Common questions

Do I pay a commission like on the food apps?

Online orders on the Free plan carry a small capped fee per order, and paid plans reduce it — see the Restaurant pricing page for live numbers. Orders you enter yourself are always free. There is no monthly rent to keep the website up.

Can customers pay online?

Yes. Delivery orders can be paid at the door (cash or UPI) — the model Indian food delivery actually runs on — or online through your own gateway or UPI: you choose cash on delivery, online payment, or both. Pickup orders can be made prepay-only so no food is cooked for a no-show.

What if I need to stop orders during rush hour?

One tap pauses ordering, with an optional auto-resume time. Your website stays up; only ordering pauses.
