Common questions

Can anyone with a link see an applicant's document?

No. There are no public links. A document opens only for your signed-in team members, and each view is logged with who and when.

What happens if someone starts an application, uploads documents, and never submits?

Those orphaned uploads are purged automatically. Only documents attached to a submitted application are kept.

Are the documents part of my site backups?

Applicant documents live in their own encrypted store, separate from your site content. Your business data — sites, orders, leads — is backed up every 30 minutes to two independent clouds.
