Connect your gateway

For Razorpay and Zoho Payments the webhook is registered automatically the moment you connect. For the other gateways you paste one URL into your gateway dashboard — the settings page shows you exactly which.

Payments confirm server-to-server

The gateway tells our servers directly when a payment is captured — no dependence on the customer's browser, network, or patience.

Reconciliation sweeps every 15 minutes

An automatic check compares captured payments against orders; anything unmatched is flagged and recovered so a paid customer always gets their order.

Common questions

What happens if my customer's phone dies right after paying?

The gateway still notifies our servers directly, the order is created, and the customer gets their confirmation. Even in the rare case a webhook is delayed, the 15-minute reconciliation sweep finds the captured payment and completes the order.

Do I have to set anything up?

With Razorpay or Zoho Payments, nothing — the webhook registers itself when you connect. With Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe, or Easebuzz you paste one URL into the gateway's dashboard once; the settings page shows it with instructions.

Can a payment ever be counted twice?

No. Order creation is idempotent — the browser, the webhook, and the reconciliation sweep can all report the same payment and exactly one order results.
