Common questions

I use Shiprocket — do I still need this?

For Shiprocket/Shipmozo/Delhivery/NimbusPost shipments, the courier's own barcode label is generated automatically in the Ship console. The label designer is for everything else — local couriers, your own delivery staff, or bus/train parcels.

Will it print on my thermal label printer?

Yes — choose the thermal format and each label prints one per page, sized for standard thermal rolls. The same design also prints as a multi-label A4 sheet on a normal printer.
