Common questions

A customer buys a free-shipping item and a normal item together — what happens?

The free-shipping item contributes nothing; the normal item is charged per your rules. You decide whether multiple charges in one cart add up or only the highest applies.

Do I have to set a rule on every product?

No — most owners set none. Products follow your zone rates by default; you only add rules for the exceptions, like extra-heavy or promotional items.
