Why do I start with a ₹500 recharge?
It's not a charge — it's your money. Every signup starts with the same simple step: a ₹500 recharge into your own Lentlo Credits balance, spent only on LentloSites services. Small per-sale fees deduct from it on Free & Starter, and when you pick a paid plan for a website, the plan is paid from these credits too — one balance for everything.
What exactly is the fee I pay?
It depends on your plan. On Free it's a flat 2.5% of each order's net value (excluding GST and shipping) — a constant rate with no expiry. On Starter it's 1.2%. Pro and Growth are 0% commission — no per-sale fee at all; you just pay the flat monthly plan and keep 100% of every sale. Every debit comes with a receipt and a GST invoice.
Is Pro really 0% commission?
Yes. On Pro and Growth we take 0% platform commission — there is no per-sale fee to us, ever. You pay the flat monthly plan and keep 100% of every sale. (You still pay your own payment gateway's standard charge — e.g. Razorpay ~2% — but that goes to the gateway, not to us, and it's the same on every platform.)
What if my credit balance hits zero?
Your website NEVER goes down and checkout is never blocked — customers can keep browsing and buying. You simply recharge when it's convenient.
Can I run more than one type of website?
Yes. Plans are per website, so one account can hold an e-commerce store, a business site and a catalogue at the same time — each on its own plan, each starting free. The free CRM and the WhatsApp API hub cover your whole account either way.
I'm an existing LentloSites user — does this change my pricing?
