GSTR-1, 3B & 9 Exports + GSTR-2B Reconciliation

Return-ready data in one click — your accountant will think you hired a bookkeeper.

Every invoice you issue is already structured the way the GST portal wants it. Export GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual GSTR-9 data in one click, and reconcile your recorded purchases against the portal's GSTR-2B so you claim exactly the input credit you're entitled to — no more, no less.

How it works

What you actually do, step by step — most owners finish this from a phone.

1

Sell and record purchases as usual

Sales invoices generate automatically; record purchase bills as they come in. That's the only 'data entry' there is.

2

Pick a period and export

Choose the month (or year for GSTR-9) and export the return data — GSTR-1 comes out in the GST portal's own JSON format.

3

Reconcile against GSTR-2B

Download your GSTR-2B JSON from the GST portal, upload it, and see which purchases match, which are missing, and where amounts differ.

4

File with confidence

Hand the exports to your accountant or use them on the portal yourself — the numbers trace back to real invoices.

Why it matters for your business

Hours of monthly work gone

No re-typing invoices into Excel at month-end — the return data builds itself from what you already sold.

Portal-compatible output

GSTR-1 exports in the GST portal's JSON format, with B2B, B2C, and HSN summaries organised the way the portal expects.

Catch missing input credit

2B reconciliation shows purchases your supplier hasn't uploaded yet — chase them before you lose the credit.

Fewer notices

When your filed returns and your invoices come from the same system, mismatches — the #1 cause of GST notices — mostly disappear.

What's included

The honest, complete list — limits stated where they exist.

  • GSTR-1 (outward supplies) export with B2B/B2C splits, place of supply, and HSN-wise summary
  • GSTR-3B summary export, including an ITC summary from your recorded purchases
  • GSTR-9 annual return export built from the whole year's invoices
  • GSTR-2B reconciliation: upload the portal's JSON, get matched / missing / mismatched purchase lists with rupee-level tolerance for rounding
  • Credit notes flow into return data automatically, so returns and refunds reduce your outward liability correctly
  • Multi-GST entities keep separate return data per GSTIN
  • Exports, not auto-filing: you (or your accountant) stay in control of what's actually submitted

Common questions

Do you file the return for me?
No — and that's deliberate. We prepare accurate, portal-ready data; you or your accountant review and file it on the GST portal. You stay in control of what's submitted under your GSTIN.
My accountant uses their own software — is this still useful?
Very. Hand them the exports instead of a shoebox of bills. Most owners save real accountant hours (and fees) because the data arrives clean and complete.
What does GSTR-2B reconciliation actually catch?
Three things: purchases where the supplier hasn't uploaded their invoice (your credit is at risk), amount mismatches, and invoices in 2B you never recorded. Each shows up as a clear list you can act on.
