Common questions

Can I charge more for personalization?

Yes — any question or choice can carry an extra ₹ amount per piece. It's added to the price the moment the customer picks it, charged by the payment gateway, and lands inside the same line on the GST invoice.

Where do I see the customer's photo?

On the order itself — each personalized line shows the answers and the uploaded files with previews. One tap downloads the original full-quality file for printing. Files are private to your dashboard, never public links.

What if the customer made a spelling mistake?

They see their entries again at checkout with a check-your-spelling reminder, can edit from the cart before paying, and after the order you can correct any typed value from the order page — every change is saved in the order history.

Do personalized products work with Cash on Delivery?

Yes, but most sellers turn on the product's Block COD option — a returned mug with someone's name on it can't be resold. The Personalization section reminds you about this.
