Driving licence, ID and a selfie from the renter's phone — encrypted, seen only by you, verified once.

After booking, the renter photographs their licence (front and back) and a selfie holding it, straight from their phone camera on the booking page. Files land in an encrypted private store only your Rental Desk can open. You approve or reject with a note; approval sticks to the phone number so repeat renters never upload again. Handover is blocked until documents are approved — unless you tick the override after checking the original in hand.

Choose the documents you need

Licence front/back, ID proof, selfie — per site. Group bookings can require every rider's licence.

Renter uploads from the booking page

Tap 'Take photo' — the phone camera opens; each document shows a tick as it lands. Optional DL number, expiry and date of birth typed once.

You review in the KYC queue

Open the documents, compare with the eligibility rules (minimum age, licence class), approve or reject with a reason — the renter is told on WhatsApp.

Approval sticks

The next booking from the same number is already verified; documents auto-delete after your retention period.

Common questions

Can I upload for a walk-in customer myself?

Yes — the KYC queue lets you attach documents on the renter's behalf when they hand you the physical licence.

Do you verify the licence with the RTO?

No — you are the verifier; we are the encrypted filing cabinet. Eligibility hints (minimum age, licence class, expiry vs return date) are shown to help you decide.
