It's not a charge — it's your money. Every signup starts with the same simple step: a ₹500 recharge into your own Lentlo Credits balance, spent only on LentloSites services. Small per-sale fees deduct from it on Free & Starter, and when you pick a paid plan for a website, the plan is paid from these credits too — one balance for everything.
What is a catalogue website and how is it priced?
A catalogue website shows your full collection and takes enquiries on WhatsApp instead of online orders — no cart, no checkout, no commission ever. It's made first for jewellers (a live gold/silver rate board you update from your phone, every piece re-priced by weight automatically) and also fits tool & machinery dealers with spec-sheet product pages and quote lists. On Free, each enquiry costs ₹5 from your Lentlo Credits (one charge per person per day, spam-protected). The paid plan is a flat ₹999/year — unlimited enquiries, no per-enquiry fee at all.
What happens when an order is cancelled or returned?
The fee comes right back. Cancellations, returns and RTO auto-refund the fee to your credits — you only ever pay for orders that stick. Spam enquiries on service sites are refunded too, and repeat enquiries from the same phone number aren't double-charged.
What if my credit balance hits zero?
Your website NEVER goes down and checkout is never blocked — customers can keep browsing and buying. You simply recharge when it's convenient.
Where does my sales money go?
Straight to your own payment gateway, UPI or bank. We never hold, route or touch your sales money — the platform fee is a separate small debit from your Lentlo Credits. You only additionally pay your gateway's standard charge (e.g. Razorpay ~2%).
Do I get an app for my website?
Every plan includes a one-click Android app (Play-Store-ready), an installable web app (PWA) your customers add to their home screen, and free web push notifications — no extra charge, on Free too. A native iPhone App Store app is a done-for-you service (₹9,999), and it's FREE on Growth with 24-month prepay.
Is a custom domain really free?
Connecting a domain you own (with free SSL) is free on every plan — including Free. And we still gift a free .com registration (worth ₹1,299) when you pay for 3 or more months of a paid plan.
Can I run more than one type of website?
Yes. Plans are per website, so one account can hold an e-commerce store, a business site and a catalogue at the same time — each on its own plan, each starting free. The free CRM and the WhatsApp API hub cover your whole account either way.
I'm an existing LentloSites user — does this change my pricing?
