Terms of Service

By accessing or using LentloSites ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. LentloSites is operated by Lentlo ("Company", "we", "us").

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.

You agree not to use LentloSites to:

• Create websites that violate any applicable laws of India or your jurisdiction
• Host content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful, or promotes violence
• Distribute malware, engage in phishing, or conduct fraudulent activities
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access systems without authorization

You retain full ownership of all content you create using LentloSites. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and serve your content as part of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance whenever possible.

LentloSites offers a free forever plan and paid plans (such as Starter, Pro and Growth, plus custom Enterprise plans). Every new account starts with a one-time recharge of Lentlo Credits (₹500 minimum, see 6a); paid plans are then bought per website, from your Lentlo Credits or by direct payment. Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and you can choose monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly billing cycles (multi-month cycles unlock discounts). You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. See our Refund Policy at /refund for cancellation and refund details. Platform payments (plans and Lentlo Credits) are processed securely through our RBI-authorised payment aggregator partners such as Cashfree Payments and CCAvenue (UPI, cards and net banking); your own store's customer checkout can use Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe, Easebuzz or Zoho Payments under your own merchant accounts. We never store your card numbers.

Lentlo Credits are a prepaid balance you load into your own LentloSites account and spend only on LentloSites' own services — website subscription plans, done-for-you services, AI features (such as Asha answers) and platform usage fees. Loading credits is called a "recharge" in our apps and on our pages. By recharging you agree that:

• Meaning of "recharge": a recharge is a purchase of Lentlo Credits for your own LentloSites account — your first recharge when you start, and any later one. It is not a mobile, DTH, utility or bill-payment recharge, and Lentlo Credits are not a payment wallet.
• Credits are CLOSED-LOOP: they can be redeemed only against services provided by LentloSites to your own account. They cannot be transferred to any other person or account (the only exception: a LentloSites reseller partner may allot its credits to its own clients' accounts), cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to pay any third party. They are an advance payment for our own services, not a payment wallet, deposit, or prepaid payment instrument for third-party payments.
• Credits are delivered instantly when your recharge payment succeeds: the amount appears in your account's credit ledger, and every debit against it is itemised in your dashboard.
• Credits carry no interest and have no cash value. Account closure forfeits any remaining balance after the export/grace period in Section 8, except where a refund is due under our Refund Policy.
• Every recharge — including your first one (₹500 minimum) — carries lifetime validity. Recharges are non-refundable once the credits are added — see the Refund Policy at /refund. Services bought with credits follow each service's own refund terms.
• Tax invoices: every recharge is issued a GST tax invoice at the time of payment, describing it as prepaid Lentlo Credits for LentloSites services (advance invoicing under Section 31(2), CGST Act); services consumed from your credit balance are not taxed again.

We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the IT Act 2000 and its rules. Your data is stored encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, on servers primarily located in India. You have rights under DPDP Act 2023 including access, correction, erasure, and withdrawal of consent. Service messages on WhatsApp: by giving us your mobile number when you register, place an order or make a booking on a LentloSites website, you agree that LentloSites may send you transactional WhatsApp messages (order, booking, payment, account and login updates — never marketing) from our business number +91 95668 68777, shown as "Lentlo", through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. Reply STOP to any of them to opt out at any time. Website owners are responsible for the accuracy of the order and booking details these messages carry; shops that connect their own WhatsApp Business number send such messages from that number under their own name.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, after providing reasonable notice when possible. Upon termination, you may request an export of your content within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LentloSites is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rs. 5,000, whichever is higher.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If your plan includes a free or discounted domain name registration, the following terms apply:

• You authorize Lentlo to act as your agent to register a domain name on your behalf with an ICANN-accredited domain registrar (such as Namecheap, BigRock, or another accredited registrar).
• You consent to the disclosure of your name, email address, postal address, and phone number to the chosen registrar and to ICANN's WHOIS database, as required by domain registration rules.
• You understand that the ICANN-accredited registrar — not Lentlo — is the legal registrar of the domain. Lentlo is your administrative agent only, and we are not an ICANN-accredited registrar.
• You retain full legal ownership of the domain as the listed registrant on the WHOIS record. You may request an authorization (EPP) code from us at any time to transfer the domain to another registrar of your choice.
• You agree to comply with the chosen registrar's terms of service and all ICANN policies, including the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP). Domain misuse (phishing, spam, copyright infringement, etc.) will result in suspension of the domain and your site.
• The free/discounted domain benefit is tied to an active paid subscription. If your subscription ends, we will not renew the domain on our account at our cost. You may transfer the domain to another registrar and continue paying renewal fees directly to keep it active.
• Information you provide during onboarding (name, business name, address, email, phone) will be used as your WHOIS registrant contact information. You agree to keep this information current and accurate; failure to do so may result in loss of the domain under ICANN rules.

LentloSites is an "intermediary" under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We provide infrastructure for users to host content — we do not author, commission, or endorse user-published content. We operate under the safe harbor provisions of Section 79 of the IT Act read with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

If your business requires a license, registration, or certification under Indian law, you warrant that you hold all required authorizations. By using LentloSites you represent that:

• Financial services — you hold a valid DSA code from a bank/NBFC, SEBI RIA license, IRDAI POSP certification, AMFI registration, or other regulatory authorization as applicable
• Healthcare services — you hold valid medical/pharmacy/AYUSH/clinical establishment registration as applicable
• Legal services — you are enrolled with a State Bar Council (if practicing as an advocate)
• Food & pharma — you hold valid FSSAI / CDSCO / Drugs and Cosmetics Act registration
• Education — your institution is affiliated with a recognized University or Board
• Real estate brokering — you are registered with the relevant RERA authority
• You will maintain these authorizations throughout your use of LentloSites
• You indemnify LentloSites for any liability arising from violations of regulated-sector rules on sites you publish

Full list in our Acceptable Use Policy — prohibited categories include: escort/prostitution, illegal drugs & weapons, fake documents, financial fraud (ponzi schemes, guaranteed returns, unlicensed lending), phishing & impersonation, unauthorized gambling, pornography, child safety violations, hate speech, counterfeit goods, data piracy, hacking services, and anti-social content. Violations trigger immediate suspension.

Under IT Rules 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address user complaints. Contact details and the formal complaint process are available at /grievance. We commit to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.

For copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property takedown notices, see our Copyright Policy at /copyright. We act on valid notices within 15 days (24 hours for urgent matters like impersonation or phishing).

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
