Your rider collects cash or a UPI scan when the food lands — the way most food delivery in India is paid. Customers can also pay online as they order: you choose cash on delivery, online payment, or both.

Pickup: choose your rule

Leave pickup open to pay-at-counter, or flip 'prepay only' — then a pickup order must complete online payment before it's placed.
