website orders are 0%.

Aggregators and quick-commerce apps take a percentage of every order — typically 20-30% — and the customer relationship stays with them. Your own website flips that: the customer, their number and their next order are yours, and the platform fee is a small capped amount on Free or 0% on Pro. Most owners run both — the aggregator for discovery, their own site for repeat orders where the margin matters.

The fee comes right back. Cancellations, returns and RTO auto-refund the fee to your credits — you only ever pay for orders that stick. Spam enquiries on service sites are refunded too, and repeat enquiries from the same phone number aren't double-charged.

Your website NEVER goes down and checkout is never blocked — customers can keep browsing and buying. You simply recharge when it's convenient.

Straight to your own payment gateway, UPI or bank. We never hold, route or touch your sales money — the platform fee is a separate small debit from your Lentlo Credits. You only additionally pay your gateway's standard charge (e.g. Razorpay ~2%).

Yes — the longer you prepay, the more you save: 3 months 5%, 6 months 10%, 1 year 15%, 2 years 20%, 3 years 30%, or 4 years 40%. Pick your billing cycle at checkout — the per-month price drops with every longer term.

Every plan includes a one-click Android app (Play-Store-ready), an installable web app (PWA) your customers add to their home screen, and free web push notifications — no extra charge, on Free too. A native iPhone App Store app is a done-for-you service (₹9,999), and it's FREE on Growth with 24-month prepay.

Connecting a domain you own (with free SSL) is free on every plan — including Free. And we still gift a free .com registration (worth ₹1,299) when you pay for 3 or more months of a paid plan.

Yes. Plans are per website, so one account can hold an e-commerce store, a business site and a catalogue at the same time — each on its own plan, each starting free. The free CRM and the WhatsApp API hub cover your whole account either way.

No. Existing users are grandfathered — your current pricing stays, nothing changes for you.
