Shipping & Delivery Policy

LentloSites is an Information Technology (IT) service — website-builder software provided over the internet (SaaS) by Lentlo, Chennai, India. Everything we sell is delivered digitally to your LentloSites account: website subscription plans, prepaid platform credits (Lentlo Credits), done-for-you website services, and platform usage services. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no courier, freight, or postal shipping is involved in any purchase from us.

Every service is delivered to your registered LentloSites account:

• Website subscription plans: Activated instantly on successful payment. Your website can be published immediately and is live at your chosen web address within minutes.
• Lentlo Credits (prepaid platform credits): Added to your LentloSites account instantly on successful payment — visible in your dashboard under Billing → Credits, with a ledger entry for every recharge.
• Done-For-You website service: Initial design delivered within 2–7 working days of receiving your business details, then revised with you until approval.
• Custom domain connection: Configured within minutes of DNS verification; worldwide DNS propagation can take up to 24–48 hours (controlled by domain registrars/ISPs, not by us).

Delivery is confirmed inside your dashboard (your website's live URL, your active plan, your credits balance) and by the payment receipt/GST invoice issued for your purchase. If a service you paid for is not visible in your account within the timelines above, contact us and we will resolve it within 48 hours.

None. Because nothing physical is shipped, LentloSites never charges shipping, delivery, packaging, or handling fees on any purchase from us.
