Which gateways can I use?
Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe, Easebuzz, Zoho Payments and CCAvenue — plus a UPI QR and cash on delivery. You connect your own account; keys that can never work are refused when you save them.
What if a payment goes through but the order doesn't?
Gateways also confirm payments to us directly, and a safety check runs every few minutes, so a paid order is not lost. Anything that still needs you shows on the Payment alerts page.
