Why do I start with a ₹500 recharge?
It opens your account. Every new account starts with the same step, before the first website is built: a ₹500 recharge into your own Lentlo Credits balance. It is not a charge — it stays your money, spent only on LentloSites services: small per-sale fees come out of it on Free & Starter, and when you pick a paid plan for a website, the plan is paid from these credits too — one balance for everything. Credits never expire; recharges are not refundable.
What if my credit balance hits zero?
Your website NEVER goes down and checkout is never blocked — customers can keep browsing and buying. You simply recharge when it's convenient.
Can I run more than one type of website?
Yes. Plans are per website, so one account can hold an e-commerce store, a business site and a catalogue at the same time — each on its own plan, each starting free. The CRM (no monthly fee) and the WhatsApp API hub (no platform fee) cover your whole account either way.
I'm an existing LentloSites user — does this change my pricing?
No. Existing users are grandfathered — your current pricing stays, nothing changes for you.
Does a paid plan renew by itself? Can I move down?
Yes, it renews by itself — a paid plan renews for the same term from your Lentlo Credits, and your dashboard shows the date and amount before it does. Plans only move up: you can upgrade any time, but a website's plan cannot be moved down to a smaller plan or to Free. For a lower plan, start a new website — every new website begins on the Free plan. There is never a cancellation fee, and your site and data stay yours.
