Why do I start with a ₹500 recharge?
It's not a charge — it's your money. Every signup starts with the same simple step: a ₹500 recharge into your own Lentlo Credits balance, spent only on LentloSites services. Small per-sale fees deduct from it on Free & Starter, and when you pick a paid plan for a website, the plan is paid from these credits too — one balance for everything.
How is a news website priced?
The news engine itself is free to run — articles, sections, e-paper, live blog, ticker, polls, moderated comments and video, with Google News-ready SEO. Free includes 50,000 reader pageviews every month; past that, each extra 10,000 views adds ₹10, capped at ₹199/month — with a live meter in your dashboard and a full free observation month before any charge. When money moves through us we take 5% (max ₹50): reader-pass sales and sponsor ad bookings paid through your payment link (sponsors you collect from yourself cost ₹0). AdSense money is never touched — Google pays you directly. News Pro is a flat ₹999/year: unlimited visitors and 0% commission on both.
What if my credit balance hits zero?
Your website NEVER goes down and checkout is never blocked — customers can keep browsing and buying. You simply recharge when it's convenient.
Where does my sales money go?
Straight to your own payment gateway, UPI or bank. We never hold, route or touch your sales money — the platform fee is a separate small debit from your Lentlo Credits. You only additionally pay your gateway's standard charge (e.g. Razorpay ~2%).
Do I get an app for my website?
Every plan includes a one-click Android app (Play-Store-ready), an installable web app (PWA) your customers add to their home screen, and free web push notifications — no extra charge, on Free too. A native iPhone App Store app is a done-for-you service (₹9,999), and it's FREE on Growth with 24-month prepay.
Is a custom domain really free?
Connecting a domain you own (with free SSL) is free on every plan — including Free. And we still gift a free .com registration (worth ₹1,299) when you pay for 3 or more months of a paid plan.
Can I run more than one type of website?
Yes. Plans are per website, so one account can hold an e-commerce store, a business site and a catalogue at the same time — each on its own plan, each starting free. The free CRM and the WhatsApp API hub cover your whole account either way.
I'm an existing LentloSites user — does this change my pricing?
No. Existing users are grandfathered — your current pricing stays, nothing changes for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
