Data Deletion

We never read or keep your Facebook profile, friends, posts or password. What we keep is the connection itself: an access token for the WhatsApp accounts you chose to share, their account and phone number IDs, and your business portfolio ID. To remove it:

• In LentloSites: Dashboard → WhatsApp → Settings → Disconnect, then "Erase saved token now". Sending stops at once and the token is deleted immediately (without that second tap it is deleted automatically after 30 days)
• In Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → Lentlo WA → Remove. Meta then tells us the access was removed and the connection stops working
• Your WhatsApp account stays yours: Disconnecting does not delete your WhatsApp Business account or number — they belong to your business and stay in Meta's WhatsApp Manager

Conversations stay in your WhatsApp inbox on LentloSites so you can read your history, even after a disconnect. To delete them, write to us (section 5) from your registered email or phone number and say which number's conversations to delete; we delete them within 30 days. Meta keeps its own copy of Cloud API messages for up to 30 days to deliver them, under WhatsApp's terms.

Write to us (section 5) from your registered email or phone number and ask us to close your account. Within 30 days we delete your account, your websites and their files, your customer and order records, your WhatsApp connection and conversations, and your messages from our own WhatsApp number. We keep only what Indian law requires — for example tax invoices for the period the GST law sets — and delete those when that period ends.

Choose whichever is easier:

• Email: support@lentlosites.com — from the email address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion"
• Phone / WhatsApp: +91-81221 16594 — from the phone number on your account
• What happens next: We reply within 3 working days with a reference number, confirm what will be deleted, and confirm again when it is done (within 30 days)

Each business decides how it uses its customers' details, so please ask that business first — its contact details are on its website. If you cannot reach it, write to us with the business's name or website and your phone number; we pass your request to the business and help it respond within the time the law allows. Replying STOP to a business's WhatsApp messages stops its promotions at once.
