Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) describes what kinds of content and activities are prohibited on LentloSites. By using our service, you agree to these restrictions. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Not permitted:

• Counterfeit goods (first copy, replica, 7A replica)
• Unauthorized use of brand names, logos, or trademarks
• Piracy of movies, software, music, or other copyrighted content
• Fake reviews / paid review manipulation
• Database selling, leaked credit card data, identity theft services
• Fake job listings or advance-fee employment scams

Don't use LentloSites to:

• Send bulk unsolicited email, SMS, or WhatsApp messages (spam)
• Operate phishing pages, credential harvesters, or scam toolkits
• Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or hacking tools
• Operate DDoS services, botnets, or network abuse tools
• Crack software or redistribute pirated keys/licenses
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse LentloSites APIs

If your business is in a regulated sector, you must hold all required licenses. You warrant to us that you are compliant with the applicable regulator.

• Financial services: DSA code from bank / NBFC, or SEBI / IRDAI / RBI registration as applicable
• Healthcare: Doctor / clinic registration, pharmacy license, Ayurvedic license for traditional medicine
• Legal services: Bar Council enrollment for practicing advocates
• Food / Pharma: FSSAI / FDA registration for food & medicine sales
• Education: University / Board affiliation for educational services
• Real estate: RERA registration for broker / developer

Even for otherwise-legitimate categories, these practices are not allowed:

• Accepting deposits from the public without RBI approval
• Promising guaranteed returns on investments (violates SEBI rules)
• Selling unverified medical claims / miracle cures
• Collecting customer payment data without PCI-DSS or equivalent
• Processing GST-applicable transactions without GSTIN (where required)

We use a combination of automated detection, user reports, and manual review to enforce this policy:

• Automated scanning: Every published site is scanned against a 1100+ keyword library across 11 Indian languages, checked for suspicious URLs, and risk-scored
• Community reports: Any user can report a site at /report-abuse — reports auto-flag the site for admin review
• Manual review: Admin reviews flagged sites and decides to Approve or Suspend
• Auto-suspend: Sites with clearly illegal content (e.g. escort, drugs) are auto-suspended pending review

Based on severity and repeat offenses, we may take the following actions:

• Warning and content removal request
• Immediate suspension of the offending website
• Soft-delete (site offline, restorable within 30 days if resolved)
• Permanent termination of account without refund
• Report to law enforcement (for illegal content)
• Legal action where warranted

If you believe your site was suspended in error, you may appeal by emailing support@lentlosites.com within 30 days. Include:

• The URL of the affected site
• Explanation of why the content is legitimate
• Proof of compliance with relevant regulations (if regulated business)
• Any corrections you've made to address the violation

We may update this AUP as new scam patterns and abuse vectors emerge. Continued use of LentloSites after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version. Material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days in advance.
