Common questions

Can customers pay for a whole order with points?

Only if you let them. The max-redeem cap (default 50% of the order) makes sure every order still brings in real money.

Do points cost me anything?

Points are your own store credit — you decide the earn rate and what a point is worth. Set conservative rates to start; you can change them anytime.

What happens if I cancel an order that earned points?

The points adjust with the order — the system reconciles earn and redemption when orders are edited or cancelled.
